Transposition and modulation analysis on the translation of prayer for rain into do?a minta hujan
Muhammad Ridwan Roji Abdullah: ?An Analysis of Translation Procedure on David Campbell?s Poem Prayer for Rain? which is translated by Taufik Ismail Do?a Meminta Hujan. Thesis: English Letters Department of Adab and Humanities Faculty, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, November 2014. The study in this paper discusses the translation procedure of the poem on the tittle ?Prayer for Rain? which is translated by Taufik Ismail. The important purpose in this research, the author tries to explain the translation procedures used in translating at poem Prayer for Rain by David Campbell. The writer uses descriptive qualitative method, to describe and analyze identifies the process of how an English word of the poem is translated into Bahasa Indonesia. In addition, this study also identifies whether the translation process results the changes of manner. To suport the analyses, the writer use some books, and dictionaries, namely A Text book of Translation (Peter Newmark), Teori & Praktek Penerjemahan (Frans Sayogie), Kamus Lengkap Indonesia-Inggris a(2004). The writer uses the theory of translation procedure. Finally, the writer finds fourteen words of translation procedure from Prayer for Rain poem. The translation procedure are Modulation and Transposition
EFFECT OF GROUND VIBRATION TO SLOPE STABILITY, CASE STUDY LANDSLIDE ON THE MOUTH OF RAILWAY TUNNEL, GUNUNG GAJAH VILLAGE, LAHAT DISTRICT
Slope stability around railway tunnel in Gunung Gajah Village, Lahat District needs to be analysed due to landslide which occurred on January, 23th 2016. That analysis needs to be done so that the railway transportation system can run safely. The purposes of this research are: to find out the factors that cause slope instability, to find out peak acceleration caused by railway traffic and earthquakes and its effects to the safety factor of slope, and determine stabilization method in order to prevent the occurrence of further landslide. The research activities include surveying, sampling, laboratory testing and analyzing slope stability using pseudo-static approach. Based on research result, the main factors that cause slope instability are morphology, structural geology, and ground vibration caused by earthquakes. Ground vibration are correlated to the slope instability. It shows that the higher of peak acceleration the lower of safety factor of slope. To prevent the occurrence of further landslide around research area, stabilization method should be applied in accordance with the conditions in that area such as building a retaining wall to increase safety factor of slope, building draining channels to reduce run off and performing shotcrete in the wall of landslide in order to avoid weathering
Implementasi Manajemen Risiko dalam Penanganan Batu Pack di Pit X PT Bukit Asam Tbk
This research identifies and analyzes the implementation of risk management related to the handling of silicified coal in Pit X of PT Bukit Asam Tbk, Tanjung Enim Mining Unit. Through risk management analysis, this study identifies risks that have the potential to cause equipment damage and reduce productivity. The research combines quantitative and qualitative research methods. Primary data was obtained through direct field observation, such as interview questionnaires to identify risks in the stone pack handling process. Secondary data was obtained from literature and company reports. The research stages include preparation, literature study, data collection, data processing and analysis, and research flowcharts. Probability impact matrix analysis and risk index, as well as proposals for risk management control of separating silicified coal from coal. The results show that stone pack clogging is a significant problem that needs to be addressed seriously. This study proposes several risk control strategies to minimize the negative impacts of stone pack clogging, such as improving mining processes, enhancing stone pack separation systems, and training to improve operator skills and awareness. After analyzing the implementation of the risk management system, it is expected to minimize the losses caused by silicified coal on mechanical equipment and other losses in coal mining activities in Pit X Banko, PT Bukit Asam Tbk

OPTIMALISASI PEMBERAIAN OVERBURDEN DENGAN METODE RIPPING DAN PELEDAKAN DI BANKO BARAT PT BUKIT ASAM TBK
Sistem penambangan batubara di Tambang Banko Pit 1 Utara adalah strip mining dengan sistem shovel-dump truck. Jenis material terdiri dari top soil, claystone, siltstone dengan strength 0,2 – 3 Mpa dan sebagian perlu diledakkan. Untuk menunjang kinerja excavator perlu dilakukan pemberaian overburden terlebih dahulu menggunakan ripper Komatsu D375A-5. Berdasarkan nilai kuat tekan (strength) material, spesifikasi ripper dan excavator yang digunakan, produktivitas excavator PC-2000 masih belum optimal karena kedalaman penggaruan hanya 1,2 m, sedangkan kedalaman garuk dari PC-2000 bisa mencapai 2,5 m, akibatnya bucket excavator masih mengambil material yang belum digaru. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas excavator PC-2000 dalam pemberaian material, perlu dilakukan aktivitas peledakan terhadap overburden tersebut. Peledakan ini hanya untuk meretakkan overburden tersebut mengingat material termasuk kategori very soft strength rock. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengoptimalkan produktivitas excavator Komatsu PC-2000 dan melakukan evaluasi rancangan teknis peledakan sehingga tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap area pemukiman warga di sekitar tambang. Rekomendasi untuk optimalisasi ripping yaitu mengganti ripper yang lebih besar (Komatsu D475A-5) dengan penggaruan mencapai 2,5 m atau mengganti excavator yang lebih besar (PC-3000) dengan digging force yang lebih besar. Rekomendasi rancangan teknis peledakan untuk overburden adalah dengan sistem nonel, pengisian bahan peledak bottom air deck menggunakan bit diameter 200 mm dan geometri peledakan menggunakan burden 8 m, spacing 9 m, dan kedalaman lubang ledak 8 m

