Analisis Pengaturan Sanksi Pidana Mati Dalam Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana Indonesia Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Hak Asasi Manusia
ABSTRACT The death penalty in Indonesia raises its own debate because many opinions arise from those who are pro and con against the death penalty sanctions. In Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code, it still maintains the death penalty, but in its regulations it is not a basic crime anymore, but as a special crime that is threatened alternatively for the last means as an effort to prevent criminal acts and protect the community. So whether the death penalty sanctions in the reform of the Indonesian criminal law are in accordance with the purpose of the penal itself or the arrangement of the death penalty in the reform of the Indonesian criminal law includes violations of human rights. The formulation of the problem in this study is: first, how the death penalty regulation in Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code, and second, how the death penalty regulation regulated in Law Number 1 of 2023 is viewed from a human rights perspective. The research method used in this study is a type of normative research, this research generally aims to describe a problem under study. Based on its nature, this research is literature by using primary legal materials in the form of laws and regulations, also using secondary legal materials, namely in the form of previous research such as papers, journals, and literature books related to the object of research, and also using tertiary legal materials in the form of dictionaries, encyclopedias. The results of the research in this study are First, the death penalty regulation in Law Number 1 of 2023 is very different from Wetboek van Strafrecht, because the death penalty is no longer the main crime but is placed into a separate article, namely article 67 of the Criminal Code which says a special crime as referred to in article 64 letter c is a death penalty that is always threatened alternatively. The judge sentenced the defendant to death on condition that the defendant was given ten years of probation in the hope that the defendant could improve himself. Second, the regulation of the death penalty in the criminal code from the perspective of human rights is in accordance with the constitution, namely Article 28J paragraph (2) which means, although everyone has the right to life and life that has been guaranteed by the constitution, the right is not absolute or absolute, because there are restrictions and limited by the application of the death penalty as long as it is carried out in accordance with applicable rules and norms. So the death penalty does not conflict with the human right to life

PENERAPAN PENDIDIKAN NILAI-NILAI KEBANGSAAN PADA SISWA FASE B SEKOLAH DASAR
Fenomena lunturnya pemahaman nilai-nilai kebangsaan di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar menjadi permasalahan serius dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendidikan nilai-nilai kebangsaan pada siswa Fase B di SD Negeri 55/I Sridadi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi dari 8 partisipan yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wali kelas IV B, dan siswa dengan tingkat kemampuan beragam. Validitas data dilakukan melalui teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan nilai-nilai kebangsaan dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui tiga tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap perencanaan melibatkan kolaborasi guru dan kepala sekolah dalam menyusun modul ajar yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Tahap pelaksanaan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran kolaboratif melalui persiapan sumber belajar kontekstual, pembentukan kelompok kerja, dan pelaksanaan proyek nyata. Tahap evaluasi menggunakan pengamatan partisipasi, sikap, dan keterlibatan siswa. Fokus pada aspek cinta tanah air dan gotong royong menunjukkan hasil positif signifikan. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme dalam kegiatan simbolik kebangsaan, ketertarikan terhadap simbol dan budaya Indonesia, serta kesediaan membantu teman dan keterlibatan aktif dalam kegiatan kolaboratif. Penelitian membuktikan bahwa pendekatan terintegrasi dapat membentuk karakter siswa sesuai Profil Pelajar Pancasila
PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERLIBATAN SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SD NEGERI 76 SUNGAI BULUH
The results of this research include initial data or initial conditions obtained by researchers from the results of daily tests of class IV/2 students at SD Negeri 76 Sungai Buluh for the 2024/2025 academic year, then improvements were made using two cycles of Classroom Action Research (PTK) in which there were four stages in each cycle, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This classroom action research is an effort to improve students' mathematical understanding in class IV/2 mathematics using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. Based on the known values in cycle 1 of the flat building material, of the 13 students there were only 4 students who met the score > KKM (70) while 9 of them had the score < KKM (70). Based on the known values in cycle 2 of the integer material, of all 13 students there were only 10 students who met the score > KKM (70) while 3 of them had the score < KKM (70). The completeness of individual learning results in cycle I was 4 students with classical completeness reaching 30.77% and the class average score was 64.54. Furthermore, the completeness of individual mathematical understanding in cycle II increased, namely by 10 students with classical completeness reaching 76.92% and the average class score obtained was 82.38. Based on the table of student observation results, the value for Cycle 1 was 77%, Cycle 2 was 100%.

