No full text本研究之目的乃利用花葯培養的技術，將百香果型質極雜之親本及雜種F1育成純系，供育種選拔之用。花葯培養之初步結果如下：
一、百香果花葯培養callus 形成之最佳時期為，小胞子發育屬四分子期至早單核期之花葯，最佳培養基為含有6% 蔗糖，2mg / l NAA 及lmg / l BA 之1 / 2 Murashige & Skoog ( 1962 ) 基本鹽類固體培養基，callus 之誘導與光照關係不大。
二、以多種auxins, cytokinins 及ABA 等植物荷爾蒙組合MS 基本鹽類之數十種分化培養基，進行花葯callus 分化器官之誘導，只有極少數根的形成。花葯Callus 之來源尚未鑑定。
The aim of this research is to establish the procedures of haploid plant formation from anther culture of passion fruit F1 hyhrids. The results are summarized as follows:
1. Passion fruit anthers containing microspores at tetrads to early-binucleate stages were successfully cultured in 1/2 strength of Murashige and Skoog (1962) medium (except Na-Fe-EDTA) supplemented with 2mg/l NAA (Naphthaleneacetic acid), lmg/l BA (Benzyladenine) and 6% sucrose for callus formation. Highest frequencies of callus induction were obtained from anthers with tetrads or early-uninucleate microspores. Callus could be induced under either light or dark condition.
2. The regeneration ability of anther-derived callus was tested under several kinds of auxins and cytokinins in different concentrations and combinations. None of embryoids or shoot-like structures have been derived from those calli except for some rooty protrusions.
3. The origination of callus was unidentified
