Potret Tabrani Rab dalam Bingkai Wacana dan Gerakan Riau Merdeka
Get PDFAbstrak : In the Reform era, Tabrani Rab, known as a doctor and a lecturer who was concerned for the poor (low-level people)—to whom people complained—and the domineering center appeared with his discourse of freedom among federalism and regional autonomy discourse. With his supporters, he crystallized his thoughts in a battle for the so-called Freedom of Riau. This article aimed to describe Tabrani Rab‘s contribution to the discourse and movement of Riau‘s freedom. Then, it observed the position of both discourse and movement in a political contest of Riau. This study may be categorized in a description and the applied approach was inductive. The result of the study was that both discourse and movement sank below the discourse of regional autonomy in the local political contest of Riau. In the context of the internal movement, it didn‘t have such group solidarity, high idealism, a clear point of view and mission and a credible and competent opinion leader. Riau‘s freedom was still no longer in incubation. The political mission of Tabrani with his movement of Riau‘s freedom could be shown in his political act. His political act showed that the true mission of Tabrani Rab was to the prosperity and justice to Riau

Unfortunately, in our view the critical ideas of
Prof. Tabrani Rab do not have a significant
influence on the critical attitude of students at
the University of Abdurrab, which is actually a
university to place for pouring and transmit his
political thought and critical ideas. This study
was based previously by the research of Dr.
Hajar G. Pramudyasmono (2009) entitled The
Reform Agenda in Riau: Decentralisation and
Its Consequences, which shows that the success
of the decentralization system in Riau was
despite the critical role of students in Riau that
was driven by the native citizens, one among
them is Prof. Tabrani Rab. This study concluded
the political thought of Prof. Tabrani is not fully
understood by students at the University of
Abdurrab. Therefore, it is suggested to the
University of Abdurrab to prepare a medium
that can make students get to know the figure of
Prof. Tabrani and the main points of his
political thoughts, and forming a discussion
forum that examines his thoughts, could also be
done through seminars, symposium and the like.

PENGARUH PEMBINAAN ROHANI TERHADAP KESEHATAN MENTAL KARYAWAN DI RUMAH SAKIT TABRANI RAB PEKANBARU

masyarakat, adanya keluhan-keluhan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan karyawan
sebagai khadam (pelayan) masyarakat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pembinaan Rohani
Terhadap Kesehatan Mental Karyawan Rumah Sakit Tabrani Rab Pekanbaru.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif ekplanatif,
sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit Tabrani Rab
Pekanbaru berjumlah 150 orang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total
dari populasi berjumlah 150 orang.
Untuk menetukan besarnya pengaruh suatu variable bebas terhadap variable
terikat digunakan formulasi korelasi product moment. Hasil Penelitian, pengaruh
pembinaan rohani terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan di Rumah Sakit Tabrani
Pekanbaru dikategorikan sangat kuat. Artinya selama pembinaan rohani sangat
berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental karyawan. Karena karyawan telah memiliki
syarat sebagai indikator kesehatan mental yaitu, karyawan memiliki sifat sabar
terhadap musibah, memiliki perasaan aman, nyaman, tentram, melaksanakan
pekerjaan secara efektif dan sempurna, memiliki rasa percaya diri yang tinggi,
memiliki rasa tanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan, memiliki keberanian
mengutarakan pendapat, ridha terhadap takdir Allah dan menyadari arti penting
menjaga kesehatan fisik.
Materi yang disampaikan dalam pembinaan rohani adalah keseluruhan ajaran
agama Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunah yaitu, aqidah, syari’ah,
mu’amalah, dan akhlak.
Metode pembinaan rohani yang digunakan dalam pembinaan rohani yaitu,
hikmah, ceramah, diskusi, karyawisata, rekayasa sosial, sosial pressure, lisah-hal,
infiltrasi. Jadi, apabila telah memfungsikan pembinaan rohani secara maksimal akan
menghasilkan barisan karyawan yang memiliki mental yang sehat dan berkepribadian
yang manta
