Figurative Language of Cinema World in Joko Widodo Speech
No full textThis research titled Figurative Language in Joko Widodo Speech. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the figure of speech in Joko Widodo speech, the types of figurative language and its meaning of his speech. A qualitative method was used to classify and analyze the data. The technique used in collecting the data was searching videos of Joko Widodo speech. The data used Perrine (1963) and Taylors theories (1981: 167) that many types of figurative language that divide into three classifications namely comparison and substitution, representation by substitution, and contrast by the discrepancy. The data was taken from Joko Widodo Speech in Annual Meeting International Monetary Fund-World Bank in Bali, World Economic ASEAN Forum in Hanoi and US-ASEAN Forum. The author found 9 figurative languages in Joko Widodo speech in the international event; there were 7 allusions, 1 metaphor, and 1 assonance. The conclusion of this research, the using of figurative language is an alternative to implied the literal meaning which can attract the readers or listeners attention and evoke their imagination

Rumah Bersalin merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan umum yang ada selain rumah sakit dan puskesmas. Manajemen RB Ngesti Widodo telah melakukan upaya membangunan sarana dan prasarana suatu rumah bersalin namun dalam proses perencanaan pemilik tidak menggunakan dasar desain untuk rumah bersalin sehingga timbul beberapa permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan syarat desain ruangan. Tidak ada dasar yang jelas dari Departemen Kesehatan mengenai desain fisik rumah bersalin. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui upaya pemilik dalam melakukan pembangunan atau renovasi kamar bersalin sesuai dengan standar Departemen kesehatan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional kualitatif, dengan pendekatan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah 1 orang pemilik rumah bersalin dan 1 orang dokter spesialis kandungan dan kebidanan, 1 orang bidan pelaksana, 1 orang staff YanKesMas Dinas Kesehatan. Analisis data yang digunakan content analysis (analisa isi) yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian input yang didapat manajemen tidak mengetahui standar, Dinas tidak memberikan sosialisasi dan fasilitas konsultasi. Dalam prosesnya manajemen melaksanakan berdasarkan pengetahuan sendiri, Dinas Kesehatan tidak melakukan evaluasi dalam pembangunan. Output dari pembangunan secara umum bisa diterima oleh dokter spesialis kebidanan dan kandungan, bidan, pasien dan lingkungan namun sesuai standar masih kurang.
Rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada manajemen untuk melakukan pembenahan kamar bersalin sesuai standar Departemen Kesehatan, dalam pengembangan kedepan melibatkan dokter, bidan, konsultan rumah sakit, membuat SOP mengenai keselamatan pasien di rumah bersalin. Kepada Dinas Kesehatan untuk melakukan sosialisasi kepada manajemen rumah sakit mengenai standar pembangunan dan menyedia materi mengenai standar rumah sakit, melakukan kontrol pembangunan dan evaluasi output rumah sakit.

Evaluation on the Development of Maternity Room Building Based on Ministry of Health Standards and Implementation of Patient Safety at Ngesti Widodo Maternity Hospital Ungaran

Maternity house (RB) was one of public health services in addition to hospitals and puskesmas. Management of Ngesti Widodo maternity house (RB Ngesti Widodo) was done efforts to develop facilities for maternity house, however they did not use basic construction design for developing maternity house. Therefore, problems related to room design requirement occurred. No clear regulation from Ministry of Health regarding physical design of maternity house. Objective of the study was to identify efforts of the owner in applying standard from Ministry of Health when developing or renovating maternity house.
This was an observational-qualitative study with cross sectional approach. Study subjects were one owner of maternity house, one gynecologist, one executing midwife, and one YanKesMas staff of district health office. Content analysis was applied in the data analysis; it included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusion.
Result of the study showed that in term of input: management did not know the standard; Health office did not provide information (socialization) and consultation facility. In fact, management developed or renovated maternity house based on their knowledge, and local head office did not conduct evaluation during the development. In term of output: in general, building development could be accepted by gynecologists, midwives, patients and environment; however, it was still below the standard.
Recommendations for management of maternity house were to fix delivery room according to the ministry of health standard; to involve physician, midwives and hospital consultant; to formulate SOP regarding patient safety in the maternity house. Recommendations for local health office were to conduct socialization to hospital management about building development standard, and to provide materials regarding hospital standard, to control building development, and to evaluate hospital output.

No full textThis research is motivated by the existence of economic integration that has been agreed by ASEAN member countries to establish the ASEAN Economic Community, one of which aims to form an ASEAN Production Base Single Market in order to increase competitiveness and equalize the economy of the ASEAN community. The purpose of this study is to determine the reaction of the Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla government to ASEAN Single Market Production Base regulations in a case study of the rice market sector in Indonesia. The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used is literature review which comes from literature suchas books, documents, journals, articles, and the internet. Research written using qualitative analysis techniques. By giving an explanation regarding the reaction of the Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla government to accept the ASEAN Production Base Single Market regulation in the Indonesian ricemarket sector, with several policies summarized by the author, covering the development ofconnectivity infrastructure, increasing rice production, periodic market operations, limiting thevolume of rice imports, and determination of rice import tariffs.
