Lubrication is a system where all moving machine parts need to be
lubricated, in order to avoid direct friction between the components can cause the
most damage. In motor fuel lubricity do thorough all of the moving parts, and
therefore required the maximum pressure in supporting the work of the auxiliary
engine. The pressure should reach a value of 4.0 to 4.5 kg / cm2 to achieve
maximum lubrication. This prevents the engine when the auxiliary overloaded
then the pressure was not until approaching the limit poor lubrication and an
alarm occurs at a pressure of 3.7 kg / cm2. The author formulates the problem by
searching for the factors of the decline in the cylinder liner lubrication systems,
lubrication systems the impact of falling cylinder liner, and the efforts taken to
address the decline in the cylinder liner lubrication system.
The author summarizes the problems and try to solve the problem by
using the method of hazard operability is with a systematic way of analyzing the
risk of a system whereby the operating activities of potential problems in a system
that is identified using a circuit.
There are many causes less optimal lubrication system maintenance on
auxiliary engines. Among them is happening in MV. Energy Prosperity, of causes
found. In MV. Energy Prosperity less optimal lubrication system so that the
pressure lubricating oil is not normally caused by problems with filters and pumps
and piston cooling case cover, filters and pumps is a component of risky
impending penurunanan pressure and also the influence of the components of the
piston cooling case cover, though not too conspicuous in its work it can cause
lubricating oil pressure is not normal.

Abstract:
This study discusses Physical education and sport (PES) focusing on fundamental movement skill (FMS) learning. This FMS include locomotor , nonlocomotory dan manipulative for students of elementary school. The fact that students had not shown their development in FMS has been a concern for PES teachers. To overcome this problem, this study proposed cooperative learning (CL) method to improve students’ FMS in locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative movement. This study applied quasi-experimental method. There were 120 students who involved in this study and they were divided into two groups namely: the experimental and control group. The instrument used to collect data is a battery test of FMS. Based on the results of the t-test, the mean of pre-test FMS for the experimental group is 41.26 and for the post-test is 56.38. In the control group, students got average pre-test of FMS 46.14. and in post-test is 50.74. The results of this study shows that the application FMS learning based on CL improves students’ achievement in FMS learning. To put this into practice, this study designed implementation to show practitioners FMS learning based on CL that can be used in learning locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative movements.

