STRATEGI BRANDING UNTUK MEMBANGUN IMAGE POSITIF PANGAN LOKAL BAGI USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH
Indonesia has many types of local food with their own uniqueness. This potential has not been matched by people's interest in consuming local food. This is due to the low level of food processing technology innovation to produce prestigious local food. Micro small and medium enterprises are also low in building product image. Building a positive image of local food requires a study to obtain the right branding concept. The study method uses a post positivistic paradigm and inductive thinking patterns. The result of this study is that the branding strategy is focused on product branding. Building a positive image of local food is done by improving the physical appearance of the product by processing innovation, improving packaging, labeling, and paying attention to consumer tastes, then communicating intensively to the public. The branding concept is made simple, hits the hearts of the public, and must be consistent in maintaining the value of the product. Micro, small and medium enterprises must be diligent and creative in finding ideas to maintain consumer loyalty.
 
Analisis Pilihan Konsumen Dalam Mengkonsumsi Beras Organik Di Kabupaten Sragen
This research aims to determine: (1) lexicographic preference of organic and non-organic rice consumption; and (2) factors influence lexicographic preference. Sragen was chosen as location of this research since Sragen is one of organic rice producer in Indonesia. Descriptive analytic method was applied by implementing purposive sampling to get 126 consumers as respondents in this research. Multinomial logistic model was implemented to determine factors influences of lexicographic preference. Reference category is lexicographic preference of non-organic rice. Result of research of show that influence lexicographic preference in consumption of labeled organic rice and unlabeled organic rice are hedonic price of rice, pesticides residual, and consumer motivation.  Key Words:  Organic Rice, Lexicographic Preference, Consumptio
Pengenalan Digital Marketing dalam Pemasaran Produk Pertanian Untuk Petani Milenial Desa Wonotulus Kecamatan Purworejo Kabupaten Purworejo
Abstrak: Saat ini era digital telah menyentuh hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk bisnis di bidang pertanian. Ada keprihatinan besar terkait dengan kondisi petani saat ini. Produk pertanian berlimpah tetapi harga produk pertanian dan kebutuhan pokok terus mengalami peningkatan. Sedangkan di sisi lain petani sebagai produsen mendapatkan harga jual yang rendah. Penyebab rendahnya harga jual di tingkat petani adalah panjangnya rantai distribusi dan ketergantungan petani pada tengkulak. Melihat kondisi tersebut maka diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan posisi tawar petani dengan cara menghubungkan petani langsung kepada konsumen. Cara tersebut adalah pemasaran secara online. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah memperkenalkan digital marketing kepada petani milenial desa Wonotulus. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, petani diharapkan lebih memahami pentingnya penggunaan sosial media untuk mendukung kegiatan pemasaran produk pertanian. Metode pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan penyuluhan dilanjutkan dengan diskusi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat diberikan kepada pengurus dan anggota Karang Taruna desa Wonotulus kecamatan Purworejo kabupaten Purworejo. Karang Taruna desa Wonotulus sebagai objek pengabdian karena beranggotakan petani muda yang aktif dalam mengelola pertanian dengan baik. Peserta cukup antusias terhadap kegiatan ini dan mengharapkan dilakukan tindak lanjut pelatihan dan pendampingan.Abstract: The digital era has touched all aspects of life including agricultural business. Concern about the fate of farmers because the product is abundant but the price is getting more expensive. Likewise food prices have also increased. On the other hand, farmers get a low selling price. The reason for the low selling price at the farm level is the long distribution chain, farmers' ability to sell products is low and highly dependent on middlemen. In order to increase the bargaining position of farmers, it is necessary to establish a sales system from farmers directly to consumers. That system is online marketing. The purpose of this activity is to introduce digital marketing to millennial farmers in Wonotulus village. Thus farmers understand the importance of using the social media in marketing. The method used is counseling and discussion. The object of activity is the manager and members of Karang Taruna Wonotulus village. It was chosen as the object of activity because it consists of young farmers who are active in managing agriculture. Pembatasan Ransum Berpengaruh Terhadap Pertambahan Bobot Badan Ayam Broiler Pada Periode Pertumbuhan
