No full textLõputöö käsitles päikeseelektrijaama kaablitrasside projekteerimist. Lõputöö eesmärgiks oli projekteerida ülekandeliin liitumisalajaama ja päikeseelektrijaama vahele. Lisaks tuli ümber projekteerida õhuliin maakaablisse, tulenevalt liitumisalajaama asukohast õhuliini visangu läheduses ja kaitsevööndis. Koostada tuli tööprojektid, mis olid nõuetekohaselt kooskõlas seadusandlusega, kohaliku omavalitsusega, maaomanikega, tehnovõrkude valdajatega ja muude seotud asutustega antud piirkonnas.
Lõputöö esimeses peatükis kirjeldas autor lühidalt ettevõtteid, kes olid suuresti seotud antud projekteerimis- ja ehitustöödega. Nendeks olid autori baasettevõte AS Connecto Eesti, tellijaks ja lähteülesandekoostajateks olid Sunly AS ja Elektrilevi OÜ.
Lõputöö teises osas kirjeldas autor projekteerimisetappidest, et anda parem ülevaade projekteerimisstaadiumite järjekorrast ja lähteandmetest, nendeks olid eelprojekt, põhiprojekt ja tööprojekt.
Kolmandas lõputöö peatükis tutvustas autor planeeritud ülekandeliini projekti lähteülesande ja eskiisi põhjal, mille alusel hakati koostama tööprojekti.
Lõputöö neljandas peatükis koostas autor ülekandeliini projekti, tuues välja selle protsessi etapid. Nendeks olid kaablitrasside tüüpristlõigete koostamine, eelkooskõlastamine maaomanikega, geodeetilise alusplaani tellimine, projekteerimistingimuste taotlemine, asendiplaani ja sideskeemide koostamine ning kõige lõpus veel ehitusloa taotlemine.
Lõputöö viimases osas kirjeldas autor õhuliini projekteerimisest maakaablisse. Sellega seotud projekteerimisetööd olid asendiplaani koostamine, piirkonnaalajaamas uue konstruktsiooni projekteerimine elektriseadmete jaoks, mis võimaldas maakaablit ühendada lahklülitiga, lisaks veel jooniste koostamine maakaabli ühendamiseks õhuliiniga elektrimastil ja piksekaitsemasti projekteerimine välisjaotlas seadmete kaitseks.
Lõputöö tulemusena valmisid nõuetekohased tööprojektid, mille järgi oli võimalik valmis ehitada lõputöös käsitletud rajatised. Lõputöö valmimise hetkeks on lõpetatud nii projekteerimine kui ka ehitustööd.The title of the thesis is Solar Park Transmission Line Design.
The thesis dealt with the design of cable routes for a solar power plant. The aim of the thesis was to design a transmission line between the connection substation and the solar power plant. In addition, it was necessary to redesign the overhead line into a ground power cable, due to the location of the connection substation near the overhead lines and in the protection zone. It was necessary to prepare work projects that were properly in accordance with legislation, local government, landowners, network owners and other related institutions in this area.
In the first chapter of the thesis, the author briefly described the companies that were largely involved in this design and construction work. These were the author’s base company AS Connecto Eesti, the clients and task compilers were Sunly AS and Elektrilevi OÜ.
In the second part of the thesis, the author described the design stages to give a better overview of the order of design stages and input data, these were the preliminary project, the main project and the work project.
In the third chapter of the thesis, the author introduced the planned transmission line project based on the task and sketch, on the basis of which the work project was started.
In the fourth chapter of the thesis, the author compiled the transmission line project, highlighting the stages of this process. These were the preparation of standard cross-sections of cable routes, preliminary coordination with landowners, ordering of the geodetic base plan, application for design conditions, preparation of the position plan and communication schemes and finally the application for a building permit.
In the last part of the thesis, the author described the design of the overhead line into a ground power cable. The related design works were the preparation of the location plan, the design of a new structure in the regional substation for electrical equipment, which allowed the ground power cable to be connected to the disconnect switch, in addition to the preparation of drawings for connecting the ground power cable to the overhead line on the electric pole and the design of a lightning protection mast in the external distributor for equipment protection.
As a result of the thesis, proper work projects were completed, according to which it was possible to build the facilities discussed in the thesis. By the time the thesis was completed, both the design and construction work had been completed
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
