As Advisor I, Mr. Robiansyah and Mr. Syaharuddin Y As Advisor II.The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of training and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Samarinda. Research data collection uses a census method in which all populations of 70 people is sampled. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS as a calculation tool.The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of Training on Employee Performance. And there is a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Gaya kepemimpinan Camat dalam memberikan motivasi pegawai di kantor kecamatan Tubbi Taramanu Kab. Polman dan 2) faktor-faktor internal dan ekternal yang mendukung dan menghambat motivasi pegawai di kantor kecamatan Tubbi Taramanu. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan case study. Analisis data dengan pendekatan kualitatif. \ud
Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Kecamatan Tubbi Taramanu Kabupaten Polewali Mandar dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Naturalistik/kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan secara triangulasi (gabungan) melalui observasi di lokasi dan wawancara terhadap narasumber (karyawan/pegawai) di kantor Kecamatan Tubbi Taramanu.\ud
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan camat Tubbi Taramanu belum dapat memotivasi pegawai untuk dapat bekerja lebih baik. Hal tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh gaya kepemimpinan camat yang cenderung kurang memberi perhatian, pengawasan, dan perintah terhadap bawahannya atau dengan kata lain kurang dalam berinteraksi dengan bawahannya.\ud

This study aims to determine: 1) Head leadership style in motivating employees in the district office Tubbi Taramanu District. Polman and 2) factors-internal and external factors that support and hinder the motivation of employees in the district office Tubbi Taramanu. Type of research is descriptive and case study. Data analysis with a qualitative approach.\ud
The research was conducted at the district office Tubbi Taramanu Polewali Mandar using Naturalistic research methods / qualitative. Data collected by triangulation (combined) through on-site observations and interviews of sources (employer / employee) in the district office Tubbi Taramanu.\ud
The results showed that leadership style Tubbi Taramanu district can not motivate employees to do a better job. This is mainly due to the district leadership styles that are less likely to pay attention, control, and command to his subordinates or in other words less in interacting with subordinates
Pakarena di Sulawesi Selatan: Dari tarian tradisional ke neo-tradisonal / Anggrawansyah Syaharuddin
This research is based on the comparison between two dances, namely, Pakarena traditional and the new creation, Pakarena by Andi Siti Nurhani Sapada (Anida) in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The traditional Pakarena is performed primarily for ritual while some parts of this dance are intended to entertain people. Pakarena Anida, meanwhile, is a new creation performed exclusively to entertain people. Both forms are accepted as marker of cultural identity of the Makassar people. In this research, I will argue that Pakarena Anida is a neo-traditional form because it borrows dance elements from the original traditional Pakarena. In analyzing Pakarena Anida as a neo- traditional style, this research utilizes dance history and ethnochoreological approaches
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS as a calculation tool.The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect between communication on employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance
Pengaruh Penerapan Teknik Humor Dalam Bimbingan Kelompok untuk Mengurangi Kecemasan Belajar Siswa di SMA 1 Negeri Herlang

Penelitian ini menelaah Penggunaan teknik humor dalam Bimbingan Kelompok untuk Mengurangi Kecemasan Belajar Siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Herlang. Masalah penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana gambaran kecemasan belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diberi teknik humor di SMA Negeri 1 Herlang, dan (2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan Teknik Humor dalam Bimbingan Kelompok untuk mengurangi kecemasan belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Herlang.
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran kecemasan siswa sebelum dan setelah diberi teknik humor di SMA Negeri 1 Herlang. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknik humor dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk mengurangi kecemasan belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Herlang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen terhadap 30 subjek penelitian yang merupakan siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Herlang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen angket dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis persentase dan analisis statistik inferensial, yaitu t-test.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat kecemasan siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Herlang sebelum diberi teknik humor berada pada kategori tinggi dan tingkat kecemasan siswa setelah diberi teknik humor mengalami penurunan atau berada pada kategori rendah, dan (2) Terdapat pengaruh penerapan teknik humor dalam bimbingan kelompok untuk mengurangi kecemasan belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Herlang
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
