Abstract
This article examines the peculiarities of the settlement network of the established Kolomyia district (Raion) of Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast and its importance in the formation of territorial communities (hromada). We analyzed the peculiarities of the functioning of local settlement systems through the indicators of transport accessibility to the center of the community and administrative service centers, as well as the concentration coefficient of the population. We identified strengths and weaknesses, as well as threats and opportunities during the SWOT-analysis.

The Development of Schoolchildren’s Literary and Creative Abilities Based on Genre and Structural and Stylistic Ways of Analysis
No full textАвтор статті розглядає одну з важливих проблем літературної освіти в середній школі – розвиток творчих здібностейучнів шляхом написання ними власних оригінальних художніх текстів. Він пов’язує таку діяльність із набуттям школярамилітературно-дослідницьких знань та умінь, що є пропедевтичним етапом і передує власне творчій діяльності.
У центр уваги потрапляє система жанрових (твір-опис, новела) та стильових («поезія в прозі», імпресіонізм) власти-востей програмового літературного матеріалу (новела М. Коцюбинського «Intermezzo»), що стають унаочненням художніх параметрів, які учні мають втілити у своїх творах. Пропозиція автора полягає в тому, щоб здійснити трансформацію літературно-дослідницької діяльності в літературно-творчу. Учні мають навчитися використовувати жанровий та структурно-стильовий шляхи аналізу під час опрацювання програмових текстів, потім перетворити названі уміння у власне текстотворення, намагаючись надати своїм творам заданих жанрових та стильових ознак.
У статті не тільки представлено методичні пропозиції автора, але й подано експериментальний матеріал – словесно-художні образи, створені учнями десятих класів української та іноземної філології Ніжинського обласного педагогічноголіцею Чернігівської обласної ради. Ці образи відповідають ознакам «поезії в прозі» та імпресіонізму, демонструють різницю між об’єктом зображення й поетично оформленим враженням від нього, а тому виступають художньою основою у творчих роботах старшокласників. Оригінальність названих образів свідчить: значна кількість учнів володіє елементами худож-нього мислення й за умови його розвитку здатна виконувати творчі роботи із мовною тканиною, наближеною до поетичної, та з імпресіоністичним забарвленням.The author of the article considers one of the important problems of literary education in the secondary school – development students’ creative abilities by writing their own original artistic texts. He connects such activity with such activity with schoolchildren’s acquisition of literary and research knowledge and skills, which are the propaedeutic stage and precedes actual creative activity.
The system of genre (an essay-description, a novel) and stylistic (“poetry in prose”, impressionism) features of program literary material (M.Kotsyubinsky’s novel “Intermezzo”) gets into focus of attention; they becоme a visualization of artistic parameters which students should embody in their works. The author’s suggestion is to carry out the transformation of literary and research activity into literary and creative activity. Students should learn how to use genre and structural and stylistic ways of analysis during processing of program texts, then transform named skills into own texts, trying to give their works certain genre and stylistic features.
The article presents not only author’s methodological suggestions, but also experimental material – verbal and artistic images,created by pupil’s of 10 forms of Ukrainian and foreign philology of Nizhyn Regional Pedagogical Lyceum Chernihiv Regional Council. These images correspond to the features of “poetry in prose” and impressionism, show the difference between the object of image and the poetic impression of it, that’s why act as an artistic basis in the high school students’ creative works. The originality of named images shows: a significant number of students have the elements of artistic thinking and according to its development are able to write creative works with language fabric perform creative works with language fabric, close to poetic and with impressionistic color

В статье исследовано и проанализировано выявленные изменения содержания Ig M, Ig G, Ig A при сформированном диффузном ишемически-некротическом кардиосклерозе (этап наблюдения 30 суток), которые существенно зависят от резистентности животных к гипоксии. Выявлено, что моделирование диффузного кардиосклероза сопровождается увеличением содержания Ig G в сыворотке крови у животных с низкой и средней устойчивостью к гипоксии, а у высокоустойчивых к гипоксии животных достоверно не отличается от показателя группы контроля. Содержание Ig M и Ig A при моделировании диффузного кардиосклероза у животных всех экспериментальных групп уменьшено, что свидельствует об угнетении гуморального звена иммунитета на данном этапе, что наиболее выражено у животных с низкой устойчивостью к гипоксии.

The article studies and analyzes the changes identified in the Ig M, Ig G, Ig A content formed with diffuse ischemic-necrotic cardiosclerosis at the observation stage of 30 days, which depend significantly on the resistance of animals to hypoxia. It is shown that the modeling of diffuse cardiosclerosis is accompanied by increase of Ig G content in blood serum of animals with low and medium resistance to hypoxia. The Ig G content in animals with high resistance to hypoxia was not significantly different from its level in the control group. Content of Ig M and Ig A at modeling of diffuse cardiosclerosis in all experimental groups of animals is reduced, which testifies to the inhibition of humoral immunity at this stage, which is most pronounced in animals with low resistance to hypoxia
