    Kur'ân'ı ve diğer dinî eserleri, tam ve doğru anlamak için yazılan metinler, şerh geleneğinin ilk örnekleri kabul edilir. Tarih boyunca bir taraftan dinî ve ilmî şerhler, diğer taraftan edebî şerhler yazılmıştır. Edebiyatımızda özellikle edebî şerhlerde Fars edebiyatı ve temsilcilerinin etkisi dikkat çekicidir. Altı asırlık Osmanlı Devleti Döneminde Türk edebiyatı birçok İranlı şairden etkilenmiştir. Etkilenilen bu şairlerin başında ise Hâfız-ı Şîrâzî gelmektedir. Bu yoğun ilgiden dolayıdır ki Hâfız Dîvânı'na başta Sürûrî, Şem'î, Sûdî ve Konevî gibi birçok şârih tarafından şerhler yapılmıştır. Hakkında çalışma yapılan bu eser, Sürûrî ve Şem'î'nin 'Şerh-i Dîvân-ı Hâfız' adlı eserlerinin bir araya getirildiği bir eserdir. Çalışmamız Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi Nuruosmaniye 3962 numarada kayıtlı olan ve Zâhid b. Muhâmmed tarafından 'Kitâb-ı Şem'î ve Sürûrî 'alâ Dîvân-ı Hâfız' ismiyle yazılan bu eserin (176a-201a) arası varaklarının transkribe edilip incelemesinden oluşmuştur. Giriş kısmunda şerh ve şerh usullerinden bahsedildikten sonra çalışma üç ana bölüme ayrılmıştır. Birinci bölümde Hâfız'ın hayatı, dîvânı hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Sonrasında dîvânın Türkçe, Farsça, Arapça şerhleri ile Anadolu sahasında yazılan şerhler tanıtılmıştır. İkinci kısımda Zâhid b. Muhâmmed'in hayatı, eserin tertip yöntemi belirlenmiş. Çalışılan kısımda geçen ayet, hadis, Arapça ibareler; Türkçe, Farsça ve Arapça şiirler tercümeleriyle birlikte verilmiş. Sürûrî ve Şem'î'nin şerhleri tertip edilen metinle birlikte karşılaştırılmıştır. Üçüncü kısımda ise (176a-201a) varak aralığındaki metin transkripsiyonlu bir şekilde verilmiştir. Şerhi derleyen kişi olan Zâhid b. Muhammed hakkında elimizdeçok fazla bilgi bulunmamaktadır. Mürettiple ilgili bilgiler eserin dua ve sebebi tertip bölümünde geçen ibarelerdir. Bu ibareler arasında eserin derlendiği tarih olan 'Hicri-1005 Şaban' ve mürettibin ismi yer almaktadır. Netice olarak Zâhid b. Muhâmmed'in mürettibi olduğu metnin belirlenen aralıklar arasındaki kısmının incelenmesi ve tertip metodlarını tespit etmek asıl amaçtır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Zâhid b. Throughout history, religious and scientific commentaries have been written on the one hand, and literary commentaries on the other. The influence of Persian literature and its representatives in our literature, especially in literary commentaries, is remarkable. During the six-century Ottoman Empire Period, Turkish literature was influenced by many Iranian poets. Hâfiz-i Şîrâzî comes first among these poets who were influenced by him. Due to this intense interest, commentaries were made on the Hâfiz's Diwan by many commentators such as Sürûrî, Şem'î, Sûdî and Konevî. This work, which has been studied about, is a work in which the works of Sürûrî and Şem'î called 'Şerh-i Diwan-i Hafiz' are brought together. Our study consists of transcribing and examining the pages (176a-201a) of this work, which is registered in Suleymaniye Library Nuruosmaniye number 3962 and written by Zahid b. Muhammad under the name 'Kitâb-i Şem'i ve Sururi 'ala Diwan-i Hafiz'. After mentioning annotation and annotation procedures in the introduction, the study is divided into three main sections. In the first chapter, information about Hafiz's life and divan is given. Afterwards, the Turkish, Persian and Arabic commentaries of the divan and the commentaries written in the Anatolian field are introduced. In the second part, the life of Zahid b. Muhammad and the method of organization of the work are determined. Verses, hadiths, Arabic phrases in the studied section; Turkish, Persian and Arabic poems are given with their translations. The commentaries of Sürûrî and Şem'î were compared with the edited text. In the third part, the text in the folio range (176a-201a) is given in transcription. We do not have much information about Zahid b. Muhammad, the person who compiled the commentary. Information about the author is in the phrases in the prayer and sebeb-i arrangement section of the work. Among these phrases are the date of compilation of the work, 'Hijri-1005 Şaban' and the name of the author. As a result, the main purpose is to examine the part of the text written by Zahid b.     Visible light assisted photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue using iodine doped Fe3O4-GO composite

