Pendugaan Cadangan Karbon di Hutan Rawa Gambut Tripa Kabupaten Nagan Raya Propinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam
SUSILO SUDARMAN. Estimating Carbon Stock in Tripa Peat Swamp Forest
District Nagan Raya Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. Under the direction of
EDY BATARA MULYA SIREGAR and BUDI UTOMO.
Above and bellow ground carbon stock in vegetation and peat soil at tripa
peat swamp forest Nagan Raya District was estimated on November 2007. The
allometric relation was use to estimated biomass and above ground carbon stock
with sample area large 30,8 ha, a non destructive method are used with diameter
as a measure parameter. Bellow ground carbon stock are estimated by field
assessment, measuring bulk density (BD) and persentation of C-organic in
laboratory. The average of above ground carbon stock is 187,47 ton/ha and bellow
ground carbon stock is 1.280 ton/ha. The result of this research showed that the
total of above and bellow ground carbon stock were amounted 3,01 Mt and

NOPRIZA PUTRA: Inventory Avocado (Persea americana Mill) at Different
Altitude in Bener Meriah Regency Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.

There are several benefits of avocados in the Bener Meriah Regency that
are not owned avocados in other regions. Therefore, a research was conducted the
distribution avocados at different elevations in the area in July-August 2010 by
using descriptive method. Parameters measured were the large number of plant
avocado, avocado species, pests and diseases, and productivity of avocado plants
found on altitude.
The results showed that the large number of avocado is not based on
altitude above sea level. Avocados grow well at altitude 1000 - 1500 meters above
sea level. Avocados are found in 5 districts comprising 44 villages. Avocado Ijo
Panjang were more common (562 plants) than avocado Ijo Bundar (459 plants)

Agarwood is classifield as one of the non-timber forest products which
posses a high commercial value. Fertilization in A. malacensis seedling are
needed to accelerate growth and improve the quality and seed quality. Fertilizer
through the leaves have some advantages, quickly and easily absorbed by plant
and contain macro and micro nutrient that can support the growth of the
vegetative phase of the well. This study aimed to examine the effect of
concentration and frecuency of the best foliar fertilizer on the growth of A.
malaccensis seedlings.
This research was conducted in the green house Faculty of Agriculture,
University of North Sumatra. This study used a completely randomized desingn
with 2 factors that concentration of foliar fertilizer (2 g/liter of water, 4 g/liter of
water, and 6 g/liter of water) and the frequency of fertilization (5 days, 10 days,
and 15 days). The parameters measured were seed height, seed diameter, number
of leaves, and the root crown. The interaction between concentration and
frequency of leaf fertilizer significantly effect the average height gain, but did not
significantly effect the increase in seed diameter, number of leaf and the seed root

of seedlings of Aquilaria malaccensis LAMK. Guided by EDY BATARA MULYA

Aquilaria malaccensis is a slow-growing tree species that have prospects for
industrial tree plantations and reforestation crop (greening) in Indonesia. To obtain
quality seeds Aquilaria malaccensis then necessary to test the frequency of spraying
foliar fertilizer (Gandasil D) and shade. This research was carried out in an open
field in front of college courses Forestry Faculty of Agriculture, University of North
Sumatra in March-May 2014 using a completely randomized factorial design with
two factors, namely the frequency of spraying foliar fertilizer (Gandasil D) and shade
(0%; 35%, 75% ). The parameters measured were seedling height, stem diameter,
number of leaves, leaf area, canopy wet weight, root fresh weight, dry weight crown,
and root dry weight.
The results showed that the frequency of spraying foliar fertilizer significant
effect on all parameters. Shade not only a significant effect on the increase in the
diameter of the seedlings. Interaction frequency of spraying foliar fertilizer

The purpose of this study was to determine the standing stock and
composition of vegetation, and carbon content stored on the Forest Education
USU. The research was conducted at USU education Forest Village Tongkoh
Karo, North Sumatra. Materials studied were forest vegetation in the area of
Forest Education Tongkoh USU. The method used was a method in which the
placement berpetak line plot by systematic sampling with random start or
systematically with the initial selection of a random path, the path width 20 x 20
meters. Laying the first plot was randomly while in the second plot and so
systematically with the intensity of sampling (IS) of 1%, the distance between the
plots is 200 m, with the number of 50 plots / unit example.
The results of vegetation analysis has been done on the Forest Education
USU Tongkoh Karo, recorded 25 types of vegetation found in the growth rate,
whereas the biodiversity index was classified at any level of growth. Forest carbon
stocks stored at USU Education which has total area of 200 ha is equal to 11,712

