Penulis dalam penelitian ini akan menganalis kasus yang melibatkan insan pers yang didakwa dengan Pasal 154 KUHP mengenai Tindak Pidana Penghinaan terhadap pemerintah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dan penelitian empiris. Pasal yang dikenakan kepada para terdakwa selain dari KUHP, juga dari UU Pers yang lama. UU tersebut kurang mewujudkan hakikat dari prinsip kebebasan pers. Sedangkan kasus pers sekarang ini yang menggunakan UU Pers yang baru, lebih mencerminkan kebebasan pers. Kata Kunci: Kebaya Modern, Pola Sistem Vonny Dwiyanti, Ukuran Tubuh L Kebaya modern adalah model kebaya tradisional yang telah mendapatkansentuhan modern dengan merubah/memodifikasi hanya sebagian sesuai dengankreasi tanpa meninggalkan ciri khas aslinya. Pola sistem Vonny Dwiyanti adalahsistem pola dasar konstruksi badan wanita yang memiliki lipit kup untuk ruangdada pada bahu dan pinggang dengan garis pola tengah muka digambar bagianatas agak serong ke dalam. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah“Bagaimanakah kedudukan titik pas (fitting factor) pola sistem Vonny Dwiyanti pada pembuatan kebaya modern ukuran tubuh L? Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatankuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengguna kain kebaya dengan ukuran L.Objek penelitian adalah kebaya modern dengan menggunakan pola VonnyDwiyanti. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi. Instrumen yangdipergunakan adalah hasil pengembangan komponen variabel penelitian denganmengambil pengukuran untuk 13 titik pas. Teknik analisis data meliputi cek list,persentase dan intepretasi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pola sistem Vonny Dwiyanti tepatdigunakan untuk pembuatan kebaya ukuran tubuh L (Large) dengan ketepatansebesar 89,74%. Kriteria ukuran yang dinilai tepat adalah pada kedudukan besarbadan, besar pinggang, letak lingkar pinggang, panjang dada, lebar dada, panjangpunggung, letak lebar punggung, lingkar pinggul I, letak lingkar pinggul I, lingkarpinggul II, dan letak lingkar pinggul II, sedangkan kriteria ukuran yang dinilaikurang tepat adalah pada kedudukan lebar punggung serta kedudukan lebar bahu.Pola Sistem Vonny Dwiyanti dibuat dengan garis tengah muka sedikitmasuk/miring ke dalam. Sedangkan bagian tengah belakang dibuat tegak lurusdengan garis pinggang, sehingga berpengaruh pada kedudukan letak lingkarpinggang depan dan belakang, karena panjang garis sisi kebaya tidak sama. Saran yang bisa disampaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bahan kebayadari kain tile bersifat elastis sehingga pada waktu merubah pola dasar ke pecahpola tidak perlu diberi keloggaran, karena jatuhnya kain tile pada tubuh akanpas/mengikuti bentuk tubuh, 2) Sebelum proses memotong bahan, sebaiknya poladiteliti dahulu pada bagian panjang sisi kebaya agar terjadi kesesuaian antara polamuka dengan pola belakang. 3) Jeda waktu mengukur badan dan pengerjaankebaya sampai pada waktu pengepasan tidak boleh terlalu lama karena akanmempengaruhi pengepasan kebaya, ukuran tubuh model bisa mengalamiperubahan menjadi bertambah gemuk/kurus ABSTRACT Zahro, Amalia Nikmatus, 2013, The Result Analysis of Modern Kebaya ByVonny Dwiyanti’s Pattern System On L Size Body. Modern kebaya is traditional kebaya that has been getting a modern twistby changing / modifying only partially in accordance with the creations withoutleaving the original characteristics. Vonny Dwiyanti’s Pattern system is a womanarchetype construction system who has pleated coup for space on the shoulderschest and waist. The problem in this study is "How is the position of fitting factormodern kebaya by Vonny Dwiyanti’s pattern system on L size body? This study uses descriptive research with quantitative approach. Thesubjects were users kebaya cloth with size L. Object of study is a modern kebayawith using Vonny Dwiyanti’s pattern. The method used is the method ofobservation. The instrument used is the result of the development component ofthe study variables by taking measurements for a 13 fitting factor. Data analysistechniques include a check list, percentages and interpretation. The conclusion of this study is appropriate Vonny Dwiyanti’s pattern system used for the manufacture of body kebaya size L (Large) with accuracy of89.74%. Criteria considered appropriate size is in the position of the body, a largewaist, waist circumference layout, chest length, chest width, long back, where thewidth of the back, hip circumference I, where the first hip circumference, hipcircumference II, and location of the hip circumference II, while the criteria areconsidered less precise measure is the position of the ridge width and shoulderwidth position. Vonny Dwiyanti’s pattern system made with little advance centerline entry/tilt inward. While the center back made perpendicular to the waist line,so the effect on the position where the front and rear waist circumference, becausethe side length line is not the same. Suggestions that could be delivered in this study were 1) Kebayamaterial from tulle fabric is elastic so that the time to change the basic pattern ofthe pattern does not need to be additional size, since the fall of tulle fabric on thebody would be fitting / follow the shape of the body, 2) Prior to the cutting ofmaterials , should be examined first pattern on the long sides of kebaya that thereis a match between the pattern of the face with the back pattern. 3) Pause timemeasuring body and workmanship until the fitting time should not be too longbecause it will affect the kebaya fitting, the model's body size can be changed toincrease fat/skinny
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
