Bohdan-Ihor Antonych: Secession and context
The author of the paper brings forward his refl ections on West-Ukrainian poetic Secession of the fi rst decades of the 20th century, paying special attention to the place of Secession discourse within the literary process which covers a wide range of literary phenomena, from “Moloda Muza” (“The Young Muse”) to Bohdan-Ihor Antonych’s poetic heritage. In particular, the article analyses the semantics of colours and music before Antonych and compares it with the associations called up by the visual and auditive metaphors of the poet who “...used to live in the cherry trees”

Abstract
The modern period of the development of society is characterized by a strong influence on it of information technologies that penetrate into all spheres of human activity and form a global information space. An inseparable and important part of these processes is informatization of education.
Information technologies and education in the aggregate become those spheres of human interests and activities that mark the epoch of the XXI century and should become the basis for solving the problems facing humanity.
In the information society, when information becomes the highest value, and the information culture of a person is the determining factor of professional activity, the requirements to the education system also change, and the status of education is significantly increased.

Abstract
Background. Important part of orthopaedic surgery is endoprosthetics of hip joints, which eliminates pain syndrome, restores the amplitude of movements and the support ability of the lower limb. But there is a number of complications; venous thromboembolism among them occupies a leading place.
Material and methods. 219 patients with a mean age of 64.7 ± 3.8 years were operated. In 137 (62.1%) observations, total cement hip replacement was performed for osteoarthritis. 82 (37.4%) patients received total and unipolar cement hip replacement for cervical femoral neck fractures.
Results. Clinical manifestations of non-specific connective tissue dysplasia were detected in 83 (37.9%) patients, which were confirmed by the laboratory determination of the level of general, bound and free oxyproline. In the postoperative period, the thrombotic process in the venous system of the inferior vena cava was diagnosed in 23 (10.5%) observations. Operative intervention on the hip joint in patients with nonspecific dysplasia of connective tissue in 11 (13.3%) cases was complicated by the development of venous thrombosis. In patients without non-specific connective tissue dysplasia, postoperative thrombosis in the system of the inferior vena cava was diagnosed in 12 (8.8%) observations.
Conclusions. Patients with osteoarthrosis of the hip joint and the femoral neck fracture accompanied by the non-specific dysplasia of the connective tissue are characterized by expressed levels of endothelial dysfunction and increased activity of the blood-coagulation system.

AUDIT AS A FORM OF CONTROL OF THE STATE FINANCIAL INSPECTION OF UKRAINE
The aim of the article is to review the audit as a form of control of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine and to analyse its forms and types. The subject of the study is the audit as a form of control of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine. Research methodology. The research is based on the use of general scientific and specialscientific methods and techniques of scientific knowledge. The dialectical method made it possible to investigate the definition of the audit as a form of control of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine and the procedure for its appointment. The comparative legal method was used in order to compare doctrinal approaches to this issue. Interpretation of the content of normative legal acts of domestic legislation was carried out with the help of the normative-dogmatic method. These acts regulate the problem of appointment and conduction of the audit. The system-structural method was used for the study of the audit institution as a whole (system) with the coordinated functioning of all its elements. Methods of analysis and synthesis helped to study some parts of this institute to formulate further conclusions about its most optimal functioning. Practical impact. The analysis of types of audits, as well as their characteristic features, helped to develop recommendations for improving the procedure for conducting audits by the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine, as well as to identify problematic issues that require further consideration and research. Correlation/originality. In the research, there was made a proposal about audits, which are carried out by the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine and its territorial bodies. The proposal was to make them a form of forecasting control. It was recommended to qualify the fact of prevention the officials of the controlling body from carrying out the audit, checking or not providing the necessary documents for audit and verification as an administrative offense. A special attention was paid to the timeliness of the selection of explanations from the involved persons during the detection of offenses
Analytical study of soil strain rate with a ploughshare for uncovering slit
Saabunud / Received 20.10.2020 ; Aktsepteeritud / Accepted 18.11.2020 ; Avaldatud veebis / Published online 20.11.2020 ; Vastutav autor / Corresponding author: Ihor Kupchuk e-mail: [email protected] article is devoted to solving one of the most important tasks of substantiating rational design and technological parameters of the working body for the installation of elements of subsurface irrigation. To reduce the frictional resistance during pulling of intra-soil irrigation communications, it becomes necessary to form a cavity inside the soil. The energy efficiency of such a process is determined by the traction resistance and directly depends on the normal and shear stresses of the soil as a result of its relative deformation during interaction with a special working body – the share of a mole plough. The geometric shape and kinematic parameters of the share, together with the mechanical characteristics of the soil, have the greatest influence on the nature of the relative deformation. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to determine the functional dependences of the components of the soil deformation rates on the geometric and kinematic parameters of the working body surface. These equations are necessary to determine the stress components in the soil, which make it possible to determine the compaction of the soil on the walls of the formed cavity (molehill), as well as the components of the forces of resistance to the movement of the working body
