Padahal sudah disebutkan dalam PP No 19 Tahun 2015 Pasal 5 bahwasannya melaksanakan perkawinan di KUA itu gratis, sedangkan melaksanakan perkawinan di luar kantor dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp.600.000,. Walaupun harus mengeluarkan banyak biaya, tidak hanya biaya perkawinan saja melainkan juga ubo rampe (perlengkapan) pelaksanaan akad nikah juga menekan biaya yang banyak. Besaran biaya tidak menjadi kendala bagi masyarakat untuk melangsungkan perkawinan di luar kantor.
Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas dapat ditarik permasalahan sebagai berikut: (1) Mengapa masyarakat Kec Bantarbolang Kab. Pemalang mayoritas memilih pelaksanaan akad perkawinan di luar kantor. (2) Bagaimana tanggapan KUA dan masyarakat terhadap Pasal 5 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 Tahun 2015 tentang Biaya Pencatatan Nikah.
Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Jenis Penelitian Hukum Normatif Empiris yang mana mengenai implementasinya berkaitan dengan Undang-undang dan terjadi pada masyarakat. (2) Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Wawancara dan Dokumentasi dengan Kepala KUA, Penghulu, dan masyarakat. (3) Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode kualitatif, yakni setelah data terkumpul kemudian dilakukan pengolahan secara kualitatif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan analisis yang akan dikerjakan,
Hasil penelitian : (1) Alasan masyarakat Kecamatan Bantarbolang lebih banyak memilih melaksanakan perkawinan di luar KUA didukung oleh alasan tradisi budaya pernikahan yang tidak bisa dipisahkan. Disamping itu juga disebabkan karena faktor kenyamanan, kemudahan, serta bisa disaksikan banyak orang, dan sebagian warga masyarakat menganggap perkawinan merupakan hal yang sakral bahkan dikeramatkan. Disisi lain, akad pernikahan yang dilangsungkan di KUA juga memiliki kesan negatif bagi sebagian warga masyarakat. (2) Respon KUA dan Masyarakat terhadap adanya Pasal 5 PP No 19 Tahun 2015 yakni merespon positif karena dapat terhindar dari tuduhan-tuduhan gratifikasi, akan tetapi pihak KUA sangat menyayangkan karena peraturan tersebut hanya mengatur mengenai biaya perkawinan yang dilakukan KUA saja. Respon masyarakat sendiri juga tidak keberatan terhadap adanya peraturan tersebut, karena sangat membantu bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Disisi lain, masyarakat merasa keberatan terhadap prosedur pembayaran perkawinan yang harus di setorkan melalui bank karena dirasa sangat ribet, dan banyak masyarakat awam yang tidak tahu prosedur pembayarannya. Get PDFLatar belakang: Usia lansia merupakan usia yang dianggap paling banyak menderita hipertensi yang disertai dengan obesitas. Berdasarkan data dari Puskesmas Kelir yang mencakup Desa Pesucen sebagai wilayah kerjanya, penyakit tekanan darah tinggi merupakan penyakit terbesar pada tahun 2016. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan indeks massa tubuh dengan tekanan darah pada lansia di Desa Pesucen, Banyuwangi.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan 202 responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi spearman dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%.Hasil: Indeks massa tubuh dengan kategori obesitas memiliki proporsi tertinggi dengan persentase sebesar 37,6%. Pada pengukuran tekanan darah sistol dan diastol didapatkan hasil yang fluktuatif pada setiap kategori. Nilai hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh pada lansia di Desa Pesucen dengan tekanan darah sistol (p = 0,029 ; r = 0,154), (p < α = 0,05) dan tekanan darah diastol (p = 0,009 ; r = 0,183), (p < α =0,01).Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh dengan tekanan darah sistol maupun diastolik, namun dengan kekuatan hubungan yang lemah. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
