The purposes of this study are 1) To describe the role of the Tafsir Amaly in improving the spiritual attitudes of students in class VIII A MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang 2) To describe the spiritual attitudes of students in class VIII A MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang 3) To describe the supporting factors and inhibiting the role of Amaly in improving the spiritual attitude of students in class VIII A MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of the research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: 1) The teacher's role in improving the spiritual attitude of class VIII A students focused on four roles, namely: as role models, teachers, mentors, and motivators. 2) Spiritual attitudes in class VIII A MTs Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang, focused on three forms of spiritual attitudes, namely: a) piety b) strong faith c) quality of worship. And 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of Amaly in improving the spiritual attitude of the students of MTs al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang there are two categories, namely internal and external factors, internal supporting factors in the form of lust, while external factors are: a) environment b) customs c ) imtaqisasi, the internal is lust, while external background broken home

Get PDFThe application of Punishment in an institution is helpful in fostering the morals of students, because they will get sanctions that is being punished. This study discussed influence of punishment towards student’s morals of al Urwatul Wutsqo Boarding School of Bulurejo Diwek Jombang. The results stated that the application of punishment was good with 72% of 51 male students, and the morals of students showed a very good category with 69% of 51 male students. There is a strong and significant influence between Punishment and the Morals of students at the al Urwatul Wutsqo Boarding School Bulurejo Diwek Jombang. This is evident from results and obtained that was a high correlation about 0.944

The role of the teacher at MTs Al-urwatul wutsqo is the role of the moral creed teacher as a communicator, motivator and mentor. The communicator looks familiar to the students and the teacher. The motivator can be seen from every time the teacher always gives encouragement to do good, both ukrowi and worldly motivation in the form of praise. As a mentor, it can be seen that the teacher always reminds students, for example, if there is student misbehavior, the teacher must guide students in a good direction so that they do not deviate from Shari'a.’at-syar’adhere to Islam and motivate students not to do that again. Morals that appear are commendable morals. Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang includes educational institutions that contribute to the nation by holding promotions to encourage the public to obtain the proper education. The purpose of this study was to determine the promotional strategies in marketing management in the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang. This type of research is field research. The results of the study indicate that the promotion strategy uses tools; electronic media, stickers, banners, wall clocks, calendars, and personal selling. Marketing management through the stages of planning, organization, actualization, evaluation. The supporting factors are vision, motivation from caregivers, santri whose loyalty and totality and promotional tools are quite interesting. The inhibitors are santri / ustadz who are not visionary and semisi with Islamic boarding schools and some weaknesses of promotional tools. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of promotional strategies in marketing management of the Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School Diwek Jombang uses existing management tools and functions in the company's marketing management
EFEKTIVITAS METODE DRILL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TAFSIR AMALY DI MA AL-URWATUL WUTSQO JOMBANG
Get PDFLearning Tafsir Amaly is very important because it contains details and studies of important verses in the Qur'an. However, in practice the teacher used a method that is not appropriate, so that students were easily bored in the learning process, therefore a new method of teaching is needed.This research is aimed to know whether or not drill method influenced the students Tafsir Amaly achievement. The research used experimental design belongs to comparative study with a survey approach. The samples of this research were taken from students of MA al Urwatul Wutsqo. The findings of this research result showed that the t accounted is higher than t table (6. 529 < 2. 00324), with degree of freedom is 56 and degree of significance is 0, 05, and sig. 0.000 < 0.05. it can be concluded that drill method is effective to teach Tafsir Amaly at MA al Urwatul Wutsqo.

The implementation of training and development at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang has been carried out even though it has not been effective but the activities at school have been running according to the rules that have been set. Then the formulation of the problem is to find out how the implementation of training and development of human resources at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used are interview, observation and documentation methods. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of training and human resource development in Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang has been well implemented, which is evidenced by the training process, namely by: determining the training needs to be carried out, training design, training implementation, training assessment. As for the development, it is proven by the existence of: career planning, career development, organizational development and performance appraisal management

Berfokus pada tiga aspek, yakni. Pertama. Bagaimana Mutu Kaderisasi Guru Al-Quran di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo. Kedua. Bagaimana Manajemen Kaderisasi Guru Al-Qur’an dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo. Ketiga. Bagaimana Problematika Manajemen Kaderisasi Guru Al-Qur’an untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo.
Untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan mencari jawaban atas tiga permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus tunggal (single case study approach), teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan interview, observation, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik deskriptif dengan membuat gambaran sistematis dan faktual, analisis dilakukan dengan tiga cara yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan keikutsertaan peneliti, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi.
Sesuai dengan fokus penelitan, terdapat tiga sub fokus penting hasil penelitian ini. Pertama. Mutu Kaderisasi Guru Al-Quran di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo yakni, a) Dukungan dari pemerintah, b) Kepemimpinan pengasuh yang efektif, c) Kinerja guru yang baik, d) Kurikulum yang relavan, e) Lulusan yang berkualitas, f) Budaya dan iklim organisasi yang efektif, g) Dukungan masyarakat dan ornag tua santri. Kedua, Manajemen Kaderisasi Guru Al-Qur’an dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo. a) Pelaksanaan kaderisasi dimulai semenjak awal mondok, b) Pelaksanaan kaderisasi dilaksanakan pada jam diniyah. c. Pemberian kartu pelatih untuk yang telah lulus. d. praktik mengajar di lembaga sekitar. Ketiga, Problematika Manajemen Kaderisasi Guru Al-Qur’an untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo, a) kurangnya SDM, b) Minimnya Kaderisasi, c) Guru/pendidik, d) Struktur tidak konsisten
Atas dasar hasil penelitian, peneliti memberikan rekomendasi kepada 1. Pengasuh, guru, tempat penelitian untuk lebih mengembangkan lagi program yang sudah ada. 2. Pondok-pondok yang ada di Indonesia hendaknya diadakan program serupa di pondok-pondok. 3. Untuk pemerintah hendaknya mendukung dan memfasilitasi program kaderisasi guru al-Qur’an di pondok pesantre
MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MELALUI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS FILM DI KELAS X PADA MATA PELAJARAN SKI DI MA URWATUL WUTSQO
Get PDFThis study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) in class X MA Urwatul Wutsqo through the application of film-based learning media. The background of this problem is the low student learning outcomes caused by learning methods that tend to be monotonous and the lack of innovative media. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of classroom action research (PTK) consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were MA Urwatul Wutsqo grade X students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In cycle I, the average score of students' learning outcomes reached 74, and in cycle II it increased to 81. In addition, students' activities and enthusiasm in participating in learning also increased drastically after the use of film media. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of film-based learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes and activeness in SKI subjects in class X MA Urwatul Wutsqo.
