Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, modul, sejarah lokal di Pamekasan Pembelajaran Sejarah di sebagian sekolah masih memanfaatkan sumber belajar berupa LKS yang memuat materi tentang sejarah nasional. Adanya materi sejarah lokal kurang mendapat perhatian dalam pembelajaran Sejarah di sekolah tersebut. Tidak adanya porsi jam untuk sejarah lokal juga menjadi salah satu alasan minimnya pemahaman siswa terhadap situs lokal di daerahnya. Permasalahan yang sama juga terjadi dalam pembelajaran Sejarah di SMAN 2 Pamekasan. Sumber belajar yang digunakan pada pembelajaran Sejarah di SMAN 2 Pamekasan mengacu pada LKS dan belum memanfaatkan buku-buku yang berbasis sejarah lokal. Oleh karena itu penulis mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa modul yang berjudul Sejarah Lokal Pamekasan (1945-1950) sebagai penunjang Kompetensi Dasar 3.10 dan 4.10 dalam pembelajaran Sejarah Indonesia tingkat SMA kelas XI di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan langkah-langkah yang diadaptasi dari Sugiyono. Metode ini memiliki sepuluh tahap, namun dalam penelitian ini hanya digunkan sembilan tahap, yaitu: (1) potensi dan masalah; (2) mengumpulkan informasi; (3) desain produk; (4) validasi desain; (5) revisi desain; (6) uji coba produk; (7) revisi produk; (8) uji coba pemakaian; dan (9) revisi produk. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi ahli materi dan ahli bahan ajar, serta angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar sejarah lokal. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi diketahui bahwa tingkat kelayakan modul sebesar 91%, sedangkan validasi ahli bahan ajar sebesar 82%. Tingkat kelayakan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa menurut ahli materi dan ahli bahan ajar modul sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dengan kategori valid. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil diketahui tingkat kelayakan modul sebesar 87% dengan revisi pada aspek pemahaman siswa terhadap soal latihan, namun dari keseluruhan modul dapat digunakan tanpa revisi. Hasil uji coba kelompok besar diketahui tingkat kelayakan sebesar 90%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa modul siap dimanfaatkan dan diproduksi sesuai kebutuhan. Saran yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah (1) modul dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar dan pembelajaran baik di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas; (2) modul dapat diproduksi massal dan dapat dipergunakan untuk kelas XI di SMA/MA se-Kabupaten Pamekasan; (3) modul berbasis sejarah lokal dapat dikembangkan kembali dengan inovasi yang lebih menarik dengan cakupan materi yang lebih luas dan penambahan bahan ajar berbasis audio-visual sehingga lebih menarik untuk dipelajari oleh siswa
INTERPRETASI TIGA CERITA PENDEK “LILITH’S BIBLE” KE DALAM DRAWING
Get PDFDengan membaca cerita selalu ada gambaran yang muncul di setiap kata-katanya. Tafsiran atau interpretasi setiap orang terhadap kata atau suatu kalimat karya sastra pasti berbeda-beda. Dalam buku kumpulan cerita pendek “Lilith’s Bible” diceritakan tentang kemarahan Lilith yang sakit hati terhadap Adam. Kaum perempuan dibentuk dan dididik untuk menjadi ibu, istri, anak, dan saudara yang cantik, penurut, pasif, dan selalu mendukung para lelaki melalui berbagai cara yang mendisiplinkan raga dan jiwa, mulai dari cara berpakaian, cara duduk, larangan keluar malam sendirian, hingga pembatasan karier. Karena menurut penulis, wanita mempunyai sifat yang tidak dimiliki lelaki, jika lelaki bisa mempunyai jiwa keibuan, maka perempuan adalah ibu sesungguhnya, yang sekaligus mempunyai sifat tangguh. Dalam skripsi ini mempunyai rumusan masalah bagaimana merancang ide, bagaimana alat dan bahan yang digunakan, dan bagaimana analisis visual hasil karya. Penulis memilih cat air karena karakternya yang menarik, pencampuran warna yang dapat ditumpuk agar mendapatkan warna yang diinginkan. Penulis juga menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu kontemplasi, stimulus, dan pengolahan ide, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi strategi berkarya antara sastra dan drawing. Bahan yang digunakan diantaranya kertas aquarelle, kuas cat air, papan alas, cat air, briliant watercolor, art masking fluid, wadah air, dan tisu. Bahan yang digunakan tersebut diterapkan dalam bentuk drawing cat air di atas kertas. Penciptaan karya ini bertujuan menerapkan hasil interpretasi cerita pendek yang menjadi konsep, menjelaskan proses, dan menghasilkan analisis penciptaan karya. Penulis menggunakan figur perempuan karena semua tokoh utama dari tiga cerita pendek tersebut adalah perempuan. Setiap cerita pendek menghasilkan 3 karya drawing, sehingga ada sembilan karya drawing yang dihasilkan dan dibagi menjadi 3 judul sesuai jumlah cerita pendek yaitu Sisterhood Inside, Beauty Myth, dan Function of Motherhood? dengan adanya karya ini diharapkan dapat menambah kreativitas dan wawasan dalam dunia seni rupa. Selain itu, karya ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan pesan untuk perempuan, bahwa kecantikan bukan segalanya, serta sifat keibuan pasti dimiliki oleh seluruh perempuan. ; ----
By reading always there a story that appears in every word. Everyone's have different interpretation of a word or a literary sentence. From book collection Lilith’s Bible shorts stories told about Lilith who has resentment to Adam. Women are shaped and educated to be beautiful, submissive, passive, and always supportive to men through a variety of ways that discipline body and soul, from the way they dress, the way they sit, the rest of the night alone, as far as her career restrictions. Because according to the author, women have nature that are not owned by men, if men can have a motherhood, then women are the real mother, which also has a formidable nature. In this essay has a problem formulation how to design ideas, how tools and materials to used, and how to visual analysis of the work. The author chooses watercolors because have attractive character, mixing stackable colors to get the desired color. The author also uses several methods of contemplation, stimulus, and idea processing, which is expected to