Overcoming the Inadequacy of Economic Dynamics Models
Known models of economic dynamics are too aggregate, so inadequate to the real economy. The analyst will not be able to identify the real dynamics of the economy among the big mistakes. They have no connection between investments, their efficiency, and the rate of economic growth. There is no transition from the optimal share of savings in the country to the agents’ optimal shares, managing investment sources. To link investment and the pace of economic growth, the author introduced the concept of technical productivity of investments, which measures their ability to change the rate of material or labor costs.Based on the technical productivity of investment, the author has derived the equation (not identity) of economic dynamics.Instead of the highly aggregated models, the author developed an adequate causal simulation model, reflecting the economy as a closed system with positive feedback of the investment from incomes and economic growth from investment. The author determined the dynamics of the Ukrainian economy with different technical productivity of investment on this model
Conditions for Successful Active Investment in Terms of the State and the Far-sighted Interests of the Business
For the macro characteristic of active investment, we introduced the concept of the technical productivity of investment. It characterizes an investment’s capacity to reduce the norm of material or labor costs.Based on the technical productivity of investment, we derived the equation (not identity) of economic dynamics. We have proposed measuring the efficiency of investments by added-value to reflect their effectiveness for the business owner’s far-sighted interests in minimizing the turnover of skilled workers. We have proposed to use the criteria in terms of the state – the maximum of the real GDP growth and the maximum of the sum of real GDP for the country as a whole. We defined the limits of an investment’s technical productivity, for which the investor receives the desired payback or effectiveness, and an economy in maximal development. For this, we used our causal simulation model of Ukraine’s economy dynamics, which, in contrast to the known models, reflects the main types of legal and shadow economic activities in their relationships
Short-Term Forecast of Ukrainian Economy Including Shadow Sector Using Causal Simulation Model
A new causal simulation model of economic development was created, which comprehensively in detail and fully reflects various types of legal and shadow economic activities and their interrelations. The model is used to forecast the whole (legal and shadow) country’s economy up to 2022.The dynamics of shadow and legal indicators are different. The biggest and most important difference is about exports and imports. Official statistics give a negative balance of the Ukrainian foreign trade of Ukraine in 2019-22. However, total export, determined by the model, considerably exceeds imports, so actually we expect a surplus. This is very important for the National Bank: its policy based on the official (legal) negative balance of Ukraine foreign trade should be one (throw foreign currency reserves into the market or to devalue the hryvnia), but with the actual balance that includes shadow flows and is positive, - contrary one (to buy currency on the market or to revalue the national currency). Our model calculates how the production volumes of all types of goods and services should change to ensure that supply and demand are balanced. These numbers can serve a reference for manufacturers. We suggested that the relevant Ukrainian authorities take an active position in the implementation of the developed forecast for the economic development of Ukraine: measuring actual rates of changes in the production of these types of goods during the year, they provide recommendations to producers to increase or decrease their production
The Causal Model for the Multivariant Analysis and Forecast of Economic Development
A long-term causal simulation model (macro from micro) for the multivariant analysis and forecast of economic development was developed. The adequacy of the model increased by modelling not only the final products but also intermediate consumption. Shadow economy was included. The model intentionally omits all the hypotheses (monetarists’, Keynesian, theory of equilibrium) which strictly predetermine economy behaviour. The model makes it possible to analyze the influence of prices, under- or overproduction, bank loans on each product, the rates of taxes etc. on the development of all economy and of each manufacturer. Furthermore, this model can help in developing recommendations for the National Bank, government, each manufacturer, importer and exporter. This model has been developed for the Ukrainian economy whose peculiarities were duly accounted for. However, the model can be easily adjusted to study any other country’s economy

