Gıda, insan vücudunun enerji ihtiyacını karşılaması, büyümesi, gelişmesi ve sağlığının korunması için gerekli olan besin öğelerini içerir. Gıdalar genellikle doğal kaynaklardan elde edilir ve işlenme sürecine tabi tutulabilirler. İnsanlar için sağlıklı bir yaşam sürdürebilmek için dengeli ve çeşitli beslenmek önemlidir, çünkü bu, vücudun ihtiyacı olan tüm besin öğelerini sağlamaya yardımcı olur. Lojistik, mal ve hizmetlerin etkin bir şekilde tedarikinden, depolanmasından, taşınmasından ve dağıtımından sorumlu olan süreçlerin yönetimini ifade eden bir kavramdır. Bu süreçlerin amacı, ürün veya hizmetlerin doğru yerde, doğru zamanda ve doğru maliyetle tüketicilere veya kullanıcılara ulaştırılmasını sağlamaktır. Yapılan bu çalışma ile Çorum ilinde gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin lojistiklerinde müşteri memnuniyeti, gıda güvenliği, depo yönetimi, stok yönetimi, tedarik zinciri, lojistikte veri analitiği, taşımacılıktaki sorunlar, gıda lojistiğindeki önemli kısımlar, gıda sektöründe yeşil lojistik, gıda sektöründe teknolojik gelişim ve gıda sektöründe lojistiğin geleceği konuları üzerine bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu araştımaya göre işletmeler gıda lojistiği üzerine günümüz dünyasında piyasada tutunmak için gelişimi takip ederek müşterilerinin memnuniyetine odaklanmak zorunda oldukları ortaya çıkmıştır. Bununla birlikte gıda sektöründe ürünlerin hassas, yani bozulabilir olması nedeniyle lojistiğinde gıda güvenliğine önem verilmesi gerektiği ve gerekli tedbirlerin alındığı ortaya çıkmıştır. İşletmeler ürünlerini depoda muhafaza ederken, depo ve stok yönetimi konusundaki takip sistemine dikkat ettikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Yapılan araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, işletmlere bahsedilen konularda güncel gelişmelere açık oldukalırunu ifade etmişler ve bu konuları özenle takip ettiklerini bildirmişlerdir. Gıda lojistiğinde taşıma sırasında ve tedarik zincirindeki yaşanabilecek sorunlara ve zorluklara karşı aşırı dikkat ettiklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Taşımacılık ve nakliyede bilgi birikimine önem verdiklerini söylemiş, teknolojiyle birlikte veri depolamaya ve yedeklemelere özen gösterdiklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Yapılan çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, işletmeler lojistik faaliyetlerini yürütürken, çevreye zarar vermeyen faaliyetlerde bulunduklarını da ifade etmişlerdir.Food refers to all kinds of nutrients that people consume in order to survive and function in a healthy way. With this study, customer satisfaction in the logistics of businesses operating in the food sector in Çorum province, food safety, warehouse management, stock management, supply chain, data analytics in logistics, problems in transportation, important parts in food logistics, green logistics in the food sector, technological development in the food sector and food. A survey was conducted on the future of logistics in the sector. According to this research, it has been revealed that businesses have to follow the developments in food logistics and focus on customer satisfaction in order to hold on to the market in today's world. However, it has been revealed that since the products in the food industry are sensitive, that is, perishable, food safety should be given importance in logistics and the necessary precautions should be taken. It has been revealed that while businesses keep their products in the warehouse, they pay attention to the tracking system in the warehouse and stock management. According to the results obtained from the research, businesses expressed that they were open to current developments on the mentioned issues and stated that they followed these issues carefully. They noted that they pay extreme attention to the problems and difficulties that may arise during transportation and in the supply chain in food logistics. They said that they attach importance to knowledge in transportation and shipping, and noted that they pay attention to data storage and backups along with technology. According to the results obtained from the study, businesses also stated that they engage in activities that do not harm the environment while carrying out their logistics activities
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Alimentele conțin nutrienții necesari organismului uman pentru a-și satisface nevoile energetice, pentru a crește, a se dezvolta și a menține sănătatea. Alimentele sunt, în general, derivate din surse naturale și pot fi supuse procesării. Este important ca oamenii să aibă o dietă echilibrată și variată pentru a duce o viață sănătoasă, deoarece aceasta ajută la furnizarea tuturor nutrienților de care are nevoie organismul. Logistica este un concept care se referă la managementul proceselor responsabile pentru furnizarea, depozitarea, transportul și distribuția efectivă a bunurilor și serviciilor. Scopul acestor procese este de a se asigura că produsele sau serviciile sunt livrate consumatorilor sau utilizatorilor la locul potrivit, la momentul potrivit și la costul potrivit.Cu acest studiu, satisfacția clienților în logistica întreprinderilor care operează în sectorul alimentar din provincia Çorum, siguranța alimentară, managementul depozitelor, managementul stocurilor, lanțul de aprovizionare, analiza datelor în logistică, problemele în transport, părți importante în logistica alimentară, logistica verde în sectorul alimentar, dezvoltarea tehnologică în sectorul alimentar și alimentația. A fost realizat un sondaj privind viitorul logisticii din sector. Conform acestei cercetări, s-a dezvăluit că întreprinderile trebuie să urmărească evoluțiile în logistica alimentară și să se concentreze pe satisfacția clienților pentru a se menține pe piața din lumea de astăzi. S-a dezvăluit însă că, deoarece produsele din industria alimentară sunt sensibile, adică perisabile, siguranța alimentară ar trebui să primească importanță în logistică și trebuie luate măsurile de precauție necesare. S-a dezvăluit că, în timp ce companiile își păstrează produsele în depozit, ele acordă atenție sistemului de urmărire din depozit și gestionării stocurilor. Conform rezultatelor obținute în urma cercetării, companiile și-au exprimat deschiderea față de evoluțiile actuale pe problemele menționate și au declarat că au urmărit cu atenție aceste aspecte. Aceștia au menționat că acordă o atenție extremă problemelor și dificultăților care pot apărea în timpul transportului și în lanțul de aprovizionare în logistica alimentară. Ei au spus că acordă importanță cunoștințelor în transport și transport maritim și au remarcat că acordă atenție stocării datelor și backup-urilor împreună cu tehnologie. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
