Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan; (1) sistem imbalan kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru, (2) untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru, dan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem imbalan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah populasi adalah seluruh guru yang berjumlah 46 orang, karena jumlah populasinya relatif kecil dan bisa diteliti semua sehingga tidak perlu menentukan sampel jadi penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian populasi, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan persentase, rata-rata (mean) dan standar deviasi dan analisis statisitik inferensial dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data, korelasi product moment, regresi linear sederhana, dan uji homogenitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem imbalan kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru tergolong dalam kategori tinggi, ditinjau dari beberapa aspek yaitu upah dan gaji, program insentif, komisi, dan bonus begitupun dengan motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru tergolong dalam kategori sangat tinggi ditinjau dari beberapa aspek yaitu prestasi, penghargaan, tantangan, tanggung jawab, pengembangan, keterlibatan, dan kemampuan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan antara sistem imbalan kepala sekolah dengan motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh tingkat pengaruh sistem imbalan kepala sekolah dengan motivasi kerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru, yang tergolong dalam kategori sedang
Pelaksanaan Demokrasi dalam Sistem Ketatanegaraan Indonesia
Full text linkPelaksanaan demokrasi di Indonesia dalam praktiknya menghadapi kendala yang bersifat politis dan ideologis. Sungguhpun demikian demokrasi sudah menjadi pilihan politik yang diyakini sebagai salah satu bentuk sistem politik terbaik untuk mencapai efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan negara. Akan tetapi setelah merdeka, praktik kehidupan demokrasi masih mengalami pasang surut seiring dengan dinamika perkembangan politik di Indonesia. Secara konseptual pemikiran demokrasi yang berkembang di Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan pemikiran demokrasi di luar Indonesia, khususnya pemikiran demokrasi yang dikembangkan oleh elit intelektual pada masa pergerakan dan sesudahnya.
Kata kunci: demokrasi dan ketatanegaraan.
The implementation of democracy in Indonesia in practice had hindrance politically and ideologically. However, democracy had been political choice assumed as one of the best political system to achieve effectivity in performing the State. Yet, after independence, the living democracy practice still have to move high and low along with dynamic political growth in Indonesia. Conceptually, democracy’s thought developed in Indonesia affected by the development of foreign democracy’s though, especially thought of democracy developed by intellectual expert at the movement ages and subsequently.

Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Online Single Submission (OSS) Untuk Pelayanan Perizinan di Mal Pelayanan Publik Pekanbaru Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2018
Full text linkThe Pekanbaru City Government implemented the Online Single Submission (OSS) application by opening a Public Service Mall (MPP) that can be accessed by the public. This aims to provide ease of service for business actors. The application of this online-based system is very effective in cutting the bureaucratic chain and eradicating corruption. Apart from that, it can also increase investment achievements during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Online Single Submission (OSS) Implementation for Licensing Services at the Pekanbaru Public Service Mall based on Government Regulation 24 of 2018. This research method is empirical law or non-doctrinal research, namely studying and analyzing primary data juridically obtained from the respondents. The results showed that the respondents were very satisfied with the online-based licensing services at the Pekanbaru City Government MPP. It is recommended that the implementation of OSS be accompanied by regional regulations as ordered by Article 349 of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning the Regional Government

with a paradigm or construction approach, which views
that there is no objective reality. The data collection
technique in this study was carried out based on
analysis and studies based on the news of the three
media with the random sampling method. In addition,
literature studies are also carried out through books,
journals, articles, and the internet. The conclusion
obtained from the results of this study is that detik.com,
tribunnews.com, and coil.com both apply the straight
news reporting model that is on actual issues to
implement it as a social media control. This pattern of
