    Teacher Independence Program In Improving Community Trust

    This type of research is descriptive qualitative. According to Kirt and Miller in his book Lexy J. Moleong, "Qualitative research is that researchers have studied the phenomena studied by natural settings. Therefore, the data raised in the form of description with words, both oral and written language. While the data collection method uses observation, interviews / interviews and documentation. Then analyzed using descriptive / data exposure. From the results of data exposure, research findings and discussion can be seen that: {1} the increase in teacher independence in MI Al Munir Gadungan Village is seen in several activities, namely [a] through preparation of learning by preparing RPP in accordance with applicable SK and KD, [b] increase teacher creativity in developing learning strategies. [c] teacher creativity in choosing and using learning methods ,. [d] The creativity of the teacher in selecting and using learning media is very important to do, [e] the creativity of the teacher in class management. Classroom management with preventive and curative techniques, [f] teacher creativity in assessment; and [g] teacher creativity in improvement and enrichment programs. {2} The factors that support and hinder the teacher's personality improvement program.   [Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif diskriptif. Menurut Kirt dan Miller dalam bukunya Lexy J. Moleong, “penelitian kualitiatif adalah udaha peneliti mendalami fenomena yang diteliti dengan seting natural. Karena itu, data yang dimunculkan berupa diskripsi dengan kata, bahasa baik lisan maupun tulisan. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara/ interview dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif / paparan data. Dari hasil paparan data, temuan penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa:  {1} peningkatan kemandirian guru di MI Al Munir Desa Gadungan terlihat dalam beberapa kegaitan yaitu [a] melalui persiapan permbelajaran dengan penyusunan RPP sesuai dengan SK dan KD yang berlaku, [b] meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran. [c] kreativitas guru dalam memilih dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran,. [d] Kreativitas guru dalam memilih dan menggunakan media pembelajaran sangat penting untuk dilakukan, [e] kreativitas guru dalam pengelolaan kelas. Pengelolaan kelas dengan teknik preventif dan kuratif, [f] kreativitas guru dalam penilaian; dan [g] kreatifitas guru dalam program perbaikan dan pengayaan. {2} Faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat program peningkatan kepribadian guru

    Learning resources have an important role in determining the learning process so that learning becomes effective and efficient in achieving goals. This research uses a type of field research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results of optimizing learning resources: (1) In terms of conditions, the addition of laboratory space, the projector originally numbered 6 to 17. There are 8 internet sources that can be accessed. Addition of laboratory inventory 116 practical tools & 44 experimental materials in the science laboratory, 13 inventory for the social studies laboratory, 41 laptops in the Language / Multimedia laboratory, 14 inventory in the religion laboratory and one glass cabinet. (2) How teachers optimize learning resources by using existing tools and materials, such as chemicals, corpse menekin, projectors, and textbooks. (3) There is an increase in laboratory usage & projector loans. Reading interest has increased due to the addition of reference materials other than LKS books, several novels and 2 computers that can be used to access books or other assignment needs

    Sertifikasi dan Upaya Meningkatkan Profesionalitas Guru di MI Misriu Al Hasan Kecamatan Mojo Kabupaten Kediri

    Professional teachers are teachers who are competent in their fields. With certification, teacher competence will be further improved in order to better quality education. To be able to take part in the certification program, of course there are several conditions that must be fulfilled by certification participants. Fulfilling the requirements will make it easier to get an educator certificate. After obtaining a certificate, teacher educators must continue to strive to improve performance and professionalism as a form of responsibility as a professional teacher. This research is a qualitative research. Words and actions obtained from interviews are the main data sources in this study, while additional data is in the form of documents. The results of this study are, 1. The terms and patterns that are passed by the teachers at MI Misriu Al Hasan are in accordance with the applicable regulations, there are three patterns that are followed, namely Portfolio, PLPG and PPG, 2. Efforts that have been made by certification teachers in MI Misriu Al Hasan Kraton Mojo Kediri in improving professionalism, including by increasing discipline, using appropriate and effective teaching methods, preparing themselves and materials that have been planned before carrying out learning, providing problem solving to students with problems intensively and participating in activities of professional organizations such as PGIN and KKG and NU community organizations. Other supporting activities include training and seminars.   [Guru yang professional adalah guru yang berkompeten dibidangnya. Dengan sertifikasi, kompetensi guru akan lebih ditingkatkan lagi guna kualitas Pendidikan yang lebih baik. Untuk dapat mengikuti program sertifikasi tentu ada beberapa ketentuan yang harus dipenuhi oleh para peserta sertifikasi. Pemenuhan persyaratan akan mempermudah dalam mendapatkan sertifikat pendidik. Setelah mendapat sertifikat pendidik guru harus terus berupaya meingkatkan kinerja dan profesionalitas sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sebagai seorang guru professional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Kata-kata dan tindakan yang diperoleh dari wawancara merupakan sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan data tambahan berupa dokumen-dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, 1. Syarat dan pola yang dilalui oleh guru-guru di MI Misriu Al Hasan telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, ada tiga pola yang diikuti yaitu Portofolio, PLPG dan PPG, 2. Upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh guru sertifikasi di MI Misriu Al Hasan Kraton Mojo Kediri dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas diantaranya dengan meningkatkan kedisiplinan, mengunakan metode mengajar yang sesuai dan efektif, mempersiapkan diri dan materi yang telah direncanakan sebelum melaksanakan pembelajaran, memberikan problem solving pada siswa bermasalah dengan intensif serta mengikuti kegiatan organisasi profesi seperti PGIN dan KKG serta organisasi kemasyarakatan NU.     Penelitian ini dibingkai dalam topik besar implementasi metode tematik pada anak tunagrahita yang secara khusus melihat praktek pendidikan di sekolah menengah pertama luar biasa ngasem kabupaten Kediri dari keterkaitan antara pembelajaran tematik yang diterapkan oleh guru pada anak tunagrahita dengan hasil dari proses pembelajaran anak tunagrahita dengan metode tematik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa (SMPLB) Ngasem Kabupaten Kediri. Permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: 1) Pelaksanaan metode tematik dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam pada siswa tunagrahita di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa (SMPLB) Ngasem kabupaten Kediri, 2) Hasil pembelajaran metode tematik dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam pada siswa tunagrahita di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Luar Biasa (SMPLB) Ngasem kabupaten Kediri. Jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, sebagaimana arahan jenis penelitian kualitatif, maka data terkumpul dianalisis dengan bekal senjata intelektual berupa teori sebagaimana ditampilkan dalam Bab II untuk mendapatkan berbagai uraian interpretatif sesuai kaidah penelitian ilmiah yang logis dan rasional atas data yang dikumpulkan. Akhirnya, penelitian ini berhasil memperoleh hasil temuan sesuai pertanyaan permasalahan yang pada garis besarnya dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. 1) Pembelajaran tematik dalam pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam pada anak tunagrahita relatif baik. 2) hasil dari dari model pembelajaran tematik pada anak tunagrahita dalam pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dapat disimpulkan relatif baik dan mereka merasa lebih mudah memahami pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
