Get PDFPersonal branding menjadi hal yang penting bagi seseorang, apalagi influencer karena
digunakan sebagai cara untuk mengomunikasikan dan melaksanakan semua hal yang membuat
seseorang dapat dipasarkan dengan membangun jaringan kepada audiens. Ketika seorang
influencer membangun personal branding tentu harus memperhatikan kriteria, seperti
keotentikan, integritas, konsitensi, spesialisasi, otoritas, keberbedaan, relevan, visibilitas,
kegigihan, kebaikan, dan kinerja. Sama halnya dalam penelitian ini, Vincentia Tiffani sebagai
seorang influencer membangun personal branding tersebut pada media sosial TikTok melalui
penerapan formula Circle P, yakni Competency, Connectivity, Creativity, dan Compliance &
Contribution.
Penelitian ini berfokus kepada personal branding dari Vincentia Tiffani pada media sosial
TikTok. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan penyajian data
berdasarkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pada penelitian ini memiliki
dua narasumber yaitu Vincentia Tiffani dan admin. Triangulasi data juga digunakan dalam
penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan kesesuaian antara kedua narasumber. Selain menerapkan
formula Circle P, Vincentia Tiffani juga memanfaatkan fitur-fitur TikTok sebagai sarana
penunjang pembentukan personal branding.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa influencer Vincentia Tiffani telah melakukan personal
branding pada media sosial TikTok dengan menerapkan keempat siklus personal branding
Circle-P. Personal branding unggulan milik Vincentia Tiffani adalah ketika ia memegang
teguh kejujuran akan review produk dan selalu mencoba produk tersebut terlebih dahulu.
Kejujuran, kreatifitas, dan keunikan konten Vincentia Tiffani membuat banyak audiens yang
setia dan terus mengikuti jejak Tiffani sebagai Beauty Influencer di TikTok

Self-report measures: an overview of concerns and limitations of questionnaire use in occupational stress research
No full textAs is the case with many domains of organisational behaviour, occupational stress research has for many years been characterised by the use of self-report methodologies, in particular the written questionnaire, as the primary means of data collection. Reliance on self-report for the measurement of both dependent and independent variables raises concern about the validity of causal conclusions for a range of reasons, including systematic response distortions, method variance and monomethod bias, and the psychometric properties (reliability and validity) of questionnaire scales. Beyond the immediate features of questionnaires, there is also concern about the context in which self-report measures are used, in terms of the design of studies, as well as the statistical treatment of questionnaire data at the analysis stage. Each of these themes is addressed from the perspective of the occupational stress literature, with a view to highlighting key areas for consideration in relation to planning and interpreting research. It is also suggested that most of these issues have wider relevance in the field of organisational behaviour, namely in those domains which focus on perceptual and attitudinal variables, which could benefit from similar methodological attention
