Perjanjian adalah suatu perbuatan, di mana satu orang atau lebih mengikatkan dirinya terhadap satu orang atau lebih. Rumusan tersebut selain lengkap juga sangat luas. pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan Antara KUD Juletram dengan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V. Perjanjian timbul karena kesepakatan, artinya perjanjian itu terjadi (ada) sejak saat tercapainya kata sepakat antara kedua belah pihak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam hukum perjanjian berlaku asas konsensualisme yang artinya suatu perjanjian dilahirkan pada detik tercapainya kesepakatan, perjanjian itu sudah sah apabila sudah sepakat mengenai hal-hal yang pokok dan tidaklah diperlukan sesuatu formalitas. Bentuk perjanjian kemitraan KUD Juletram dengan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V ini adalah tertulis, Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 26 Tahun 2007 Tentang Pedoman Perizinan Usaha Perkebunan Pasal 23 Ayat (2) sebagai syarat formal yang mengesampingkan prinsip konsensualitas yang dianut dalam Pasal 1338 buku ke III KUH Perdata, Dimuatnya syarat formal dalam Peraturan Menteri tersebut maka perjanjian kemitraan ini harus dibuat dalam bentuk perjanjian tertulis walaupun kata sepakat diantara para pihak telah lahir. Namun dalam Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 26 Tahun 2007 Tentang Pedoman Perizinan Usaha Perkebunan Pasal 23 Ayat (2) kelemahannya terletak pada, tidak di jelaskan bahwa perjanjian kemitraan ini harus dituangkan kedalam bentuk akta otentik atau akta yang dibuat oleh pejabat atau Notaris dan bukan dibuat akta dibawah tangan. Serta muncul kelemahan dalam isi surat perjanjian kerjasama kemitraan yaitu surat perjanjian kerjasama KUD Juletram dan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V, Dalam bentuk tertulis tetapi belum dalam bentuk akta otentik. Penyelesaian masalah tersebut dengan pihak pemilik KUD Juletram dan PT. Nusantara V, dapat mengubah bentuk surat perjanjian kerjasama yang awalnya akta dibawah tangan menjadi akta otentik yang dibuat dihadapan pejabat yang berwenang misalnya Notaris, agar keabsahan akta perjanjian kerjasama tersebut memiliki Kekuatan hukum yang sempurna di pengadilan untuk mengantisipasi apabila ada pihak yang mengingkari isi dari perjanjian tersebut . Pelaksanaan perjanjian kemitraan usaha perkebunan dalam prakteknya tidak berjalan dengan mudah untuk Perlindungan hukum terhadap KUD Juletram dalam Perjanjian pola kemitraan Jual beli di Kabupaten Kampar dilakukan secara langsung melalui Peraturan Perundang-undangan berupa pembinaan, pengawasan dan konsultasi agribisnis dan perlindungan secara tidak langsung melalui perjanjian kemitraan yang dibuat secara otentik.

An agreement is an act, where one or more people bind themselves to one or more people. The formula is not only complete but also very wide. Implementation of the partnership agreement between KUD Juletram and PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V. The agreement appear because of the deal, it means that the agreement occurred (existed) from the moment an agreement was reached between the two parties.This shows that in contract law the principle of consensualism applies, which means that an agreement is born at the moment the agreement is reached, the agreement is valid if it has agreed on basic matters and no formality is required.The partnership agreement between KUD Juletram and PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V is written, In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 26 of 2007 concerning Guidelines for Plantation Business Licensing Article 23 Paragraph (2) as a prerequirement that overrides the principle of consensuality adopted in Article 1338 book III of the Civil Code, contained formal requirements in the Regulation The Minister, this partnership agreement must be made in the form of a written agreement even though theres a dealt between the parties has been born.However, in the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 26 of 2007 concerning Guidelines for Plantation Business Licensing Article 23 Paragraph (2) the weakness is, it is not mention that this partnership agreement must be written into an authentic document or the document have made by an official or notary and not a document under hand. As well as appearing weaknesses in the contents of the partnership agreement letter, namely the KUD Juletram and PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V, In written form but not yet in the form of an authentic document. The settlement of the problem with the owner of KUD Juletram and PT. Nusantara V, can change the form of a cooperation agreement letter that was originally an underhand document into an authentic document and made in front of an authorized official such as a notary, so that the validity of the cooperation agreement document has perfect legal force in court to anticipate if there are parties who deny the contents of the agreementThe implementation of the plantation business partnership agreement in practice does not run easily for legal protection of the Juletram KUD in the Agreement of buying and selling partnership patterns in Kampar districts is directly through the laws and regulations in the form of guidance, supervision and consultation of agribusiness and protection indirectly through a partnership agreement made authentically.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
