Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka vilka likheter och olikheter det finns på kundvärde mellan en advokatbyrå samt en mäklarbyrå. För att kunna få svar på detta kommer uppsatsförfattarna även att undersöka vad som ger kundvärde för kunden utifrån kundens och företagets perspektiv. Metod: Material samlades in genom att söka på olika begrepp som redovisas i teoriavsnittet. Kurslitteraturer samt högskolans databas var två viktiga verktyg som uppsatsförfattarna arbetat med för att samla in teorier. Vidare kontaktades respondenterna och därefter genomfördes totalt åtta intervjuer som redovisas i bilagan. Åtta intervjuer, varv två med respondenterna och två kompletterande intervjuer med respondenterna samt fyra med kunderna. Slutsats: Det finns både likheter och olikheter på kundvärde inom advokat samt mäklarbyrån. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to inspect the similarities and differences of customer value between a law firm and a real estate agency. To be able to answer this, the article author will also inspect what gives the customer a customer value from the customer and companies perspective. Method: Material was collected by looking up different concepts that are shown in the theory section. The course literature and the universities database were two major tools that the article author worked with for the theories. The respondents were contacted and after that eight interviews were completed that are shown in the appendix. A total of eight interviews were two conducted with respondents, two complementary with the respondents and four with clients/customers. Conclusion: There are similarities and differences when it comes to customer value at both law firms and real estate agencies.

High occurrence of cyclosporiasis in Istanbul, Turkey, during a dry and warm summer
No full textAbstract We evaluated the incidence of Cyclospora cayetanensis in immunocompetent, diarrheic patients during the summers of 2006-2009 in Istanbul. Stools from 1876 patients were examined using microscopic techniques. Cyclospora oocysts were observed in wet preparations by light and epifluorescence microscopy and in fecal smears that were stained by Kinyoun's modified acid-fast stain. Characteristic Cyclospora oocysts were observed in 2 patients in 2006, 17 in 2007, and one in 2009. Samples positive for Cyclospora were further analyzed by a single step polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with Cyclospora-specific primers from the ITS-1 region of the genome. The majority of the Cyclospora positive cases (15) were clustered during about 15 days in June 2007, indicating an unusual incidence of cyclosporiasis in this time period. The climatic characteristics of 2007 could have played a role in this high occurrence rate.</p

Seyahatinin iki ayını Türkiye'de geçirmiştir. Gördüklerini, edindiği izlenimler çerçevesinde kaleme alarak, 1935 yılında "Winter in Vorderasien - Tagebuch einer Reise" başlığıyla yayınlatmıştır. Seyahat, Türkiye'de reform çalışmalarına ve Cumhuriyet'in onuncu yılına denk gelmektedir. Ancak aktarımlarına bakıldığında, eleştirel bakış açısı dikkat çekmektedir. Yürütülecek bu çalışma ile Schwarzenbach'ın Alman edebiyatına sunduğu Türkiye imgesinin anlaşılmasına katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu nedenle, seyahatname Türkiye'ye dair tasvirleri çerçevesinde ele alınacaktır.Annemarie Schwarzenbach was a Swiss journalist, reporter, author and photographer who embarked on a mission as a journalist to the Orient in October 1933. This journey took her until Iraq. She spent the first two months of her journey in Turkey and wrote about her observations in Turkey. Her travel book was published in 1935 under the title "Winter in Vorderasien - Tagebuch einer Reise". Her journey coincided with the reform process in Turkey and the tenth year of the founding of the Turkish Republic. However, when her writings are scrutinized, critical perspective stands out. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of the Turkish image, which Schwarzenbach represents in German literature. For this reason, her descriptions of Turkey will be discussed in this analysis
Cases of OPSI syndrome still candidate for medical ICU
No full textSplenectomized patients are likely to suffer from severe infections, such as sepsis and meningitis, which is called overwhelming postsplenectomy infection (OPSI) syndrome. It seems to be more common in children, but occurs at all ages. The risk is greatest in the early months and years after operation, but never disappears entirely. The course is rapid, the clinical symptoms are serious, and the prognosis is very poor. In this paper, three cases of OPSI syndrome are described, in which infection developed 8, 8 and 15 years after splenectomy; two of the patients died. With the help of these case reports, we want to again emphasize the importance of vaccination, antibiotic prophylaxis and seeking earlier medical attention in splenectomized patients. © 2008 by The Brazilian Journal of Infectious Diseases and Contexto Publishing.