Summary
Background. It is known about the existence of close functional link between adequate working kidney nephrons and bone metabolism. Focused monitoring of renal function is able to provide substantial assistance in the organization of preventive measures against latently emerging osteoporosis. Activation of lipoperoxidation is known to inhibit glomerular filtration, whereas antioxidants prevent this. We set ourselves the goal of clarifying correlations between glomerular filtration, as well as tubular water reabsorption and daily diuresis, on the one hand, and lipoperoxidation parameters, on the other hand. Materials and Methods. Experiment was performed on 50 healthy female Wistar rats 240-290 g, both intact and exposed to water-salt loads. By the size of the diuresis and the level of creatinine in plasma and urine, glomerular filtration and tubular reabsorption were calculated. The plasma levels of diene conjugates and malondyaldehide as well as catalase of plasma and superoxide dismutase of erythrocytes were determined. The levels of the first three parameters determined in urine too. Results. In conditions of water-salt loads accompanied by chronic stress, glomerular filtration is downregulated by malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase; diuresis is also downregulated by malondialdehyde, but upregulated by catalase. Lipoperoxidation parameters determine kidney function by 52,8%. Conclusion. The obtained data indicate the role of lipoperoxidation as a accompaniment of chronic stress in the regulation of kidney functions.

Abstract
Background. Previously, we have shown that the weekly load of rats with water-salt solutions of different chemical compositions causes both general and specific reactions of the parameters of metabolism. The purpose of this study is to identify under these conditions specific neuroendocrine and immune responses. Materials and methods. Experiment was performed on 58 healthy female Wistar rats 240-290 g divided into 6 groups. Animals of the first group remained intact, using tap water from drinking ad libitum. Instead, the other rats received the same tap water as well as waters Sophiya, Naftussya, Gertsa and its artificial salt analogue through the probe at a dose of 1,5 mL/100 g of body mass for 6 days. The day after the completion of the drinking course in all rats some neuroendocrine and immune parameters were registered. Results. The method of discriminant analysis revealed 29 parameters of the neuroendocrine-immune complex (10 of them reflect the neuroendocrine regulation, 4 thymus mass and thymocytogram elements, 5 elements of splenocytogram, 10 elements of immunocytogram and leukocytogram of blood and parameters of phagocytosis), according to which the reaction on various water-salt loads are identified with an accuracy of 98.3%. Conclusion. The peculiarities of the reactions of the parameters of the neuroendocrine-immune complex are due to the content of water in sulfate, bicarbonate and magnesium, as well as organic carbon and nitrogen.

Comparison of progressive frameworks Vue.js, React and Angular
In this bachelor thesis, the author deals with the comparison of modern and progressive javascript frameworks. The aim of this work was to compare these frameworks from different views. All frameworks were compared with each other and also the most used jQuery in terms of code readability, speed of operation, code efficiency, documentation and ecosystem. The selection of the categories that are the most important is based on previous academic papers. Interviews with developers were conducted to determine their importance. To compare the individual frameworks, four functionalities of all frameworks were developed according to the documentation. Codes were submitted to developers who evaluated their clarity and readability. Speed and efficiency were also compared based on these applications. Documentation and ecosystem were compared on the basis of general statistics, characteristics and perception of the author during the work on the theses. Vue.js was chosen as a framework with the most readable code according to the results. Vue.js also represents the most efficient code and quality of the documentation. jQuery performs script operations faster than other frameworks. React has the largest ecosystem. The best framework according to observed categories is Vue.js followed by React, Angular and jQuery.V této práci se autor zabýval porovnáním moderních a progresivních JavaScriptových frameworků, vybrány byly Vue.js, React a Angular. Celkové umístění frameworků dle nastavených vah a kritérii: Vue.js, React, Angular, jQuery
Pre-university journalism education: Current state and development trends
In this article, the author proved the importance of pre-university journalism education, described and substantiated a number of functions and types of pre-university journalism training, using such theoretical methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, classification, and such empirical methods as document analysis, media monitoring, questioning, interviews with experts, observation - including included. The author also relied on his pedagogical experience in the field of pre-professional media education. The article presents and substantiates seven functions of pre-university journalism training and seven criteria for the typology of pre-university media education; the main formats of pre-university training are considered: classroom classes, creative meetings; work on the creation of a collective media product, participation in competitions, etc. The trends and problems of pre-university media education are highlighted: a quantitative increase in the editorial offices of school media and other forms of training; the increasing diversity of school media formats; active use of distance.Among the problems, the author identifies the personnel problem as the main one and believes that the stake on media training of school teachers has not justified itself. Work with students and undergraduates of journalism departments, their motivation for media education and media pedagogical practice in schools can bring more benefits. As a support for pre-university journalism education, the author considers it necessary to hold competitions among media educators and courses for young journalists, participation in which should be mostly free
