Pengaruh Jumlah Angkatan Kerja dan Investasi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the number of labor force and investment on Regional Original Income Revenue (PAD). Provincial PAD in Indonesia has different figures for each province. Every year the PAD figure fluctuates and forms a certain pattern for each province. The number of labor force and investment is estimated to affect the amount of PAD figure. The research used data from 34 provinces in Indonesia taken from the Central Statistics Agency in 2020, and analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results found that the number of labor force and investment had a significant and positive effect on PAD. Based on the analysis of determination, it is found that the number of labor force and investment has a relatively large contribution to explain fluctuations in PAD, although there are still a number of other independent variables that are not included in this research model

Pseudoholomorphic quilts and Khovanov homology:
We generalize the symplectically-defined link homology theory developed by Paul Seidel and Ivan Smith to an invariant of tangles. We obtain a group-valued invariant, a functor-valued (or symplectic-valued functor) invariant and an ay functor-valued one for tangles. We provide evidence for the equivalence of this invariant with Khovanov's combinatorially defined invariant by showing the equivalence for flat (crossingless) tangles and their cobordisms. Interactions of L-3,5,3'-Triiodothyronine, Allopregnanolone, and Ivermectin with the GABAA Receptor: Evidence for Overlapping Intersubunit Binding Modes
Structural mechanisms of modulation of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) type A receptors by neurosteroids and hormones remain unclear. The thyroid hormone L-3,5,3’-triiodothyronine (T3) inhibits GABA-A receptors at micromolar concentrations and has common features with neurosteroids such as allopregnanolone (ALLOP). Here we use functional experiments on α2β1γ2 GABA-A receptors expressed in Xenopus oocytes to detect competitive interactions between T3 and an agonist (ivermectin, IVM) with a crystallographically determined binding site at subunit interfaces in the transmembrane domain of a homologous receptor (glutamate-gated chloride channel, GluCl). T3 and ALLOP also show competitive effects, supporting the presence of both a T3 and ALLOP binding site at one or more subunit interfaces. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations over 200 ns are used to investigate the dynamics and energetics of T3 in the identified intersubunit sites. In these simulations, T3 molecules occupying all intersubunit sites (with the exception of the α-β interface) display numerous energetically favorable conformations with multiple hydrogen bonding partners, including previously implicated polar/acidic sidechains and a structurally conserved deformation in the M1 backbone.Peer reviewe
Analisis Dan Optimasi Pada Jaringan Kabel Fiber Optik Kerumah (Fiber To The Home) di Surabaya Timur Menggunakan Integer Linier Programming
Kebutuhan komunikasi berkecepatan tinggi dan berkapasitas besar dalam bidang
telekomunikasi saat ini sangat besar dan mendukung perkembangan teknologi
informasi yang semakin berkembang di era masyarakat modern ini. Kemajuan
perekonomian serta berkembangnya teknologi telekomunikasi merupakan titik
tolak dan potensi besar untuk dapat meningkatkan dan mewujudkan berbagai jenis
pelayanan komunikasi yang lebih canggih dengan akses yang cepat dan murah.
FTTH (Fiber To The Home) suatu teknologi arsitektur jaringan akses yang
menggunakan serat optik sebagai media utamanya sampai dengan pelanggan.
Sistem berbasis optik dapat mengantarkan beragam informasi digital, seperti
telepon, video, data, dan sebagainya, secara lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan
kabel tembaga coaxial. Jika dibandingkan dengan kabel tembaga yang bisa
mengangkut data sampai 1,5 Mbps untuk jarak dekat (kurang dari 2,5 km), kabel
serat optik bisa mentransfer data hingga 2,5 Gbps untuk jarak yang lebih jauh (200
km). Artinya, dengan jarak 80 kali lebih panjang, kabel serat optik mampu
mengangkut data lebih dari 1.500 kali kemampuan kabel tembaga. Pada penelitian
ini bertujuan untuk membantu perusahaan penyedia layanan akses internet untuk
mendesain jaringan FTTH di Kec. Panjang Jiwo. Permasalahan pada Jaringan
FTTH di Kec. Panjang Jiwo ini adalah bagaimana membuat desain jaringan FTTH
yang baik dan dengan biaya minimum sehingga kedepannya dapat mengurangi
gangguan jaringan dan biaya pemeliharaan. Berdasarkan permasalah itu
diperlukan kegiatan optimasi dengan metode Integer Linier Programming dengan
memperhatikan aspek biaya pekerja, biaya bahan, nilai redaman pada rambatan
kabel dan insertion loss. Metode Integer Linier Programming yang di gunakan
adalah Hub to Spoke. Dengan metode Hub to Spoke menghasilkan nilai proyek
lebih rendah 13,01% atau Rp 5.739.780 lebih murah daripada nilai existing.
Penggunan ODP yang disesuaikan dengan demand berdasakan perhitungan
dengan metode Hub to Spoke sangat mengurangi biaya proyek sehingga lebih efisien. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen perusahaan tetap menggunakan ODP 1:8 karena akan lebih murah dan ringkas dalam pelaksanaan proyek Jaringan