Analysis of Potential Landslides Using Geographic Information System (GIS) on Rail Tunnel in Gunung Gajah Village, Lahat Regency of South Sumatra
Lahat Regency is one of the cities which is prone to geological disasters such as landslides. The landslide is caused by a varied topography such as flat, hilly or mountainous. On January, 23rd 2016, the landslide occurred on the mouth of a railway tunnel in Gunung Gajah Village, Lahat Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of geological factor on the slope stability. The method of research is a survey method based on geographic information systems in the form of interpretation and analysis of the causes and triggers of landslides with a direct approach in the field by doing scoring an overlay technique. The analysis obtained the parameters of landslides such as: slope, lithology/physical properties of rocks, geological structure and land use. The results and conclusions of this research are the landslide potential distribution map in Gunung Gajah Village, Lahat Regency consisting of three classes of landslide vulnerability: low, medium and high and in the focus areas of research entering the high level of vulnerability
FILSAFAT BARAT ERA SKOLASTIK (Telaah Kritis Pemikiran Thomas Aquinas)
This paper tries to discuss how Western philosophy critically examined the thought of Thomas Aquinas in the scholastic era. The scholastic era or known medieval philosophy whose style is the philosophy of collaborating with theology in harmony. Philosophy in the scholastic era gave birth to many famous theologians-philosophers, one of whom was Thomas Aquinas, who was the subject of this paper. After the authors traced through this paper the answer found that Aquinas was the most important figure of Western philosophy in the scholastic era. Aquinas is considered to have made a real contribution in unifying the original elements of Augustine's thought, strongly influenced by the philosophy of Neo-Platonism, with the philosophy of Aristotle. The author criticized Aquinas's view that Aristotle's philosophical system contains true rational truths. Basically using philosophical methods to understand theology is very helpful. That has been done by Aquinas; it only needs to be underlined that the method for understanding philosophy without losing the nature of theology is not entirely correct either. However there are also problems that cannot be fully explained by philosophical approaches. Like the problem of beliefs related to metaphysical problems, for example. The problem of belief in matters that are metaphysical is a problem that is difficult to explain philosophical logic. Aquinas stated that theological truth is clear to human reason. For example, it is the truth about God's existence. This truth comes from revelation, but how to explain philosophically that can satisfy curiosity so that what is believed can be understood rationally
ETIKA HAMKA Konteks Pembangunan Moral Bangsa Indonesia
The theme in this paper is about the ethical principles of HAMKA in the context of moral development in Indonesia. The theme of ethics is commonly discussed in various scientific works, but what makes it interesting is that he is one of the greatest thinkers in Indonesia who is also known as a scholar, writer, expert on Sufism, and as a philosopher. This is what underlies the author to examine and seek answers to the problem formulas, namely how is the concept of HAMKA ethics and how are the principles of HAMKA ethics in the context of moral development of the Indonesian? The method I use is a qualitative research method in the form of library research, namely by using the content analysis method. The content of each material can be in the form of sources from books, journals, or articles that are relevant to the topics that have been investigated, analyzed, and synthesized to form a complete concept in answering research questions. The result of this research is that HAMKA ethics has the characteristics of rational-religious ethics. HAMKA made the basis of its ethics from Greek ethical concepts to Muslim philosophers such as Ibn Miskawaih and al-Ghazali. HAMKA synthesizes ethical thoughts from philosophers with moral values taught by Islam through the Qur\u27an and Hadith
Analisis Pemanfaatan Fleet Terhadap Produksi OB Removal di PT Bara Energi Lestari, Nagan Raya, Aceh
Kegiatan operasi-produksi OB Removal di lokasi penelitian pada Bulan Maret 2024 mengalami ketidaktercapaian dengan hasil produksi OB Removal sebesar 660.961,56 bcm dari rencana sebesar 926.738,17 bcm. Terdapat tujuh fleet yang dioperasikan pada kegiatan tersebut, dengan pengelompokan berdasarkan ukuran alat berat yaitu dua small fleet pada Fleet 1 dan 2, dan lima medium fleet pada Fleet 3, 4, 5, 6 dan 7. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas dan pemanfaatan setiap fleet yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya produksi OB Removal. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa produktivitas Fleet 1 : 189,77 bcm/jam, UAOB : 26,74%, EUOB : 24,82%; produktivitas Fleet 2 : 198,58 bcm/jam, UAOB : 6,43%, EUOB : 5,87%; produktivitas Fleet 3 : 405,19 bcm/jam, UAOB : 37,29%, EUOB : 36,64%; produktivitas Fleet 4 : 401,04 bcm/jam, UAOB : 45,12%, EUOB : 43,06%; produktivitas Fleet 5 : 427,49 bcm/jam, UAOB : 31,02%, EUOB : 30,97%; produktivitas Fleet 6 : 392,93 bcm/jam, UAOB : 30,93%, EUOB : 30,79%; dan produktivitas Fleet 7 : 426,69 bcm/jam, UAOB : 44,41%, EUOB : 42,46%