Reproduction Number Covid-19 According To Sir, Seir, Svir Models In Various Regions In Indonesia
Pada akhir tahun 2019 kasus Covid-19 sempat digegerkan publik, dengan isu tersebut tentunya ini menjadi isu dikalangan masyarakat maupun ilmuwan. Dari tahun 2020 – 2023 sudah banyak paper, jurnal dan makalah yang sudah membahas tentang Covid-19, pada kesempatan ini penulis ingin mengangkat topik mengenai Reproduction number (R_0) di Indonesia. Tentunya ini merupakan topik yang hangat, dimana jarang sekali paper, jurnal dan makalah yang membahas tentang R_0. Reproduction number atau disingkat R_0 merupakan jumlah rata-rata individu infeksi sekunder akibat tertular individu infeksi yang masuk sepenuhnya ke dalam populasi susceptible. Untuk mendapatkan nilai R_0 penulis melibatkan model matematika yaitu model SIR, SEIR dan SVIR lalu mencari data dan memasukkan kelompok individu ke beberapa kelas sesuai dengan kebutuhan model. Model SIR membagi individu ke dalam tiga kelas yaitu Susceptible, Infected dan Recovered. Model SEIR membagi individu kedalam empat kelas yaitu Susceptible, Expose Infected dan Recovered. Model SVIR membagi individu ke dalam empat kelas Susceptible, Vaccinated, Infected dan Recovered. Kemudian data tersebut di simpan menggunakan file excel dan disimpan di google drive, kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan Python. Dari hasil olahan data tersebut disajikan grafik laju parameter tiap model, ditampilkan grafik endemi, dan tentunya nilai R_0. Melalui R_0 kita dapat memperkirakan bahwa satu individu dapat menularkan ke individu lain sejumlah hasil R_0.At the end of 2019, the Covid-19 case caused a stir among the public, with this issue of course becoming an issue among the public and scientists. From 2020 – 2023, there have been many papers, journals and papers that have discussed Covid-19, on this occasion the author wants to raise the topic of the Reproduction number (R_0) in Indonesia. Of course, this is a hot topic, where very few papers, journals and papers discuss R_0. Reproduction number or abbreviated as R_0 is the average number of secondary infected individuals resulting from infection by infected individuals who are fully included in the susceptible population. To get the R_0 value, the author involves mathematical models, namely the SIR, SEIR and SVIR models, then looks for data and enters individual groups into several classes according to the model's needs. The SIR model divides individuals into three classes, namely Susceptible, Infected and Recovered. The SEIR model divides individuals into four classes, namely Susceptible, Exposed Infected and Recovered. The SVIR model divides individuals into four classes Susceptible, Vaccinated, Infected and Recovered. Then the data is saved using an Excel file and stored in Google Drive, then the data is processed using Python. From the results of the processed data, a graph of the parameter rates for each model is presented, an endemic graph is displayed, and of course the R_0 value. Through R_0 we can estimate that one individual can transmit to another individual a number of results R_0

PENDETEKSIAN DINI TINGKAT KEMANAN INFORMASI BERBASIS ISO 27001 : 2013 MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP (ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS)
Information is one of the important assets for the survival of an organization / business, defense security and the integrity of the country, public trust between consumers, so that the availability, accuracy and integrity must be maintained, or commonly abbreviated as CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability). ISO 27001 is an information security standard published in October 2005 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). However, until now there has been no tool for companies in Indonesia to do a pre-assessment of the level of information security. Plus the lack of socialization of the rules and the lack of ISO 270001 expert in Indonesia, these are reason why the authors conducted this research. The author begins research by collecting data, by studying literature and interviewing experts to identify problems. After that, in its implementation, this research will be directed (knowledge acquisition) and reviewed directly by an ISO 27001 expert from The British Standard Institution of the United Kingdom (BSI) so that the results are more accurate. After that, the writer determines the weighting method (decision making), scoring method, system development method, and simulation method (testing). The results of the study are in the form of pre-assessment to evaluate the information security assessment index, which will be displayed according to indicators pioneered from ISO 27001: 2013 using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) decision-making methods, as well as web-based making it easier to review
An analysis on the types of humor in Nova Riyanti Yusufs 30 Hari Mencari Cinta
ABSTRACT
Humor is one of the potential ways to convey the intended message of the author and to catch the readers interest. One of the reasons is the readers will more enjoy what the author has to say if it is presented in humor than in serious manner. More importantly, if the author must present the controversial ideas to less than open minds, humor will enable those ideas to be presented in a non-threathening manner.
The novel of 30 Hari Mencari Cinta is a very representative novel to be involved to the above illustration because 30 Hari Mencari Cinta presents a simple and easily understood story. With a fresh, spontaneous, and funny story, the author hardly ever tells to the readers its real message directly. So, it is not surprising anymore if this novel becomes one of the most wanted novels.
The objection of this study is trying to analyze the types of humor and the way how humors are expressed in Nova Riyanti Yusufs 30 Hari Mencari Cinta. The methode of this study uses descriptive qualitative because the researcher tries to describe the phenomenon of the object research descriptively. And the major data source of this research is a novel of 30 Hari Mencari Cinta which is written by Nova Riyanti Yusuf.
In analyzing the data, the researcher applies some ways. First, reading the data to gain a perfect understanding. Second, categorizing the data into some classifications. And the third, discussing and analyzing each category based on the
classification that refers to the research problems and research objectives.
From the analysis, it can be found that there are ten types of humor. They are illustrative anecdote, antonimism epigram, blue humor, exaggerism, joke/gag, nonsensism, puns, recovery, satire, and situational humor. In addition, those humors can be expressed in many styles and manners. They are spontaneous, intentional and unintentional, annoyed, serious, perfunctory, a little and stronger cynical intonation, smooth intonation manners and so on
Perbandingan Seleksi Fitur Term Frequency & Tri-Gram Character Menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier (Nbc) Pada Tweet Hashtag #2019gantipresiden
Towards an election year (elections) in 2019 to come, many mass campaign conducted through social media networks one of them on twitter. One online campaign is very popular among the people of the current campaign with the hashtag #2019GantiPresiden. In studies sentiment analysis required hashtag 2019GantiPresiden classifier and the selection of robust functionality that mendaptkan high accuracy values. One of the classifier and feature selection algorithms are Naive Bayes classifier (NBC) with Tri-Gram feature selection Character & Term-Frequency which previous research has resulted in a fairly high accuracy. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Algorithm Naive Bayes classifier (NBC) with each selection and compare features and get accurate results from Algorithm Naive Bayes classifier (NBC) with both the selection of the feature. The author uses the method of observation to collect data and do the simulation. By using the data of 1,000 tweets originating from hashtag # 2019GantiPresiden taken on 15 September 2018, the author divides into two categories: 950 tweets as training data and 50 tweets as test data where the labeling process using methods Lexicon Based sentiment. From this study showed Naïve Bayes classifier algorithm accuracy (NBC) with feature selection Character Tri-Gram by 76% and Term-Frequency by 74%,the result show that the feature selection Character Tri-Gram better than Term-Frequency
