As a student in UiTM Perlis, Arau branch, it is a part of study for everyone to undergo a case study project. in the beginning of the study, many of the company's specific data has been obtained . Most of the information is gathered through the primary and secondary source as well. For this purpose, I had the chance to do extensive research on a company, which I am interested in developing my own project for NIKOREX company. This company is currently based in Masai, Johor where it has eleven outlets in Malaysia and one in Singapore. This section presents the detailed research of the specialist . Objective of the project is to work on the background, organizational structure, products and services that NIKOREX provides. Currently, the CEO of the company is Mr Desmond Teo. He was also assisted by director of operation, Chua Lily and senior business development executive, Haziq Ezwan. The NIKOREX has provides various product for the customer needs and has over 100 type daily necessities. In addition, I was studied about the technology of NIKOREX product, as well as the marketing, business and its operational strategy used by the company to promote their products which we find quite interesting. Business company and marketing strategies of NIKOREX are all permit offered across the globe, online shopping and social media. To Conclude, I have analysed and find the solution to overcome and to fulfil their needs and making it as my innovation to be continued in new Product Development task. All the solutions I have discuss it in the finding and discussion segment. In addition, I aim to enhance the satisfaction of customer when use the trolley and at the same time, increase sale for the company. Full text linkThis study aims to explore the role of Progressive Islamic Education in women's empowerment from the perspective of Suud Sarim Karimullah. It employs a qualitative research methodology, focusing on a literature review that includes an analysis of the works of Suud Sarim Karimullah and related literature, such as relevant books and journals, analyzed based on structuralism theory. This study demonstrates that Progressive Islamic Education, which combines fundamental Islamic principles with modern values such as gender equality and human rights, can enhance women's access to quality education. This education not only empowers women in terms of education but also increases their participation in the workforce and political decision-making. Additionally, Progressive Islamic Education helps to overcome social and cultural barriers, as well as gender stereotypes that limit women's roles. By involving the Muslim community, including religious leaders and families, Progressive Islamic Education can foster positive change in society. The impact of women's empowerment through Progressive Islamic Education is evident in the improvement of economic well-being, poverty reduction, and increased social stability. Structuralism analysis shows that Progressive Islamic Education can shape social structures that support change, address patriarchal norms, and promote sustainable gender equality. Therefore, from the perspective of Suud Sarim Karimullah, Progressive Islamic Education is an effective tool for women's empowerment and the development of an inclusive and just society

PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, STRES KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PABRIK ROKOK CV SUUD TAMANAN BONDOWOSO
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pabrik rokok CV SUUD Tamanan Bondowoso berjumlah 174 orang dengan jumlah sampel digunakan sebesar 63 orang yang diambil secara purpusive. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu kuisioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji determinasi yang dilakukan secara komputasi dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja karyawan pabrik rokok CV SUUD Tamanan Bondowoso,artinya semakin tinggi beban kerja dan stres kerja maka kinerja akan semakin menurun sementara lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pabrik rokok CV SUUD Tamanan Bondowoso,artinya semakin baik lingkungan kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin baik pula. Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini terbukti secara statistic. Sehingga perusahaan perlu memperhatikan jumlah tugas yang dibebankan kepada karyawan sesuai dengan proporsi dan kemampuannya.
