Untuk menjaga agar pengikat hubungan dalam organisasi baik dalam bentuk apapun dan apa tujuannya adalah dibantu, disatukan dalam melakukan fungsinya melalui proses komunikasi. Dengan diterapkan disiplin dan komunikasi yang efektif sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan organisasi maka tenaga kerja akan menghasilkan hasil kerja yang baik sesuai dengan harapan organisasi. No full textDalam penggunaan jasa transportasi pengguna Jasa akan sangat mengutamakan kepuasan dalam hal pelayanan dan pengawasan terhadap jasa tranportasi yang ditawarkan. Salah satu strategi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusianya yaitu dengan melalkukan pelatihan pelayanan dan pengawasan. Kegiatan pelayanan dan pengawasan dirancang untuk menghasilkan tindakan yang segera dan spesifik dari masyarakat. Melihat betapa pentingnya pelayanan dan pengawasan bagi peningkatan jasa transportasi perusahaan, maka penulis memilih permasalah ini sebagai objek dalam penulisan skripsi yang berjudul :"Pelayanan dan Pengawasan terhadap Kepuasan Pemakaian Transportasi Kereta Api Pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Medan". Dalan1 penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode deduktif dalam pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Sebagian besar konsumen perusahaan menyatakan puas atas pelayanan perusahaan dan menilai atas kualitas jasa, (2) Didalam melakukan aktivitasnya pihak perusahaan juga telah melakukan pengawasan terhadap jasa pemakai transportasi kereta api, (3) Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan perusahaan di dalam memberikan pelayanan pada umumnya sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Langkah-langkah yang dimaksud ditujukan untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada konsumen yang akan menggunakan jasa kereta api pelayanan yang dilakukan baik itu menyangkut fasilitas dan informasi yang dibutuhkan guna memberikan penjelasan kepada para konsumen

No full textThe aim of this research is to analyze, find out and explain the influence of product availability on purchasing decisions at CV. Herry Motorrindo Mandiri. This type of research uses a quantitative approach method. For the sampling method, incidental sampling took a sample of 95 people. The data collection technique used by the author was the method of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used in this research using SPSS 26 are validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and significance test (t test). The results of testing the hypothesis show that product availability influences consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination value obtained are R2 = 0.382, which means that there is a relationship between product availability (X) and purchasing decisions (Y) of 38.2%. Meanwhile, the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. And the t test value obtained is t count 7.579 and t table 1.985, which means the significant value is 0.000<0.05 and there is an influence between product availability and purchasing decisions