The High speed and high capacity bandwith Internet in telecomunication service
needs are growing in this modern age. In the economic and technology growth
there is first step for increasing and develop many different type of sophiscated,
cheap, and high speed akses telecomunication services.FTTH (Fiber To The
Home) an access technology network architecture that uses optical fiber as the
main medium to the subscriber. With using of optical fiber as the main medium,
FTTH technology has several advantages when compared with network
technology still uses copper cable or even wireless technology. FTTH based on
internet broadband connection which used by fiber optic wire for personal
subsriber or internet home connection. This system based on optical material
which can transfer any digital information such as telephone, video, data, and
music so effectivelly than coaxial copper wire. Copper wired can transfer 1,5
Mbps for short distance (less than 2,5 Km), and Fiber Optic wire can transfer 2,5
Gbps for long distance. It means fiber optic can transfer data 80 times long away
and can transfer data 1.500 times than copper wire data transfering In this study
aims to help the company's Internet access service provider to design a FTTH
network in the district Panjang Jiwo. Problems on the FTTH network in the
district Panjang Jiwo this is how to make good FTTH network design and with
minimum cost so that the future can reduce network fail and reduce maintenance
costs. Based on the problems that needed optimization activities with Integer
Linear Programming method with due respect to labor costs, material costs, value
propagation cable attenuation and insertion loss. Integer Linear Programming
method in use is the Hub to Spoke. With the method Hub to Spoke find a lower
value of the project about 13.01% cheaper that value is Rp 5.739.780 cheaper
than the existing value. We Suggested to the manager of the company he should
using ODP 1:8 because it will be cheaper and quick project implementation FTTH
Network Panjang Jiwo Stage I. The implementation of ODP based on subscribers
demand are more efficiently. Number of ODP based on Hub to spoke Mesurement
which can reduced project cost and more efficient.

Peramalan Harga Saham Perusahaan Selular Di Indonesia Menggunakan Metode Vector Autoregressive (VAR)
Peramalan harga saham perusahaan selular di Indonesia dengan metode Multivariate Time series sangat berguna dalam dunia investasi keuangan. Dalam penelitian ini metode dalam melakukan peramalan harga data saham perusahan menggunakan Vector Autoregressive (VAR). Variabel data saham pada penelitian ini adalah harga saham milik PT Telkom IndonesiaTbk. (TLKM), PT XL Axiata Tbk. (EXCL), PT Indosat Tbk. dan PT Smart Telecom Tbk. (FREN). Dengan metode multivariate time series tidak hanya dapat meramalkan harga saham perusahaan selular, tapi juga bisa menjelaskan hubungan antar saham perusahaan selular.Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan EXCL dan FREN dapat mempengaruhi ISAT tetapi harga saham EXCL dan TLKM tidak dapat dipengaruhi oleh harga saham manapun.

Forecasting cellular company’s stock price in Indonesia with Multivariate Time series methods are useful in the world of financial investments. In this study the method to forecast the price of the company share data using a Vector Autoregressive (VAR). Share data variables in this study is the stock price of PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. (TLKM), PT XL Axiata Tbk. (EXCL), PT Indosat Tbk. and PT Smart Telecom Tbk. (FREN). With the method of multivariate time series not only can predict the cellular company's stock price, but also could explain the relationship between the company's stock selular. Under the observations, EXCL and FREN can affect any stock prices except TLKM. EXCL can not be influenced by the price of any stock
