Dr. Ferda İlgen Uslu Bezmialem Vakıf Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Nöroloji Anabilim Dalı, İstanbul Obstrüktif uyku apne sendromu (OUAS), her ırk, cinsiyet ve sosyoekonomik düzeyde sık görülen bir uyku bozukluğudur. Tanısı esas olarak anamnez ve polisomnografi (PSG) incelemesinde dayansa da PSG çalışmaları; pahalı, eğitimli eleman ve deneyim gerektiren, zaman alan incelemelerdir. Ayrıca toplumda sık görülen uyku hastalıklarını incelemek için yeterli uyku laboratuvarı da yoktur (Netzer ve ark., 1999; Chung ve ark., 2008a) Bu nedenle hastaları inceleme öncesi taramak hasta seçimi açısından gereklidir ve anketler bu aşamada en önemli yol göstericilerdir. İdeal bir solunumsal uyku bozukluğuna ait hastalıkları tarama anketi, yanlış negatif sonuçlardan kaçınmak için yüksek bir duyarlılığa sahip olmalı, ayrıca düşük riskli hastaların maliyetli ve zaman alıcı incelenmelerini önleyecek kadar da özgün olmalıdır (Marti-Soler ve ark., 2016). Erişkinlerde uykuda apne varlığının anket yolu ile taranması hem pratik olması hem de maliyet etkinliği açısından önemlidir. Bu bölümde günlük pratikte ve klinik çalışmalarda en sık kullanılan iki anket olan Berlin anketi (BA) ve STOPBANG anketinden bahsedilecektir
论冲突解决作为客户不文明行为和服务绩效之间的中间变量
No full textThe customer incivility literature has primarily focused on emotional exhaustion and burnout as emotion-focused mediators that channel the effect of customer incivility. Drawing on conservation of resources (COR) theory, the current research proposes a new problem-solving-focused mediator, namely, conflict-solving behavior. The authors test the mediating role of conflict-solving behavior between customer incivility and customer service performance while controlling for emotional exhaustion and employee incivility as parallel mediation mechanisms. The results from three studies provide strong support for a negative relationship between customer incivility and conflict-solving behavior and for conflict-solving behavior as a full mediator between customer incivility and customer service performance. Furthermore, the negative effect of customer incivility on conflict-solving behavior is mitigated when customer service employees are promotion-focused and as investment in customer relationship building increases. The findings extend the scope and generalizability of customer incivility research from the business-to-customer to the business-to-business context. Managerial implications for employee training and hiring as well as the importance of cultivating customer relationships as a buffer to dampen the effect of customer incivility are discussed.客户不文明行为的相关文献主要将情绪相关变量作为解释客户不

性从企业对消费者（B2C）扩展到企业对企业（B2B）的商业环
境。本研究在对管理者的启示部分也讨论了员工培训和招聘以及
培养客户关系的重要性作为抑制客户不文明影响的缓冲作用

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Kennedy sent a telegram to the citizens of Roosevelt, New Jersey, apologizing for not being able to attend the memorial dedication in honor of former President Franklin Delano Roosevelt. (Jersey Homesteads became Roosevelt in 1945 in honor of the president.) President Kennedy expressed his gratitude to the people of Roosevelt for constructing the memorial, and commented that it will serve as a constant reminder of Roosevelt's good works

uslūb qaṣr, mencari jenis-jenisnya, dan menganalisis implikasi makna
pada uslu>b qosr terhadap pemaknaan hadist-hadist tersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Uslu>b qosr, dan metode analisis
data yang dipakai menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, diawali
membaca hadist-hadist dengan cermat dalam kitab Mukhta>r al-Hadis
an- Nabawiyyah wa al-Hikam al-Muhammadiyyah dan mencari
implikasi uslu>b qosr terhadap pemaknaan hadist-hadist tersebut.
Hadist merupakan segala sesuatu yang datang dari Nabi
Muhammad SAW, berupa perkataan, perbuatan, ketetapan, dan segala
yang terkait dengan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Kitab ini merupakan salah
satu kitab hadist yang di pelajari oleh santri di pondok-pondok pesantren
di Indonesia. Dalam hadist-hadist tersebut, banyak jenis-jenis uslu>b yang
digunakan. Salah satunya adalah uslu>b qosr.
Dalam Skripsi yang berjudul Uslu>b qosr dalam kitab Mukhta>r al-
Hadis an- Nabawiyyah wa al-Hikam al-Muhammadiyyah ini ditemukan
hadist-hadist yang mengandung uslu>b qosr dalam kitab tersebut.
Terdapat 18 uslu>b qosr. Ditinjau dari hakikat dan kenyataan, terdapat 14
qosr haki>ki dan 3 qosr idhofi>, berdasarkan bagian-nya, terdapat 4 qosr
sifat ala mausu>f dan 13 qosr mausu>f ala sifah. Adanya qosr dalam uslu>buslu>
b tersebut bertujuan untuk pengkhususan, peringatan, dan
membesar-besarkan
Logarithmic variance profiles and the corresponding f-1 spectra of temperature fluctuations in turbulent Rayleigh-Bénard convection
No full textWe report experimental results for the temperature variance 2(z) and the corresponding frequency spectra P(f) in turbulent Rayleigh-Bénard convection (RBC) in a cylindrical sample of aspect ratioT= D/L = 1:00 (D = 1:12 m is the diameter and L = 1:12 m the height). The measurements were conducted in the Rayleigh-number range 1011 < Ra < 1:35 1014 and Pr ' 0:8. For Ra = 1:35x1014, 2(z) could be described well by a logarithmic dependence on the vertical position z in a range of z 1 < z < z 2 with z 1 ' 70 and z 2 = 0:1L. Here L=(2Nu) is the thickness of a thin thermal sublayer adjacent to the horizontal plate where the heat flux (denoted by the Nusselt number Nu) is carried mostly by thermal diffusion. In the log layer, we found that the temperature spectra had a significant frequency range over which P(f) f with close to 1. As Ra decreased, increased so that the log layer became thinner. At Ra = 2:05 1011, z 2 < z 1 and therefore there was no range for a log layer. Correspondingly, the temperature spectrum near the horizontal plate did not have the f1 scaling form either