Polymer Microfabrication Modules for Cytostretch Organ-on-chip Applications
The use of conventional biological assay tools, such as Petri dish, has hindered the drug discovery studies ineffective and time-consuming. To cope with this problem, organ-on-chip (OOC) devices have been developed. Modeling organ functionality, topography, and pathology, OOC devices are expected to pave the way the drug discovery processes. Recently, a novel OOC fabricated using integrated circuit (IC) technology was introduced. It is called Cytostretch. It allows for mechanical stimulation of the cultured cardiomyocytes by delivering a certain pressure to the backside of the membrane to replicate a beating heart. The presence of micro-electrode arrays (MEAs) in the device enables to characterize the field potentials of the cells for certain strains. Meanwhile, topography features such as grooves were implemented to induce cell alignment.During the development of this device, two crucial problems were noticed. The first problem is the poor adhesion of the polyimide (PI) to the polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membrane. The PI functions function as insulation layers and provide mechanical integrity to the MEAs. Therefore, the good adhesion of these layers to the membrane is a must. Unfortunately, the recent fabrication results showed that the adhesion of the PI tracks to the PDMS membrane was poor. The second problem is the PDMS membrane itself. Naturally, PDMS can take up molecules, which is problematic in the drug screening studies, since it can compromise the bio-assay results. Furthermore, the presence of silicon backbone in the PDMS structure can also be problematic for the PDMS patterning. Many reports demonstrated that PDMS could not be dry-etched without any residues. The residues were also found in the previous Cytostretch fabrication after the PDMS patterning to form bondpad openings. In this report, the solutions of these two problems are demonstrated. In terms of the PI-PDMS adhesion problem, the silicon carbide-silicon dioxide (SiC-SiO2) bilayer was proposed. In the previous studies, the use of this bilayer has been reported to promote the PI-PDMS adhesion in neural prosthesis devices and flexible body patches. In this work, the SiC-SiO2 fabrication was integrated into the Cytostretch fabrication using plasma-enhanced vapor deposition (PECVD). The immersion tests and the cyclic loading tests showed that the device with the SiC-SiO2 bilayer has an excellent PI-PDMS adhesion. To replace the PDMS membrane, another elastic polymer, polybutadiene rubber (PBR), was studied. Different from the PDMS, the PBR is purely organic without any silicon backbones on its structure. Thus, it is hypothesized that the PBR can be processed more easily than the PDMS. In this work, the patterning of the PBR was elaborated. The PBR patterning experiments began using a bare silicon wafer. The PBR patterning with a wet-etched titanium hard etch mask demonstrated a good anisotropic etching profile. Based on this result, the PBR patterning module was integrated into the Cytostretch fabrication. The bondpad openings in the PBR membrane were also successfully patterned with an anisotropic etching profile. Unfortunately, this successful result was also followed by some issues regarding the non-uniform PBR thickness and the results caused by the errors during the fabrication.Biomedical Engineering | Bioelectronic
E-Reservation Room System: case study Koja Hospital Jakarta and Pelabuhan Hospital Jakarta
Jakarta Koja hospital and Pelabuhan hospital are some of hospital in Tanjung Priok, continuously growing to strive for improving service and quality. Pelabuhan hospital does not have any medical facility for patient, so Pelabuhan hospital have to send the referred patient to Koja hospital. because the facilities are available for those patient. According to the mechanism for sending referred patient from Pelabuhan hospital to Koja hospital occurs several problems, such as: searching for room information using guest book, make referral letter manually, there is no safety for referred letter, and the use of telephone to get and send information. Based on above explanation, the author interested to develope reservation systems for referred patient from Pelabuhan hospital to Koja hospital Jakarta using a web-based application hopefully it could help the reservation activity for both hospital. System development methodology used in development of system is RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, there are three stages in RAD, requirements planning, workshop design, and implementation. The design of the system conducted with the notation unified modeling language (UML). The author uses PHP for data processing and MYSQL for data storage. Final result achieved in this research is the building of online reservation room system which has advantages such as: can update empty treatment room in Koja hospital, making referred letter in digital, and safety referred letter
MANUFACTURING AND TESTING ORGANIC NPK GRANULES BASED ON BIONAGA-45 PROBIOTICS
In this day and age, farmers are faced with problems in the field caused by the longterm use of chemical fertilizers. Several efforts have been made to overcome the problems
faced by farmers. However, these various efforts did not produce maximum results.
Therefore, this study is aimed to overcome the problems faced by farmers, such as the
very high price increase of chemical fertilizers and also the negative impacts that can occur
with the use of chemical fertilizers in the long term. By using an analytical study on the
manufacture of organic NPK granules which were tested on pak choy mustard plants. From
this, The author found that making organic NPK granules has a quite good and innovative
role and supports farmers in overcoming problems resulting from scarcity and the bad
impacts resulting from chemical fertilizers. So, organic NPK granules are an organic
fertilizer that can fulfill the nutrients needed to support plant growth and become a forum
for farmers to produce good and healthy agricultural land. The author has tested pak choy
mustard plants and obtained insignificant results on dry weight by comparing Phonska
NPK compared to organic NPK using the T test (Paired sample test) with two treatments,
namely organic NPK and Phonska NPK. The organic fertilizer provided is organic NPK
based on the probiotic BIONAGA-45, Meanwhile, the chemical fertilizer given is NPK
Phonska. Each treatment was repeated 6 times, each replication consisting of 5 sample
plants. The application of organic NPK and Phonska was carried out 0 days before planting
and 14 days after planting. The parameters observed were number of leaves, plant length,
canopy area, wet weight (g)/production weight per plant, and dry weight. Thus, the results
obtained for wet weight were significantly different but not for dry weight which was
not significantly different. From the data obtained, organic NPK can be a substitute for
chemical fertilizers as a nutrient supplement that can meet the needs of production plants.

Diskursus Penerjemahan Al-Qur?an Di Indonesia (Kajian Atas Tafsir Kemenag Ri, Tafsir Al-Azhar Dan Tafsir Al-Mishbâh)
The translation of the Koran among Muslims is a polemic because there are groups of Muslims who oppose translation. The Qur'an has various words which are not in common with one another. The translation equivalent can never achieve the meaning of the original word contained in the Qur'an. There are also those who think that translation is a good thing to explain the meaning of the contents of the Koran that are not understood by non-Arabic speakers. The translation of the Koran originated not from among Muslims themselves but from people outside of Islam who tried to understand the teachings of Islam and what made Muslims progress in the past. The translation of the Koran in Indonesia has also been under the spotlight among Indonesian Muslims because it is considered to violate standardized rules. The fundamental question of this research is how to translate lafaz which means grace in the tafsir book in Indonesia? This study uses qualitative methods that are descriptive in nature by presenting data that is explained comprehensively. This research results that the lafaz-lafaz translated as gift in the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's interpretation book, Tafsir al-Azhar and Tafsir Al-Mishbâh are different. The studies contained in each different interpretation are rooted in each word. There is also a word that is equally translated as grace in all interpretations and this occurs because of the similarity in understanding that particular word. In the Indonesian Ministry of Religion's Interpretation, there are five words and their derivations which are translated as gifts. In the Tafsir Al-Azhar there are six words and their derivations. Meanwhile, in the Tafsir Al-Mishbâh there are nine words and their derivations which are translated as grace. The author concludes that from all the findings that the authors get, it is known that there is no consistency in translating one word due to adjustments to the context of the verse. There are only seven verses which are translated the same while the others are not. Translation using the word grace is closely related to the messengers of Allah and also to believers.
