    During the pandemic, everyone will carry out activities, everyone must have a Covid-free letter, especially when traveling. The impact of the pandemic everyone must be able to prevent the spread of the virus by minimizing direct contact. The use of mobile applications can be used to simplify and streamline every activity carried out during the pandemic. Therefore, currently we need a system that can be used as access to activities based on health certificates. An application system in the form of an android called Sudah Sehat can be a system that can be used. Based on testing the functional suitability and portability aspects, the Sudah Sehat application obtained a test score of 100% according to the Black Box Testing and Firebase Test Lab tests. From the aspect of performance efficiency, CPU usage when running applications is below the percentage of 15% which indicates that it is still in the safe limit. All applications also meet the eligibility standards based on ISO 25010.Pada masa pandemi setiap akan melakukan kegiatan setiap orang harus memiliki surat bebas covid, apalagi saat melakukan kegiatan bepergian. Dampak dari pandemi setiap orang harus dapat mencegah penyebaran virus dengan meminimalisir kontak langsung. Penggunaan aplikasi mobile dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah dan setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan selama masa pandemi menjadi lebih efisien. Oleh karena itu saat ini membutuhkan sistem yang dapat menjadi akses untuk berkegiatan berdasarkan surat kesehatan. Sistem berupa aplikasi android bernama Sudah Sehat dapat menjadi sistem yang dapat digunakan. Berdasarkan pengujian aspek functional suitability dan portability, aplikasi Sudah Sehat memperoleh nilai uji testing 100% sesuai pengujian Black Box Testing dan Firebase Test Lab. Dari aspek performance efficiency, penggunaan CPU usage saat menjalankan aplikasi dibawah persentase 15% yang menunjukkan masih di batas aman. Keseluruhan aplikasi juga sudah memenuhi standar kelayakan berdasarkan ISO 25010

    Coronavirus infection is a disease caused by the corona virus and causes symptoms in the form of respiratory problems. This virus was first discovered at the end of 2019 in the city of Wuhan, China and until the end of 2020 it has spread to almost all over the world. To reduce the spread of the coronavirus, healthy habits such as washing hands and wearing masks are needed. In addition, in terms of technology, Android is an operating system that is widely used to develop mobile applications. The existence of this application technology makes it very possible to use it to update the latest information about COVID-19, as well as prevent the spread and the tracking process. The UI UX design is needed in making the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) android application. Based on the results of testing the functional suitability aspect has a success percentage of 100%. And the results of the calculation of the percentage of feasibility is 95.66%, so it can be concluded that the application has a very decent usability standard.  Keywords— COVID-19, Coronavirus, Android, UI UX, Android StudioInfeksi coronavirus adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus corona dan menyebabkan gejala berupa gangguan pernapasan. Untuk menekan penyebaran coronavirus diperlukan perilaku hidup sehat seperti sering mencuci tangan dan menggunakan masker. Selain itu, dari sisi teknologi, Android merupakan operating system yang banyak digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile. Adanya teknologi aplikasi ini sangat memungkinkan digunakan untuk mengupdate informasi terbaru seputar COVID-19, maupun mencegah penyebaran dan proses pelacakan. Desain UI dan UX diperlukan dalam pembuatan aplikasi android coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).     Perancangan Aplikasi Mobile Secure Lab Pada Ruangan Laboratorium Telekomunikasi Politeknik Negeri Jakarta

    The Telecommunications Engineering Laboratory is one of the laboratories under the Department of Electrical Engineering, at Jakarta State Polytechnic. To increase the security of the laboratory room, a mobile application called Secure Lab can be used, where a door lock with a QR code is connected to the application. The QR code functions as a room key which was built using Android Studio and uses the Kotlin programming language. This application is also connected to Authentication and Realtime Database on Firebase. There are two access rights to the Secure Lab application, namely as a lecturer and a student. To act as a student, you need to create an account first so you can request room access using a QR code and open the door. Acting as a lecturer has the right to provide QR code access to students, which can be used to open the room door within a predetermined period. Secure Lab application testing is intended to determine the application\u27s feasibility. From three tests: Compatibility, Functional Suitability, and Portability aspects, very decent results were obtained. From the QR code reading test, the result was that a scanner could read the QR code produced by the Secure Lab application. Testing based on the distance obtained results that 10-16 cm is the distance that can still be read by the scanner.Laboratorium Teknik Telekomunikasi merupakan salah satu laboratorium yang berada di naungan Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Untuk peningkatan keamanan ruangan laboratorium tersebut dapat digunakan suatu aplikasi mobile yang bernama Secure Lab, dimana suatu kunci pintu dengan kode QR terhubung pada aplikasi tersebut. Kode QR berfungsi sebagai kunci ruangan dibangun menggunakan Android Studio dan memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin. Aplikasi ini juga terkoneksi dengan Authentication dan Realtime Database pada Firebase. Hak akses aplikasi Secure Lab ada dua yaitu sebagai dosen dan mahasiswa. Untuk roles sebagai mahasiswa maka perlu membuat akun terlebih dahulu supaya dapat melakukan permohonan akses ruangan menggunakan kode QR dan untuk membuka pintu. Role sebagai dosen mempunyai hak untuk memberikan akses kode QR kepada mahasiswa, yang dapat digunakan untuk membuka pintu ruangan dalam rentang waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Pengujian aplikasi Secure Lab dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kelayakan aplikasi yang dibangun. Dari tiga pengujian: aspek compatibility, functional, dan portability didapatkan bahwa Aplikasi Secure Lab sangat layak. Dari pengujian pembacaan kode QR diperoleh hasil kode QR yang digenerate aplikasi Secure Lab dapat dibaca oleh scanner. Pengujian berdasarkan jarak diperoleh 10-16 cm adalah rentang jarak yang masih bisa dibaca oleh scanner.

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
