Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono uses YouTube, a social media platform, to develop personal branding to attract the interest of the younger generation. The purpose of this research is to find out more about Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding strategy on YouTube. By using foundations such as personal branding, agenda setting, framing and dramaturgy. The author uses qualitative research techniques. Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Based on the findings of this study, personal branding, framing, and dramaturgy produce personal branding developed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's management through YouTube social media which has formed a realistic personal branding. Before authors begin filming this, the authors conducted several research methods, such as literature, namely by looking for books related to the movie-making process. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie.
Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened.
The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general.
This film uses a video editing software on finalizing, it will also facilitate the task of the writer in perfecting. No full textThe Cupid, also known as Amor Vincit Omnia, painted by Caravaggio in the first half of 1602 for Vincenzo Giustiniani in Rome, is one of the best-known paintings by the Lombard painter, but also one of the most investigated and iconographically debated. Art historians have proposed different readings of this work, from those they consider the objects surrounding Amor symbols that refer to the arts of the quadrivium, but incompletely; others that make it generically included among the emblematic paintings or connect it to the patron whose intellectual and military qualities it would exalt; still others connect it to the Trionfi of Petrarch or to the poetry of the same period, or give it a soteric value linked to the reformed Catholic doctrines; finally, some identify a homoerotic matrix linked to the author or even to the client's environment. In this article, starting from some readings already advanced by critics over time, a reading closely linked to classical poetry is proposed, considering Merisi's painting the pictura of an emblem, to which a precise lemma would be connected, identified in the well-known couplet by Marzio Milesi and a broader epigramma, instead identified in a well-known Latin elegiac passage, which the observers of the time could have easily identified. A reading that would also present a profound moral value directly linked to the Catholic doctrine that distinguishes antecedent concupiscence from consequent concupiscence

Kebijakan negara dalam melakukan pemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia harus mem-perhatikan tiga aspek yang berbeda sifatnya, yaitu: politik, hukum, dan korupsi yang menyatu. Lebih lanjut lagi, masyarakat juga sangat menentukan keberhasilan pencegahan terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi. Untuk menumbuhkan budaya hukum masyarakat, perlu dilakukan sejak pendidikan di usia dini dalam berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan sikap anti korupsi dapat melalui kampanye/sosialisasi dengan berbagai pihak khususnya kepada siswa pelajar mulai dari siswa SD, siswa SMP, siswa SMA, serta kalangan mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, seluruh elemen masyarakat termasuk perguruan tinggi dengan bekerja sama dengan pemerintah baik di pusat maupun di daerah harus melaksanakan program tersebut. Menumbuhkan sikap anti korupsi sejak dini tersebut dimulai dengan jenjang pendidikan dari play group ke mahasiswa merupakan langkah konkrit yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka mewujudkan penyelenggaraan negara yang anti korupsi dan berbasis keadilan.
Abstract
The state policy in combatting corruption in Indonesia must pay attention to three different aspects, such as: politics, law, and integrated corruption. Furthermore, the people will also determine the success of the prevention of corruption. In order to foster a culture of legal awareness on anti-corruption, it should begin from education at an early age in the various levels of education through campaigns/familiarization with the various parties, especially to students ranging from elementary, junior, senior high school, and all the way to college students. Therefore all elements of society, including universities in cooperation with governments at both central and regional governments, should implement the programs. Thus, fostering an attitude of anti-corruption early on began with an education level from play group to college students is a concrete step that can be done in order to realize the implementation of state anti-corruption and based justice

No full textAbstrakPengelolaan sumberdaya hutan adalah sistem pengelolaan hutan dalam rangka memberikan perlindungan sistem penyangga kehidupan baik hutan yang berada di kawasan taman nasional maupun hutan produksi. Sejak implementasi otonomi daerah berdasarkan UU No.32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, persoalan utama yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan konservasi di Indonesia adalah pembagian kewenangan pusat dan daerah. Berdasarkan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku, kewenangan konservasi masih ada di tangan pemerintah pusat, padahal ada banyak inisiatif di tingkat daerah mengenai peraturan pengelolaan kawasan konservasi yang belum terakomodir oleh pemerintah pusat. Di satu sisi pemerintah pusat lebih mempertahankan kawasan konservasi sesuai dengan pembentukannya, sedangkan pihak daerah dengan konsep "pembangunan" untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan PAD berusaha untuk melepaskan kawasan tersebut dari kawasan hutan negara. Sementara itu masyarakat yang berada di sekitar kawasan merasa berhak untuk dapat menikmati hasil dari kawasan tersebut dalam masa desentralisasi. Konsep pengelolaan bersama dengan masyarakat dan pihak pemerintah daerah sebenarnya telah dicoba di beberapa Taman Nasional yang ada di Indonesia. Tulisan ini mempergunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konseptual (analytical and conceptual approach), pendekatan kasus (cases approach), dan pendekatan komparatif (comparative approach) dengan menggunakan penalaran deduktif danlatau induktif guna mendapatkan dan menemukan kebenaran obyektif.</jats:p