be a working strategy between literature and drawing. Materials used include aquarelle paper, watercolor brush, base board, watercolor, briliant watercolor, art masking fluid, water container, and tissue. The materials used are applied in the form of watercolor drawing on paper. The creation of this work aims to apply the results of short story interpretation into concepts, explain the process, and produce analysis of the creation of the work. The author uses a female figure because all the main characters of the three short stories are women. Each short story produces 3 drawing, so there are nine drawing produced and divided into 3 titles according to the amount of short stories of Sisterhood Inside, Beauty Myth, and Function of Motherhood? With the existence of this work is expected to add creativity and insight in the world of fine arts. In addition, this work is also expected to give a message for women, that beauty is not everything, and the nature of motherhood must be owned by all women

No full textMATERIAL SELECTION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES IN LEAF SPRING APPLICATION: A REVIEW
Get PDFIn the industrial world, leaf springs are an important component of vehicles. Therefore, material selection is very influential in producing good mechanical properties that can affect leaf spring performance. In this review article, the author aims to review and compile articles on relevant previous studies to compare the best alternative materials other than steel that meet the criteria for the application of leaf springs. The review method used in this article is to search for articles that are relevant to the keyword material, leaf springs, and mechanical properties. After that, the author will collect articles and choose articles that have the criteria to be reviewed. Then the articles that meet the criteria will be reviewed by extracting the data to the review table. As a result, 24 articles will be reviewed. Then the author will extract data on each article, namely material, tensile strength, and flexure. Flexural and tensile strength are used as quality criteria for each material. The conclusion of the review article obtained is that carbon/epoxy has the potential as an alternative steel material because carbon/epoxy has the highest tensile strength with a value of 1841MPa, and flexural strength with a value of 1646.7MPa is close to steel as shown in the review table. However, further research is needed, such as proper design and more efficient manufacturing methods to produce innovative leaf spring components with high quality and acceptable quality in the industry
PENDIDIKAN ANTIKORUPSI TERHADAP GENERASI ALPHA MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BELA NEGARA
Get PDFThis community service uses the lecture, counseling, and discussion methods titled "Anti-Corruption Education Against Generation Alpha Using the State Defense Approach." The long-term goal of this service, the anti-corruption education program, is to be able to provide a sense of awareness and understanding of the notion of corruption, types of corruption, factors causing corruption, and prevention of corruption as a form of implementation of state defense that is adapted to the context of grade 5 school students. The specific target is the alpha generation, which is well educated regarding the understanding, types, causal factors, and prevention of corruption as well as the implementation of state defense. Kegiatan was carried out in the hall at Rawa Barat 05 State Elementary School, which had previously been coordinated with the principal, class teachers, and school stakeholder groups. The main purpose of this service is to implement the values of defending the state against the alpha generation in the spirit of anti-corruption in the future. This activity begins with a Pre test to determine how far the participants' knowledge is related to the theme, then education is given in accordance with the context of the 5th grade students, and the activity ends with a Post test.To create a generation that has anti-corruption values, good and correct materials and directions are needed. Through legal appeals regarding anti-corruption education for students, one of the efforts made by the author is to provide education to students, especially at SDN Rawa Barat 5. This community service uses lectures, counseling, and discussion methods entitled "Anti-Corruption Education for the Alpha Generation Using the State Defense Approach." The specific objective of this service is to educate the alpha generation about the meaning, types, causes, and prevention of corruption as a means of defending the country. The main purpose of community service is to implement the values of defending the country for the alpha generation in the spirit of anti-corruption in the future. The increase in partners' understanding and knowledge can be seen from the results of the posttest, which proves the partners really understand the material provided
Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Self Eficacy Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of organizational culture and self-efficacy on organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Creative Economy Agency of Denpasar City. The number of samples taken was 60 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. While the data analysis techniques are validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, t test (t test), determination, and f test (f test). The test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment. it can be seen from the results of the t-test that the t-test is 3,313, which is greater than the t-table of 1.671 and the sig value of 0.002 so that the first hypothesis is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on organizational commitment, seen from the results of the t-test, it is obtained that the t-count is 4.498, which is greater than the t-table of 1.671 and the sig value of 0.000, so the second hypothesis is accepted. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and self-efficacy on organizational commitment seen from the F-count is 47.385 greater than the F-table of 3.15 so that the third hypothesis is accepted