Usaha ayam broiler masih berkembang pesat meskipun isu flu burung mewarnai peternakan unggas di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena ayam broiler dapat mensubsitusi kekurangan ternak besar seperti sapi dan kerbau, dapat diusahakan dengan modal kecil serta dapat memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani. Ayam broiler termasuk ternak yang mempunyai tingkat keefisiensi yang tinggi dalam mengkonversi pakan menjadi daging, namun produsen selalu menghadapi masalah dalam hal harga pakan ternak unggas yang semakin mahal karena biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan untuk ternak unggas komersial seperti ayam broiler menyita biaya produkssi sekitar 60 %-70%.Oleh karena itu dicari usaha-usaha untuk menekan biaya produksi utamanya masalah pakan. Cara-cara yang telah dilakukan oleh para peneliti antara lain dengan membatasi pemberian ransum karena ayam broiler cenderung mengkonsumsi ransum melebihi dari kuantitas yang ddiperlukan, hal ini merupakan suatu pemborosan. . Pengembangan manajemen pemberian ransum pada ternak ayam broiler melalui pembatasan ransum akan berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ayam broiler dirancang untuk memperoleh produksi yang optimal dan ekonomis serta kualitas daging yang baik. Pendekatan untuk tujuan tersebut dilakukan melalui pembatasan ransum pada periode pertumbuhan. Kata kunci: Pembatasan ransum, Bobot badan,Ayam broiler
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pembuatan Anyaman Bambu (Lambar) di Desa Tanjungsari Kecamatan Petanahan Kabupaten Kebumen
(Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) proses pembuatan anyaman bambu lambar di Desa Tanjungsari Kecamatan Petanahan Kabupaten Kebumen, 2) Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi lambar Di desa Tanjungsari Kecamatan Petanahan Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan analisis deskriptif. Sampel sejumlah 75 orang, ditentukan dengan mengaplikasikan rumus Yamane dengan presisi sebesar 10 %. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis faktor produksi menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Analisis data menggunakan analisis fungsi produksi, analisis biaya produksi dan analisis kelayakan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa proses pembuatan anyaman bambu lambar yaitu proses pengulitan dan pembelahan bambu, membuat iratan, penghalusan iratan, penjemuran iratan dan penganyaman (pembuatan lambar). Faktor produksi yang berpengaruh signifikan pada produksi lambar adalah iratan pendek, iratan panjang, modal kerja dan tenaga kerja dalam keluarga, sedangkan pengalaman usaha dan umur responden tidak berpengaruh signifikan
Pelatihan Business Model Canvas (BMC) Untuk Pengembangan Startup Mahasiswa
Abstrak: Perguruan Tinggi diharapkan berkontribusi dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berperan dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja sehingga mengurangi masalah pengangguran di Indonesia. Hal tersebut dapat terwujud melalui kegiatan kewirausahaan yang dijalankan mahasiswa. Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo melakukan pendampingan startup mahasiswa melalui Inkubator Bisnis. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa belum semua startup mahasiswa melakukan strategi pengembangan bisnis. Salah satu cara untuk menyusun perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis dapat dilakukan dengan BMC. Namun demikian belum semua startup membuat BMC untuk pengembangan bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil brainstorming dengan startup mahasiswa maka pengabadian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mahasiswa menyusun BMC untuk pengembanagn bisnis. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pelatihan dengan peserta mahasiswa yang memiliki startup bisnis. Jumlah peserta 25 orang. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang BMC, kemampuan menjelaskan komponen BMC, dan mengisi 9 blok BMC sesuai bisnis yang dijalankan. Mahasiswa memerlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan, pelatihan ilmu bisnis yang lain serta jejaring bisnis agar startup lebih cepat berkembang. Abstract: Universities are expected to contribute to producing graduates who play a role in the absorption of labor so as to reduce the problem of unemployment in Indonesia. This can be realized through entrepreneurial activities run by students. Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo provides assistance to start-up students through the Business Incubator. The survey results show that not all start-ups have implemented a business development strategy. One way to develop a business plan can be done with BMC. However, not all start-ups make BMC for business development.The method of implementing the activity is training with student participants who have business start-ups. The number of participants is 25 people. The results of community service show an increase in student knowledge about BMC, the ability to explain the components of BMC, and fill in 9 BMC blocks according to the business being run. Students need ongoing assistance, training in other business knowledge and business networks so that start-ups can grow faster. Adoption Of Sugarcane Cultivation Technology In Sandy Soil, Purworejo District, Central Java
The efforts to increase agricultural production are expected to year-over-year increase. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the characteristics of farmers in cultivating sugarcane in sandy soil, 2) to determine farmers' adoption of sugarcane plantation cultivation in sandy soil, and 3) to determine the productivity of sugar cane plantations in sandy soil. The research applied descriptive method. The total sample taken was 30 samples who were sugarcane farmers from the sandy soil, Purworejo Regency by purposive sampling. The instrument used was using a Likert scale ranging from strongly agree, agree, undecided, disagree, and strongly disagree. To answer the first objective used descriptive analysis, second, and the third objective used class intervals (low, medium, and high). The results of this study are 1) characteristics of sugarcane farmers on sandy soil in Purworejo Regency are classified as productive, the highest level of education of the farmers is junior high school, the experience of farmers in cultivating sugarcane on sandy soil are > 15 years, the total production of sugarcane are 5- 6 ton, the area of farmer's land are 2-4 Ha, and the productivity level of farmers are 3 - 4 ton/Ha. 2) the adoption rate of sugarcane farmers on the sandy soil of Purworejo Regency are medium, and 3) the level of productivity of sugarcane farmers on the sandy soil of Purworejo Regency is classified as medium productivity. The utilization of coastal land should add compost to increase soil moisture. The seeds that have been certified and have SNI.
Analisis Nilai Tambah Produk Olahan Manggis Di Kelompok Wanita Tani Sri Lestari Desa Somongari Kecamatan Kaligesing Kabupaten Purworejo
The purpose of this study 1) the process of making mangosteen peel tea, pure mangosteen peel powder, instant mangosteen peel powder, mangosteen peel powder capsules, and mangosteen fruit juice in Somongari village, Kaligesing district, Purworejo district, 2) the magnitude of the added value of processed mangosteen skin powder into mangosteen skin powder mangosteen, mangosteen peel capsules, pure mangosteen peel powder, instant mangosteen peel powder and mangosteen juice in the Sri Lestari Farmer Women's Group Somongari Village Kaligesing District Purworejo District. The research method used was a case study, data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. A sample of 5 people consisted of key informants and ordinary informants. Value-added analysis using the Hayami Method. The results showed that the process: 1) Mangosteen skin tea is fresh mangosteen then split (take the skin), washed, chopped, dried, sorted and finally packaged (packaged), 2) Mangosteen skin capsules are fresh mangosteen (take soft skin), washed, dried, grinded, sifted, put the powder into capsules and finally packaged, 3) Mangosteen skin pure powder that is fresh mangosteen split (take soft skin), washed, dried, ground, sifted, sifted and packaged (packaged), 4) Instant skin powder mangosteen, namely fresh mangosteen (take soft skin), washed, dried, ground, sifted, cooked powder with added brown sugar and water to form crystals and finally packing (packing), 5) Mangosteen juice namely mangosteen freshly washed, split take meat fruit and separate seeds, boiling (cocktail) then blender and boil back to the last packing. The added value of mangosteen skin tea is IDR 32,177.03, mangosteen skin capsule is IDR 315,190.96, pure mangosteen skin powder is IDR 64,598.85, instant mangosteen skin powder is IDR 72,484.21 and mangosteen juice is IDR 37,926.81
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.
