TINDAK TUTUR KETUA LPSK HASTO ATMOJO SUROYO DALAM WAWANCARA MEDIA MASSA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menganalisis tindak tutur lokusi,ilokusi, dan perlokusi dari Ketua Lembaga Perlindungan Saksi dan Korban (LPSK),Hasto Atmojo Suroyo, dalam wawancara Majalah Tempo edisi 29 Agustus – 4
September 2022 serta Wawancara Ekslusif Ketua LPSK dalam kanal youtube Tribun News yang dipublikasi pada 4 Desember 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data mengggunakan metode simak baca catat. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pragmatik. Data yang dikumpulkan melibatkan transkrip wawancara dan mengidentifikasi tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi yang digunakan oleh
Ketua LPSK. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya 90 data tindak tutur dari tuturan Ketua LPSK Hasto Atmojo Suroyo. Pertama, tindak tutur lokusi yang ditemukan adalah lokusi berita dan lokusi tanya. Kedua, tindak tutur ilokusi yang ditemukan adalah asertif, direktif, komisif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif serta tindak tutur perlokusi. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang
lebih baik tentang bagaimana tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi dapat mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat terhadap kinerja lembaga penegak hukum.

This study aims to reveal and analyze the locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts of the Chairman of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK), Hasto Atmojo Suroyo, in the Tempo Magazine interview in the August 29 - September 4, 2022 edition and the Exclusive Interview of the Chairman of LPSK in the Tribun News youtube channel published on December 4, 2022. The data collection technique uses the method of reading and writing. While data analysis uses qualitative descriptive methods. The research method used is a pragmatic approach. The data collected involved interview transcripts and identifying locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts used by the Chairman of LPSK. The result of this research is the discovery of 90 speech act
data from the speech of LPSK Chairman Hasto Atmojo Suroyo. First, the locution speech acts found are news locution and question locution. Second, the illocutionary speech acts found are assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative as well as perlocutionary speech acts. The findings of this study are expected to provide better insight into how locution, illocution, and perlocutionary
speech acts can influence public perceptions of the performance of law enforcement agencies.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