    Environmental contamination and wastewater discharge from industrial activities are global issues that must be addressed immediately. The uncontrolled discharge of dangerous organic compounds constitutes a significant environmental risk. To solve this issue, heterogeneous photocatalysis with semiconductor metal oxides has appeared as an environmentally benign method for wastewater treatment. Our research aims to create a new iodine-doped magnetic graphene oxide nanocomposite and test its ability to break down the refractory methylene blue dye by photocatalytic techniques using sunlight. The I-Fe3O4-GO composite was synthesized using a facile ultrasonication-assisted co-precipitation method. Several physiochemical techniques were employed for detailed characterization, including SEM-EDX, XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis DRS, and Raman spectroscopy. The band gap value of 2.6 eV was measured using a tauc plot. The I-Fe3O4-GO nanocomposite showed 95% methylene blue degradation under sunlight in about an hour. The improved catalytic efficiency of the synthesized photocatalyst was attained at pH 8, with an I-FeGO dose of 50 mg/100 mL and an oxidant dose of 14 mM. The photocatalyst displayed exceptional photostability after five consecutive reusability cycles.     G-C3N4/Ag@CoWO4: A novel sunlight active ternary nanocomposite for potential photocatalytic degradation of rhodamine B dye

    Present study reports the fabrication of novel sunlight active heterogeneous photocatalyst, i.e. Ag@g-C3N4/CoWO4 for potential degradation of rhodamine B dye. The ternary nanocomposite was fabricated using thermal condensation of melamine to prepare g-C3N4 followed by coupling with silver doped cobalt tungstate (Ag@CoWO4) using the hydrothermal method. The novel composite photocatalyst (Ag@g-C3N4/CoWO4) along with pristine photocatalysts (g-C3N4 and Ag@CoWO4) were well characterized in term of morphology (scanning electron microscopy), structure (Fourier Transformed Infrared spectroscopy), crystallinity (X-ray diffraction), and composition (energy dispersive X-ray). The energy band gaps of catalysts were calculated using UV–visible spectroscopic analysis (Tauc plot). The characterization analysis supports the successful assembly of Ag@CoWO4 nanoparticles on the surface of g-C3N4 nanosheets with good crystallinity. The photocatalytic potential of novel catalysts was examined through the degradation of rhodamine B dye in water. The engineered heterojunction promotes photocatalytic activity and improves photo-generated charge separation. The results of the proposed research showed boosted sunlight active photocatalytic efficiency (97% in 120 min at pH 6) of novel composite against rhodamine B dye degradation. The kinetics of the reaction was determined using different models and RSM was used as a statistical tool for interaction and individual effects of influencing parameters.     Coal fly ash supported CoFe2O4 nanocomposites: Synergetic Fenton-like and photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue

    Rapid industrialization is causing a serious threat for the environment. Therefore, this research was aimed in developing ceramic cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4) nanocomposite photocatalyst coated with coal fly ash (CFA-CoFe2O4) using facile hydrothermal synthesis route and their applications against methylene blue. The pristine cobalt ferrite photocatalyst was also prepared, characterized, and applied for efficiency comparison. Prepared photocatalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transformed infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS). Optical response of catalysts was check using photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). pH drift method was used for the surface charge characteristics of the material under acidic and basic conditions of solution pH. The photocatalytic degradation potential of all the materials were determined under ultra-violet irradiations. The influencing reaction parameters like pH, catalyst dose, oxidant dose, dye concentration, and irradiation time, were sequentially optimized to obtain best suited conditions. The 99% degradation of 10 ppm methylene blue was achieved within 60 min of reaction time under pH = 5 and 7, catalyst dose = 10 and 12 mg/100 mL, oxidant = 12 mM and 5 mM for cobalt ferrite and CFA-CoFe2O4 photocatalysts, respectively. Afterwards, the radical scavenging experiments were conducted to find out the effective radical scavengers (˙OH, h+, and e−) in photocatalytic degradation process. The kinetic study of the process was done by applying 1st order, 2nd order, and BMG models.     Expanded Dimensions Of The Purposes And Uses Of Performance Appraisal

