DUNIA MAGIS DALAM CERPEN LEAK PEMOROAN KARYA I WAYAN SADHA
of the occult not only lived in the past but penetrated freely until Era 4.0. Although the development of the world has advanced in such a way as with the sophistication of its technology, the belief in supernatural and magical things cannot be erased. The magical world has its own charms and problems in the lives of Balinese people. Undeniably, the attractiveness often invites the attention of the author in welcoming and recording the phenomenon into literary works. In this paper examines modern Balinese literary works in the form of short stories. The short stories studied were taken from a collection of Leak Pemoroan stories written by I Wayan Sadha. This study examines three short stories in a collection of Pemoroan Leak short stories entitled Jeg Pragat Ka Balian, Pemoroan Leak and Walik Sumpah. The focus of the discussion in this paper is to raise the magical aspects contained in the three short stories that have been mentioned. The magical aspects to be discussed are the Pangiwa aspect and the Panengen aspect contained in the short story. Keywords: Magic, Pangiwa, Panengen, Short Story, modern Balinese literatur
Mahardika Dance Creation Process
This paper aims to reveal a creative process of the Mahardika dance creation conducted in 2006. This disclosure is important to see how the concept of traditional dance development still maintains the Balinese identity. The Mahardika dance, a new creation form of Balinese dance, comes from the creative process between I Wayan Sutirtha as the dance choreographer and I Nyoman Windha as the musical composer of the dance accompaniment. Mahardika means freedom or release from worldly ties, which refers to the Sutasoma figure as the central character in the Mahardika dance. It is adapted from the main theme of the Bali Arts Festival, namely Swabawaning Idep, meaning the radiance of nobility. The process of creating dance refers to the theory of Alma M. Hawkins in the book Creating Through Dance, including exploration, improvisation, and formation. The Mahardika dance consists of four parts. The first part describes the atmosphere of meditation with a silent atmosphere, the second part depicts the meeting of the Sutasoma and Dewi Candrawati with a happy and romantic atmosphere, the third part portrays the war of the Sutasoma and Prabu Purusadha with a tense atmosphere, and the fourth part represents the consciousness of Prabu Purusada and Sutasoma sitting on a lotus flower with a serene atmosphere. In addition, the costumes are adjusted to the characters. Certainly, it does not interfere with the dancer's movements but helps and opens aesthetic spaces in the choreography of the Mahardika dance creation
I Nyoman Windha Sang Maestro Karawitan Bali
Modeling of animal groups based on individual goals
Title: Modeling of animal groups based on individual goals Author: Ema Wayan Danielová Department: Department of Macromolecular Physics Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Viktor Holubec, Ph.D. Abstract: Collective motion represents a fascinating example of self-organization in non-equilibrium systems. This work introduces and examines a modified Vicsek model of collective motion, enhanced with alignment-induced local attractive and repulsive interactions. Numerical simulations demonstrate that such a system spontaneously forms stable clusters with a characteristic size determined by the interaction radius. The results show that group cohesion can be achieved even without periodic boundary conditions and by using using finite-range interactions that are reasonable from a biological perspective. Keywords: collective motion, Vicsek model, active matter, numerical simulations, self-organization, cohesion, interaction radius, non-equilibrium systemsNázev práce: Modelování skupin zvířat na základě cílů jednotlivců Autor: Ema Wayan Danielová Katedra: Katedra makromolekulární fyziky Vedoucí bakalářské práce: doc. RNDr. Viktor Holubec, Ph.D. Abstrakt: Kolektivní pohyb představuje fascinující příklad samoorganizace v nerovnovážných systémech. V této práci je navržena a zkoumána modifikace Vicsekova modelu kolektivního pohybu doplněná o lokální přitažlivé a odpudivé interakce vyvolané optimalizací směru. Struktur Musik Iringan Tari Puspanjali
Digitised comparative word list of Malay, Nias, Toba-Batak, and Enggano in Modigliani’s “L’isola Delle Donne” from 1894
The first release (v1.0.0) for the digitised, computer-readable Enggano word list in Modigliani (1894), with comparison from Nias, Toba-Batak, and Malay. The Enggano word list is included in the EnoLEX database. The data-source directory contains the original data in .xlsx file that the author hand-digitised from the original source (Modigliani 1894). The light annotation included reflects the content of the original source, covering several aspects. First, annotating the string component that is printed in italics in the original source; the marking is indicated by the XML tag so it can be traced computationally. Second, there is also annotation concerning remark () for a given language column in the original source, and that concerning aspect of meaning (). These annotations are still available in the WORD column of the data-output with long-table format (the column WORD2 excludes these annotations, which are transferred into the REMARK column of the long-table format). In the wide-table format of the data-output, the language columns named with ..._1 do not contain these annotations, which have been transferred into other columns named with ..._rm and ..._sem labels. The REMARK column in the two sets of data-output contains another annotation I put while transcribing from the source: the cell beginning with M-- is a comment for the Malay column while that starting with I-- is for the Italian (the reference language). The author also provided the segmented/tokenised forms. Information concerning the orthography standardisation is available on the README page of the ortho directory
Retro-digitised Enggano-German dictionary derived from Kähler’s (1987) “Enggano-Deutsches Wörterbuch”
This is a hand-digitised Enggano-German Dictionary derived from Hans Kähler's (1987) “Enggano-Deutsches Wörterbuch”. We crowdsourced the digitisation process by transcribing the dictionary's content into an online database system; the system was set up by Cokorda Pramartha and I B. G. Sarasvananda in collaboration with the first author. The database is exported into a .csv file to be further processed computationally using R and manually, such as fixing typos and incorrect mapping of the entry element, providing the English and Indonesian translations, and standardising the orthography. The minor update in the current version includes adding a description of the column names for the tabular data of the digitised dictionary. The dictionary is stored as a table for three file types: .rds (for the R data format), .csv, and .tsv
