У результаті сформовано концептуальну модель стратегічного управління для ІТ-аутсорсингових компаній, яка враховує змінність зовнішнього середовища, здатність до адаптації та стратегічної гнучкості. Практичне значення роботи полягає у наданні інструментарію для оцінки та розвитку стратегічних підходів у сфері ІТ-аутсорсингу на міжнародному рівні

The polyphony nature in this novel is in the form of counterpoint models voices intertwined together without negating each other, similar to the Weltemperklavier by Johan Sebastian Bach in the Baroque music era

No full textIs there a direct correlation between the degree of an artist’s participation in ideologically defined discursive practices and the aesthetic value and expressive innovation of her or his work? How does the concept of the implied audience influence an author’s approach to the creative process? How relevant is the author’s own self-projection in her or his works to their aesthetic quality? Examining these and other questions, this dissertation studies the strategies of an artist’s engagement with or disengagement from repressive political systems which are understood here as mechanisms of putting forward demands regarding the artist’s creative output.
Questions of late Socialist Realism and its national variants, ideological art, kitsch, mass literature, narodnytstvo (populism), “chimerical” (“whimsical”) prose, totalitarian culture, shistdesiatnytstvo (movement of the generation of the 1960s), and cultural heritage define the theoretical framework of the dissertation. The study discusses the period of the 1970s and 1980s in the Soviet Union, focusing on Ukrainian literature and its dynamics during the Stagnation Era and perestroika. Examples from Russian literature test the argument and provide opportunities for comparative analysis. Within Ukrainian literature of the 1970s and 1980s, the dissertation examines the prose works of Valerii Shevchuk and Volodymyr Drozd and poetry of Petro Midianka and Oleh Lysheha. Within Russian literature, the study discusses Liudmila Petrushevskaia’s prose works and Elena Shvarts’s poetry. The authors and their works illustrate the range of possible attitudes towards participation in the system of Soviet cultural production. Close readings of the authors’ representative works demonstrate how complex negotiations with the system are reflected in the aesthetic quality and expressive ability of literary works. No full textThe article presents the attempt to reveal peculiarities of organization of students’ creative work with titles of texts as the important component of their training for professional activity under conditions of mountain environment. The author accentuates on important aspects of Ukrainian foreign languages education system development and remarks that pragmatic aspect of comprehension of authentic texts titles plays an important role in foreign languages teaching. The titles are analyzed through their semantic and pragmatic peculiarities. Specific examples are given in order to sustain the ideas presented in the article. Afterwards the author presents the approximate classification of various techniques of work with the titles of authentic texts which are particularly applicable in the schools of mountain regions. These techniques are presented and analyzed from the viewpoint of potential use of cultural and background information content of titles in the process of foreign languages teaching

No full textThis research examines students’ understanding of intercultural communication issues through text reading using a short story entitled Channel at the Bottom of the Sea written by a Singaporean author, Stephanie Ye. A readers’ response qualitative method is used in conducting this research which uses a literary text focusing on multicultural themes. By using Martin and Nakayama’s intercultural communication concepts specifically on the four barriers in intercultural communication, this analysis examines 25 students’ response in understanding, reacting, and reflecting intercultural communication cases. In conclusion, it can be seen that 64% students responded well enough in perceiving the issues of intercultural communication in a multicultural context. Техніко-юридичні прийоми нормопроєктування в Європейському Союзі: модель для реформування законотворення в Україні
No full textУ статті досліджено техніко-юридичні прийоми нормопроєктування в Європейському Союзі як комплекс принципів, методів і процедур, спрямованих на забезпечення належної якості нормативно-правових актів. Виокремлено ключові орієнтири законодавчої техніки ЄС, зокрема вимоги чіткості та точності формулювання норм, структурної узгодженості змісту, врахування інтересів та потреб адресатів правового регулювання, а також дотримання принципів субсидіарності, пропорційності й законності. Особливу увагу приділено інструментам практичного втілення цих принципів: оцінці необхідності правового регулювання, застосуванню структурних стандартів, кодифікації та переформулюванню актів (recasting), моніторингу імплементації, а також багаторівневій юридико-лінгвістичній експертизі. З урахуванням українського контексту проаналізовано останні ініціативи щодо вдосконалення законодавчої техніки. Показано, що попри часткове впровадження європейських підходів, результативність їх реалізації в Україні залежить від посилення інституційної спроможності, розвитку експертної підтримки та ефективних механізмів публічної участі. Запропоновано запровадження уніфікованого керівництва з нормопроєктування як інструменту гармонізації стандартів якості правотворення. Отримані результати підтверджують потенціал стандартів ЄС для підвищення ефективності та легітимності національного законотворчого процесу України.This article examines the European Union’s approach to legal act drafting through a system of principles, methods, and procedures that ensure the proper quality of legislation. It identifies key guidelines for drafting, including clarity and precision in the formulation of provisions, structural coherence of legal acts, adaptation of content to target audiences, and adherence to the principles of subsidiarity, proportionality, and legality. Particular focus is given to the legal techniques used to implement these principles in practice, such as necessity assessments, structural standards, codification, recasting, implementation monitoring, and multilevel legal and linguistic editing. Applying the EU approach to the Ukrainian context, the study overviews recent statutory reforms aimed at improving legislative drafting. The analysis shows that, while Ukrainian legislation has partially incorporated many EU legislative drafting concepts, their practical application depends on strengthening institutional capacity, enhancing expert support, and improving public participation mechanisms. The adoption of a uniform legislative drafting manual is proposed as a step toward harmonizing quality safeguards for enactments. The findings confirm the potential of EU standards to increase the efficiency and legitimacy of Ukraine’s national law-making process
