Le travail informel : retour sur une notion floue. Remarques à partir du cas des entreprises françaises délocalisées au Maroc
Based on the critical literature as well as on observations collected by the author for the preparation of his Ph. D. thesis, the article addresses the definition and the characterization of the main types of informal employment, the status of work in Morocco, and examines in more detail some atypical forms of work and employment which are related to the operation of French enterprises located in this country (the “ chaouch”, the maid, the …).L’article interroge la définition et les formes du travail informel dans le contexte sociétal marocain à partir de la littérature critique et des observations recueillies dans le cadre d’une thèse de doctorat en Sociologie. Real-Time Fault Detection and Identification for MMC Using 1-D Convolutional Neural Networks
Automated early detection and identification of switch faults are essential in high-voltage applications. Modular multilevel converter (MMC) is a new and promising topology for such applications. MMC is composed of many identical controlled voltage sources called modules or cells. Each cell may have one or more switches and a switch failure may occur in anyone of these cells. The steady-state normal and fault behavior of a cell voltage will also significantly vary according to the changes in the load current and the fault timing. This makes it a challenging problem to detect and identify such faults as soon as they occur. In this paper, we propose a real-time and highly accurate MMC circuit monitoring system for early fault detection and identification using adaptive one-dimensional convolutional neural networks. The proposed approach is directly applicable to the raw voltage and current data and thus eliminates the need for any feature extraction algorithm, resulting in a highly efficient and reliable system. Simulation results obtained using a four-cell, eight-switch MMC topology demonstrate that the proposed system has a high reliability to avoid any false alarm and achieves a detection probability of 0.989, and average identification probability of 0.997 in less than 100 ms. - 2018 IEEE.Manuscript received October 23, 2017; revised February 11, 2018 and March 27, 2018; accepted April 16, 2018. Sminthurinus signatus
Sminthurinus signatus (Krausbauer, 1898) Sminthurus aureus var. signata Krausbauer, 1898: 496. Sminthurinus signatus – Deharveng 1976: 81. NEW DATA. — First record of the species for Algeria. DISTRIBUTION. — Probably Europe (not recognized in Bretfeld 1999). REMARK Very rare in our samples. The literature about this species is confusing. It is listed in Bretfeld (1999), who follows Stach (1956), as a subspecies of Sminthurinus elegans, with Krausbauer, 1902 given as author. In fact, it was described by this last author as Sminthurus aureus var. signata in 1898, and briefly but clearly characterized by its color pattern. It is very characteristic and common in western Europe (Thibaud 2017), and fully deserves a specific status. Orality as Aesthetic Device: Articulating Language, Religion, and Authority in Mohamed Akounad’s Tawargit d Imik
This article explores Mohamed Akounad\u27s novel Tawargit d imik, which focuses on protagonist Ssi Brahim who struggles to convey the essence of his religious sermons to an exclusively amazigh audience amidst societal opposition. By examining Ssi Brahim\u27s character as the author\u27s alter ego, the study aims to assess the novel\u27s portrayal of religious concerns and activism for Tamazight and identity, particularly in relation to orality. Employing a sociolinguistic approach drawing from Bourdieu\u27s Language and Symbolic Power, the analysis delves into the intersection of religion, authority, and language, placing orality at the heart of their role within the narrative. This study proposes a dual analytical approach, comprising textual and transtextual analyses, in order to unravel the protagonist\u27s journey and explore intertextual connections with sacred texts.

Design and implementation of a power supply for MEMS vaporizing liquid microthrusters
This thesis presents the design of an accurate current source for MEMS vaporizing liquid microthrusters. An analysis of different power supplies is presented. The design choices leading to the implemented current sink topology is given. The main components, which are an op-amp, a MOSFET and a resistor, are analyzed extensively. System integration tests showed that the current source worked adequately. The current source has also been tested separately and the imposed accuracy requirement is not met. The reason for this has to be further investigated, as there are many potential sources of errors which can cause deviations in the order of microampere. Lastly, several recommendations are given for improving the system.Real-time data acquisition of a heater/temperature sensor array and pressure sensors for performance evaluation of MEMS vaporizing liquid micro-thrusters in nanosatellitesElectrical Engineerin
The Influence of the Arabian Nights on Modern Young Adult Literature: Midwinter Blood and in Darkness as Examples
Derrida and Blanchot1 may be right when they consider genre as an imposition on a text. They seem to agree that a text achieves its singularity status only by “exceeding genre conventions”. They are also compelling when both of them, though in different ways, speak about the death of the author, the omniscient divine figure behind the text. Barthes proposes the name of the “scriptor ” to replace the authoritarian authority of the “author”; whereas Blanchot goes deeper and implies that the moment of death of the author is the very moment of his immortality. Any hint of labeling or categorization limits the text and leaves the door open to the Gramscian notion of hegemony or the Foucauldian concept of power. The endeavor in this small paper, the Influence of the Arabian Nights on Young Adult Literature, is based on Kristeva’s/Barthes ’ notion of intertextuality2 and Foucault’s discourse analysis. Intertextuality in the Barthian sense is based on a triangular relationship between the text, the reader and the potential other texts; whereas Foucault discourse analysis is based on five steps described in depth by Gavin Kendall; Gary Wickham (1999: 42).3 In this way my comparative analysis is no longer typological (based on category) but rather topological (based on degrees or continuum). In his “the literary mind’, Mark Turner (1996) writes the following: “but not even she, meaning Shahrazad, for all her looking into the future, can know that her performance during the next thousand and one nights will bring her a reputation as the greatest literary mind ever ” (P: 8). Turner ‘s compelling insight cannot be taken for granted if th

Intermolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O and O-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds and pi-pi stacking interactions appear to be effective in the stabilization of the crystal structure. Theoretical calculations have been carried out by using Hartree-Fock (HF)/6-31G (d) and Density Functional Theory (DFT)/6-31+G (d). Molecular geometry from X-ray experiment of Ni(II) complex in the ground state was compared using unrestricted hybrid density functional B3LYP. HOMO-LUMO energies, absorption wavelengths and excitation energy were computed by time dependent DFT (TD-DFT) method with polarizable continuum model. The observed FT-IR vibrational frequencies are analyzed and compared with theoretically predicted vibrational frequencies. The natural charges on the atoms and second-order interaction energies were derived from natural bond orbital analysis (NBO). (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. The role of power equipment companies in shaping the industrial Microgrid in the Dutch context
The objective of this research is to map the development of the innovative system, the industrial Microgrid, in the Dutch context. Furthermore, a recommendation is formed for power equipment companies regarding the role they can play in shaping the development of the industrial Microgrid in the Netherlands. A new analytical framework is constructed which conceptualizes the factors influencing innovations and the roles companies can play based in their ecosystem to influence the development paths. A scientific paper is also added, which focuses solely on the construction of the analytical framework. Its called: "A strategic role for companies in the development of radical innovations: an analytical framework proposed."E&ITechnology, Policy and Managemen
