Local Measurements of the Impact of Quantitative and Qualitative Characteristics of Investment and Technological Decisions on the Environment Under the Risk-Related Conditions of Mining Industry
The impact of globalization in a worldwide scale is even more noticeable in the each country during period of world economic crisis due to the differences in the economic status, deformed by the crisis phenomena. In that case, the conflict between global tendencies and local manifestations in the regional aspect of economic phenomena is even more evidently noticeable as a direct reflection of the resource deficiency. The mineral resources are directly related to that process, not only as a first phase of the transformation of the raw material potential for each country, but also as a serious violator of the ecological equilibrium as a result of the applied technologies. Each country is enforced to resolve the various issues related to preserving the own resource potential as much as possible and to subordinate its investment and technological decisions to an integrated and in-depth utilization in compliance with the sustainable development of society.mineral resources, mining industry, environmental friendly consumption, impact on the environment.
Validation of échelle-based quantum-classical discriminator with novelty SPAD array sensor
Imaging with non-classical photons allows to bypass the Rayleigh resolution limit and classical shot-noise level. One step towards imaging demonstration with large photon numbers is the separation of non-classical photon states from the classical photons, thus increasing dynamic range and signal to background contrast on the detector. We demonstrate the feasibility of such separation by an échelle grating at high diffraction orders. In our demonstration, a PPKTP crystal generates entangled photon pairs in type-0 SPDC. The crystal is cw pumped and produces non-collinear degenerated photon pairs at 810nm. The classical light states are produced by a VCSEL at nearly same wavelength. After diffraction on echelle grating, the spatial far-field patterns and the photon arrival times are recorded by a novel 32×32 SPAD array sensor with 160 ps timing resolution. It allows real-time monitoring of the first- and second order correlation patterns. Within the observation window, we detected correlated biphoton arrivals in the four diffraction orders corresponding to their de Broglie wavelength, which is a half of the classical wavelength. Respectively a half of these diffraction orders is prohibited for classical photons. Placing a slit mask in these orders allows us to transmit only non-classical photon state and block the classical ones. We report on a series of experiments elucidating spatial and temporal correlations at the output of such quantum –classical photon discriminator. Those results could be used for the separation of biphotons from classical photons at the same wavelength in high-intensity light sources

The Impact of ICT on Economic Sectors
As the author could not find a reassuring mathematical and statistical method in the literature for studying the effect of information communication technologyon enterprises, the author suggested a new research andanalysis method that he also used to study the Hungarian economic sectors. The question of what factors have an effecton their net income is vital for enterprises. The highest increment of specific Gross Value Added was produced by thefields of ‘Manufacturing’, ‘Electricity, gas and water supply’,‘Transport, storage and communication’ and ‘Financialintermediation’. With the exception of ‘Electricity, gas andwater supply’, the other economic sectors belong to the groupof underdeveloped branches (below 50%).On the other hand, ‘Construction’, ‘Health and social work’and‘Hotels and restaurants’ can be seen as laggards, so theygot into the lower left part of the coordinate system.‘Agriculture, hunting and forestry’ can also be classified as alaggard economic sector, but as the effect of the compoundindicator on the increment of Gross Value Added was lesssignificant, it can be found in the upper left part of thecoordinate system. Drawing a trend line on the points, it can bemade clear that it shows a positive gradient, that is, the higherthe usage of ICT devices, the higher improvement can bedetected in the specific Gross Value Added
The Park and Museum of Władysław Warneńczyk – a memorial site for Bulgarian and Polish people (the history of the last thirty years)
Much has been written about the history of the establishment of the Park-Museum of the Fraternity of Arms 1444, in Varna, which is now known as the Ladislaus of Varna Park Museum. Many researchers have focused on the issue of the erection of a monument on the site where the Polish-Hungarian King Ladislaus III Jagiellonian (later known as Ladislaus of Varna) was killed. The emphasis
of researchers is mainly on the genesis of the idea to build a memorial. The date of August 4, 1935, is accepted as the day of the official opening of the ruler’s symbolic mausoleum. The period in the years following that event remains less known today. Often the only mention is made of September 21, 1964, when the museum building was put into use and the park was formed. Since then, the complex has had a permanent exhibition and, with minor adjustments, still exists today. The author presents important moments in the museum’s history over the past 30 years, for example, the visits of Bulgarian and Polish delegations, or of ordinary people, who annually honor the memory of the young monarch who lost his life in the name of the Christian faith, defending European nations. The battle of November 10, 1444, is one of the most important events in Varna’s history. The museum hosts visits by senior military and diplomatic delegations. Events of various kinds are held here, testifying to the significance of this place to the public. Both in the past and today, the place of King Ladislaus of Varna’s death and the memorial complex play a unifying role in the history of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.NEVYAN OGNYANOV MITEV – dr nauk historycznych, urodził się w 1986 roku w Warnie.