The state of ground water under the Eucalyptus spp and natural forest at
the Habinsaran near Balige , North Sumatera. Natural forest is the source of
water for animals and plants in other living creatures surrounding it. On the other
hand, water is very much needed for plands in other to fulfil they are biological
needs. Grounds water is absorbed by the rooth and the translocated through out
the whole plant system.The purpose of this is research is to evaluate the state of
ground water under Eucalyptus spp and natural forest with the depth of the soil
between 0-30 cm and 40-60 cm in Habinsaran. This is reseach is conducted for
three months (November 2010-January 2011). Samples were taken using spade
for five days in Habinsaran. The analisation of soil conducted at the soil

the highest dry soil water is 35.1% and the while the lowest is 17.21%, the rate of
the higest soil state is 0.59 cm/s and the while the lowest is 0.51cm/s, the rate of
the higest containable water is 42.14% while the lowest is 24.10%, the highest of
the organich is 7.18% and while the lowest is 2.18 %, the tecsture of the soil is be
sand and the highest of the permeability of soil is 3.5% while the lowest is 2.29

After receiving 77,5% of the total amount of recapitalization equity in the form of 2.00%-
12.250% fixed rate bonds from the government of Indonesia, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia
(Persero) has been suffering from negative spread. While the interest rate paid, overhead cost and non-performing loans were still high, BRI has not been able to offer additional loans to increase the interest income, since the main source of interest income is the governments fixed rate bonds.
At the same time, BRI invested in new information technology hardware and software amounting to 100 million US dollars in an effort to achieve a certain Cost Efficiency Ratio and to increase the interest income margin. Fortunately, the governments new policy is allowing BRI to sell part of the bonds held by BRI. This would allow the management of BRI to find an effective portfolio scenario for its earning assets.
This study is attempting to assess BRIs earning assets and to develop a portfolio enabling the bank to achieve the target cost efficiency ratio and increase its interest income.
Using CAPM-software owned by BRI, this study calculates BRIs risk and returns for the last 10 years. Combined with the projected fund received from the divestment of part of the bonds to add to the earning assets, this study calculates the expected return and the standard deviation as a representation of the banks return and risks.
This study found that the divestment of 30% or 6,354 billions rupiahs of the bonds held
by the bank to be invested in middle, retail, and micro loan segments with the allocation of 0.985%, 39.785%, and 59.229% respectively enabling the bank to reach the Cost Efficiency Ratio of 65.27%. This figure represents an increase of 11.02% from its current operating figure sand is close to the best practice figures of 65% as a benchmark of commercial bank operation
The FORA Framework - A Fuzzy Grassroots Ontology for Online Reputation Management
Online reputation management deals with monitoring and influencing the online record of a person, an organization or a product. The Social Web offers increasingly simple ways to publish and disseminate personal or opinionated information, which can rapidly have a disastrous influence on the online reputation of some of the entities. The author focuses on the Social Web and possibilities of its integration with the Semantic Web as resource for a semi-automated tracking of online reputations using imprecise natural language terms. The inherent structure of natural language supports humans not only in communication but also in the perception of the world. Thereby fuzziness is a promising tool for transforming those human perceptions into computer artifacts. Through fuzzy grassroots ontologies, the Social Semantic Web becomes more naturally and thus can streamline online reputation management. For readers interested in the cross-over field of computer science, information systems, and social sciences, this book is an ideal source for becoming acquainted with the evolving field of fuzzy online reputation management in the Social Semantic Web area.

The greater the support given by the audience, it will increase the image and popularity so as to form the audience's "belief" in the characters they follow. Political marketing, building the image of political figures is important. As one of the political actors currently Ganjar Pranowo is considered capable of playing social media to convey messages and information about the progress of development in Central Java. Efforts to build communication with the audience are also developed through the Website www.ganjarpranowo.com. The user interface is a means of interaction between humans and the system. A good user interface does not require many design elements, a consistent design makes users feel comfortable, considers the layout between items so that the placement of items can attract attention and help readability, colors that are not too contrasting to give more attention, the importance of typography to create a hierarchy and clarity. This study wants to examine how the Website User Interface becomes a part in creating a virtual space so that it becomes the main attraction of Ganjar Pranowo's character to strengthen Personal Branding. The research is descriptive qualitative by using User Interface analysis (Evina Johan, 2022) and Personal Branding Analysis (Montoya and Vandehey). The results of the study show that User Interface Design is an important thing in building personal branding.
