    THE EFFECT OF N-NH3 INCLUSION ON THE DEGRADATION OF TANNIN OF SORGHUM GRAIN BY RUMEN MICROBES

    Two experiments were conducted to study the effect of N-NH3 inclusion in the rumen liquor on the degradation of tannin of whole sorghum grain. The first experiment was carried out to determine the effect of N-NH3 inclusion doses in the rumen liquor on the degradation of sorghum grain tannin. The urea as a source of N-NH3 were included in rumen liquor at doses of 0, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5% from the weight of whole sorghum grain (w/w). The degradation of sorghum grain tannin was increased (P<0.05) by the doses of N-NH3 inclusion, but the degradation of sorghum grain tannin began to decrease at 1.5% of N-NH3 inclusion dose. In the second experiment, the 1% of N-NH3 inclusion dose was used to evaluate the duration of fermentation in the rumen liquor. The whole sorghum grain were fermented for 12h, 24h, 48h, and 48h in the rumen liquor. The 48h of fermentation gave a highest production of total protein production. The growth of tannase producing rumen microbes could be enhanced by inclusion of N-NH3

    AbstractThe game teaching method is mainly for students to play in middle school and play in school. The Author uses the Solitaire game teaching method to conduct research, the purpose is to understand whether students can improve their ability to master new words in the teaching of Solitaire game. The author conducted an experiment in the second grade science class of Koperasi high school. After the teaching experiment, the Author obtained the result that the use of Solitaire game teaching can improve students' ability to master new words and also improve students' test scores. The student's post-test score is higher than the pre-test score. The average score of the student's pre-test is 55.2 points. After using the Solitaire game teaching method, the average score of the student test is 82 points. The Author uses the school’s passing score as the standard score, which is 70 points. According to the school’s standard score, which is 70 points. According to the school’s standard score, after using the Solitaire game teaching method, the student’s passing rate of the post-test was 88%.     AbstractChinese verbs "dai" and "dai" are one of the most commonly used verbs in Chinese. The pronunciation of these two words is the same, but their meaning and usage are different. Chinese learners sometimes make mistakes in their understanding of "dai" and "dai" in the process of learning. In addition, the use of different verbs can change the meaning of a sentence.The author tested the 2017 students of Mandarin Education Language Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Tanjumgpura University using "dai" and "dai" to analyze the students errors and find out the reasons. From the results of the test, the author concludes that the error rate of students using "dai" verbs is 34%, the correct rate is 66%, and the error rate of "dai" verbs is 35%, the correct rate is 65%. The reasons for the errors in the use of the verbs "dai" and "dai" by students are the difficulties of "dai" and "dai" in Indonesian. The results show that some of the usages of these two verbs have been mastered well, but some of them are not mastered well.     Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kedua variabel bebas baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama dengan variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah responden 101. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Cluster secara acak proporsional. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi dan regresi sederhana serta korelasi dan regresi ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan taraf signifikan 0,05 dan 0,01. Penelitian menghasilkan kesimpulan; terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang sampah dengan partisipasi ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi hidup sehat dengan partisipasi ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, terdapat hubungan positip yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang sampah dan motivasi hidup sehat secara bersama-sama dengan partisipasi ibu rumah tangga dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga. Kata kunci : Pengetahuan Pencemaran tentang Sampah, Motivasi Hidup Sehat,   Partisipasi  Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangg

    AbstractChinese adverbs "yuanlai" and "benlai" are one of the most commonly used time adverbs in Chinese. Both words use adverbs of time. In addition, the use of different adverbs can change the meaning of a sentence. In the process of learning, Chinese learners sometimes misuse the understanding of "yuanlai" and "benlai". The author test the students of Chinese Tanjungpura University in 2015 using "yuanlai" and "benlai" to analyze the student errors and find out the reasons. From the results of the test, the author concludes that the error rate of student using "yuanlai" and "benlai" adverbs is 52.15%, and the correct rate is 47.85%. The students errors in using adverbs of "awalnya" and "sebenarnya" are due to the difficulty of grammatical "yuanlai" and "benlai". The test results show that the subjects do not grasp the usage very well in the process of learning these two adverbs.     AbstractThere are so many interrogative pronouns in Mandarin Language,including “zenme”and “zenmeyang” . These two words are commonly used in daily conversation. Althoughthe two words have the same meaning, but the utilization of these words are distinct. So, asa foreign languange student, understanding the utilization of “zenme” and “zenmeyang”are difficult.. The author has done a research based on Tanjungpura University studentsutilization of “zenme”and “zenmeyang. Analyzing the misuse of these interrogativepronouns. The result shows that the percentage of Tanjungpura University students thatare using the word “zenme” and “zenmeyang” correctly are 71% and 61%, while 29%of“zenme”and 39%of “zenmeyang”is misused. The mistake that often occur aremisplacing these words in a sentence. Based on that conclusion, the author puts forwardsome teaching suggestions of the issues.     AbstractReading lesson is one of the important lesson in Mandarin class. Some people consider reading lesson is difficult lesson, because when learning process they often found difficulties. To know the difficulties in learning reading Mandarin Language, the authors do research for Mandarin students of Mandarin Language Education Tanjungpura University 2015. In the research process, the author use questionnaire and test methods. The questionnaire was given with aim to find out reason students reading difficulties and test were given in order to know the level of student reading comprehension. After do research, author conclude that the most dominant difficulties in reading are not knowing the meaning of the words, not knowing the letters, the comlexity of grammar and also the difficulty of understanding the reading content. This research indicate that the result of reading comprehension level on students of class A Mandarin Language Education Program 2015 is less and class B is good.     AbstractNumeral proverbs are one of the important components in proverbs, it has the same characteristics as proverbs in general, namely a fixed structure, a simple method of compilation, abundant of meanings, easy and clear ways of disclosure. Because the numbers in numeral proverbs contain profound cultural meanings, so the numeral proverbs are also versatile and diverse, this makes it difficult for Mandarin language students to properly understand the meaning of these proverbs and often cause students mistaken in using them. The author chooses Chinese proverbs containing numbers (six, seven, eight, nine and ten) as research objects. The author collected proverbs containing numbers from "Xuesheng Hanyu Cidian", then analyzed the meaning of numbers, connotation meanings contained in the Chinese proverb, as well as the structure and how to arrange them. Through the analysis method, the author concluded a that number of things as follows, in terms of connotation meaning : the Chinese language proverb has 3 connotation meanings which are positive, negative, and neutral. In terms of the preparation and structure, proverbs containing numbers (six, seven, eight, nine, ten)  appear in various places in the proverb, and can be appeared together with other numbers in one proverb.  Keywords: Analysis Method, Chinese Language, Numeral Prover

                           AbstractThe preposition word is one of the most important parts in the type of Mandarin words that are often used in everyday life. Like the prepositions “he”, “dui”, “gen”, the way to use these three words is very many types, expressing the meaning conveyed is not the same, have definite differences. For Mandarin students to master the prepositions “he”, “dui”,”gen” must have certain difficulties, often incorrectly used. To understand the causes of errors in the use of the preposition words “he”, “dui”, “gen” in Mandarin study program students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Tanjungpura University, the author used a test method to analyze the misuse of the preposition words “he”, “dui”, “gen”, find the location of the problem prepositions “he”, “dui”, “gen”. Through this study, the author conclude that the percentage of errors in the use of the words “he”, “dui”, “gen” in the students of 2015 at Tanjungoura University were 56.4%, 55.0%, 40.2%. The cause of this error is the influences of foreign languages learned.