    This paper attempts to develop an understanding of performance appraisal (PA) and to identify inconsistencies in its purposes and uses through an analysis of previous studies. The paper explores the purposes and uses of PA in the literature and devises a scheme for classifying the practice of PA into four categories – administrative, developmental, strategic, and role definition. This work was done to expand our understanding of performance appraisal and to highlight its uses in connection with other human resource management and development functions. The study finds that previous researchers devoted the most attention to PA conducted for administrative purposes, followed by PA for developmental purposes; the strategic category of PA was studied somewhat, whereas PA for purposes of role definition was almost ignored. The author offers a full-scale inventory of the purposes and uses of PA for researchers, performance raters and ratees. The study proposes that raters need to focus on the broader dimensions of PA, not simply its administrative functions

    The biographical documentary elements are visible in the Urdu novels from the very beginning of novel like English.The real life colors gives the novel the color of biographical documentation.Most ofthe critics agree that the novel Nishtar (1790-91 in Hindi Persian language)lays the initial tracesof Urdu novel writing.Later on translated in Urdu in 1894.Another important name in the biographical documentary novel tradition is Mirza Muhammad HadiRuswa(1857-1931).His novels Umrao Jan Ada(1899), Zat Sharif(1900),and Sharifzada(1900)are novels with biographical elements and are derived from real life. From Raswa to the twenty-first century, we see biographical documentary elements in important novelists like Shamsur Rahman Farooqi, Ahsan Farooqi,Ahmed Bashir,Intzar Hussain etc. In the tradition of Urdu novel, not only biographical documentation is found, but there are also some novels in which other colors of documentation are visible. Such as historical, religious, scientific, social facts, for the discovery of which the author has to go through research gorges.

The author concludes the novel of Harry Potter and as a sample The Philosopher's Stone – J, K Rowling (1997), Method of The writer uses a story line, so it can be concluded that the novel Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone – J, K Rowling (1997) can motivate us to learn English because of using this novel learning process be exciting stories, while the author's difficulty in understanding Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone – J, K Rowlin. plot  (1997) because the plot is very unpredictable, this novel tells about the adventures of a teenage wizard namely Harry Potter and his friends, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger. All of them are students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry will defeat the evil black wizard Lord Voldemort, whom his ambition becoming immortal, conquering the magic realm, take over non-magical people, and annihilate anyone who gets in his way, especially Harry Potter

    Beton Pracetak adalah suatu proses produksi elemen struktur bangunan pada suatu lokasi yang berbeda dengan tempat dimana elemen struktur tersebut akan digunakan menjadi suatu kesatuan dalam sebuah bangunan. Metode pracetak (precast) juga digunakan pada pekerjaan struktur dalam bidang teknik sipil di Indonesia, seperti pada rumah susun, mall maupun apartemen. Metode pracetak (precast) memiliki beberapa kelebihan dibandingkan metode cor setempat (cast in site). Kelebihan tersebut antara lain adalah pada metode pracetak (precast) waktu pengerjaan yang relatif singkat, proses produksinya tidak tergantung cuaca, tidak memerlukan tempat penyimpanan material yang luas, hemat akan bekisting dan penopang bekisting, kontrol kualitas beton lebih terjamin, tidak memerlukan treatment atau perlakuan khusus, serta praktis dan cepat dalam pelaksanaanya sehingga dapat mereduksi durasi proyek dan secara otomatis biaya yang dikeluarkan menjadi kecil. Gedung Prime Biz Hotel merupakan gedung yang menyediakan fasilitas jasa penginapan yang terdiri dari 11 lantai dimana dalam hal pelaksanaan pembangunannya menggunakan metode beton bertulang konvensional (cast in place). Dalam hal ini, penulis akan merencanakan ulang struktur gedung tersebut dengan menggunakan metode beton bertulang pracetak (precast). Pondasi gedung ini akan dirancang menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang. Gedung ini juga akan dirancang menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah Hasil dari modifikasi gedung Prime Biz Hotel ini meliputi ukuran balok induk 55/70, ukuran balok anak 30/50 dan 2 macam ukuran kolom yaitu lantai 1-6 75x75 cm, lantai 7-11 65x65 cm. Sambungan antar elemen pracetak digunakan sambungan basah, dan konsol pendek. ======================================================================================= Precast concrete is a production proccess of building structural element at different location which the structural elemnent will be use to be unity in a building. Precast method also use in structural work in civil engineering field in Indonesia, like a vertical housing, mall including apartement. Precast method has some advantage compare to cast in place method. The advantage such as working time is relative short, weather will not be a problem, no need a large storage area, economic cost for formwork and scaffolding, good quality control , no need special treatment, also reduce project duration, and cost will be more economical. The Prime Biz Hotel Building is a hotel with 11 story which in construction proccess use conventional method(cast in situ). In this case, the author will redesign the building structure with precast method. This building also will be design using “intermediate moment resisting frame system”.
