The purpose of the research are: 1) To know description for the work environment, compensation, organizational commitment and employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. 2) Test empirically influence of work environment towards employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. 3) Test empirically influence of compensation towards employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. 4) Test empirically influence of organizational commitment towards employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. 5) Test empirically influence of work environment, compensation and organizational commitment towards employee Job satisfaction at Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto. The analysis implemented in this research are descriptive and explanatory analysis. This research is taken 120 employees PNS class III in Hospital Bhayangkara TK-I Raden Said Sukanto, while data collection by using quitionaire and cultivated processed using LISREL 8.80 for student and AMOS 18. The analysis showed that: 1) the installation of each unit or hospitalization need to consider variable factors that have been studied, because these factors shown to affect the level of job satisfaction. 2) the work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the p-value of 0.013. 3) Compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction with the pvalue of 0.027. 4) Commitment to the organization significantly influence job satisfaction with the p-value of 0.000. 5) All four variables have a positive relationship, which indicates the improvement of the other variables to be better anyway.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA DIGITAL SITUS CANDI JAGO DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA SEJARAH IKIP BUDI UTOMO MALANG
The purpose of this research is to design the learning media of Indonesian cultural history, and to describe the effect of media usage on student learning outcomes. This research is a development research using Sugiyono model, while tehadap learning result using pseudo experiment to know effectiveness to result learn. The findings in the field show there are 4 relics of the temple building from the Hindu-Buddhist era and which is used as a model is Jago temple. The result of validity test of learning media is expressed well by validator with obtained validation result: 75,5% from media expert which mean included in criterion good enough, while from material expert equal to 80% good category. Result of data of questionnaires validation of practitioner 1 validation toward learning media obtained percentage 85%. Learning media developed after tested try to get good response from students with percentage of 81% with good category. Learning media developed effectively because after tested, and obtained the results: (1) the average learning outcomes in the form of absorption of material comprehension, the number of students who complete learning as much as 28 of 29 students with students’ learning completeness classically is 96.5% average value 84.48, (2) students’ experimental class learning outcomes are better than control class, (3) there is statistically significant difference or significant use of digital learning media of jago temple site to increase student learning outcomes

Scouting is categorized as a new course which is compulsory in Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program of IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. The development of a textbook for this course was triggered by the limited amount of modules as the students’ sources in learning. The adoption of technology in learning has fostered new ways and thoughts in teaching and learning process, thus it drives shifting in learning paradigm. The emergence of new paradigm causes changes in instructional design and media development. Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is a place where information and knowledge gathered from books can be accessed online, therefore it has flexibility value on its implementation. This study aimed at designing and developing coursebook of Scouting Course based on VLE as companion material. This Research & Developmental (R&D) study applied Alessi and Trollip’s development procedure with three stages, namely planning, designing, and developing. In my thesis collection, Try Again, I aimed to explore the consequences of choice. Through four short stories and one novella, I focused on close relationships between two focus characters and how both large and inconsequential choices can shape futures. In the novella, Try Again, I practiced game writing and learned how to shape a character when perhaps the largest signifier of character—choice—is left in the hands of the reader, rather than the author. The construction of this thesis and its stories developed my abilities to find high tension in lower stakes

This study aims to explain the history of the origin of the name of the village of Pabrikan within the village of Purorejo,Tempursari distric, and see what relics exists or still exist within the village of Pabrikan , Tempursari dictric, Lumajang distric. This study uses a qualitative method with the kind of historical research. Data collection techniques using dokumentation and interview techniques. The implementation stage of this research uses four stages namely, the heuristic stage, the source criticism stage, the verivication stage and the historiography stage. This data analysis could be a descriptive analysis to clarify of the origin of the name of the village of Pabrikan within the village of Purorejo, Tempursari sub-distric and to find out what relics exist or still exist in the village of Pabrikan, tempursari sub-distic, Lumajang district

Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru Dalam Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar Pada Proses Pembentukan Karakter Anak Di Sekolah Balap Wh19 Racing School
Maksud Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komunikasi interpersonal guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar pada proses pembentukan karakter anak di sekolah balap WH19 Racing School, Kota Ciamis, Jawa Barat dengan subfokus penelitian Gaya Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru, Konteks Komunikasi Internpersonal dan Hambatan Komunikasi.
Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi deskriptif. Melalui teknik purposive sampling, diperoleh 1 (satu) orang informan kuci dan 3 (tiga) orang informan pendukung. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi, studi pustaka, catatan lapangan dan penulurusan data online. Mereduksi data, mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan merupakan teknik analisis data.
Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar pada proses pembentukan karakter di WH19 Racing School terdapat gaya komunikasi guru menggunakan gaya dominan, gaya dramatis, gaya perhatian, gaya keterbukaan dan gaya ramah sebagai jendela pemahaman bagaimana murid memandang guru yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai sosial. Konteks komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi di WH19 Racing School sebagai realisasi kegiatan sehari-hari tidak lain untuk saling mengerti antara guru dengan murid dengan memposisikan guru sebagaimana di dalam keadaan dan situasi tertentu, memahami perbedaan latar belakang anak. Sedangkan hambatan Komunikasi yang terjadi di WH19 Racing School terdapat dari latar belakang perilaku khas, emosional, pola bermain dan gangguan komunikasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Simpulannya, komunikasi interperonal guru merupakan sebuah rangkaian yang dijalankan secara konsisten, terus menerus dan berkesinambungan untuk mencapai pembentukan karakter anak.Saran yang diberikan peneliti yaitu untuk tetap fokus pada pembentukan karakter anak agar bisa menjadi generasi penerus para pembalap terdahulu, dengan membekali kepribadian yang positif
