No full textThe background of this thesis is to know the role of Lieutenant General TNI Purn Syarwan Hamid in supporting the demands of the students behind the shift of the New Order to the Reform, whereby he served as Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives / Representative representatives of the Armed Forces (FABRI). The aims of this research are: (1) Knowing the life history of Lieutenant General TNI Purn Syarwan Hamid (2) Knowing the role of Lieutenant General TNI Purn Syarwan Hamid in the reform of 1998 - 1999 (3) To find out what ever in the struggle of Lieutenant General TNI Purn Syarwan Hamid for Riau Province when he served as Minister of Home Affairs RI 1998 - 1999 Development Reform Cabinet. The method used in this research is the method of historical research, because this research takes the object of events that occurred in the past. In addition to historical research methods (history), the author also uses biographical analysis techniques, this technique is a method of analyzing one's life history. The results obtained that the role of Syarwan Hamid in reform can be seen in two dimensions. The first dimension concerns Syarwan's political role and choice as the reform movement begins to roll. Second, the role of Syarwan in the position of Minister of Home Affairs Mr. Syarwan Hamid who is the Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives Faction as a person who finalizes the reform movement to achieve political success. Mr. Syarwan also gave the students the opportunity to keep occupying the DPR / MPR building while taking action to discuss accepting student demands In the lead up to the reformation, Pak Syarwan also received the nods of action from various universities in Jakarta to agree on the strategy of occupying the parliament building safely and effectivel
Evaluation of the Air Pollutant Standard Index (ISPU) parameter concentration limits in industrial estates on Java Island
No full textDue to the harmful effects of air pollution on health, outdoor air pollution standards are getting stricter. Because of environmental changes, the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 14/2020 must reevaluate the concentration limits for ISPU parameters. This study aimed to examine the concentration ranges and ISPU values for SO2, NO2, CO, O3, and PM10 in industrial estates on Java Island, and set concentration limits for five relevant ISPU parameters based on the results of monitoring, sampling, and toxicity studies. A drop in the average concentration of the five ISPU parameters in 2022 compared to monitoring from 2015 to 2019 shows that the air quality in industrial estates on Java Island is improving. The ISPU values between 10 and 56 are in the good-to-moderate range, which means that the air quality is still good enough for the health of humans, animals, and plants. The relevant concentration limit recommendations for ISPU in good-to-moderate categories for SO2, NO2, CO, O3, and PM10 were 42–77 μg/Nm3, 29–120 μg/Nm3, 3519–5037 μg/Nm3, 33–97 μg/Nm3, and 29–82 μg/Nm3, respectively. The results of this study can be used to improve Indonesia’s ambient air quality index system (ISPU)

No full textThe main problem of this of this reseach is traffic violations by the corpse delivery group in Jeneponto, the perspective of Islamic law and criminal law. The main problem is then formulated into several sub problems, namely 1.) what are the forms of violations by the group delivering the corps? 2.) how does the positive law view traffic violations by the group delivering the bodies? 3.) how does Islamic law view violations during delivery of the corpse? This type of reseach is classified as field reseach, with a reseach approach using a sociology of law approach. As for the reseach data sources are the public and law enforces in Jeneponto district. This study aims to determine the forms of violations, as well as the elaboration of rules related to community habits, in this case the delivery of corpses, through the perspective of Islamic law and positive law (case study of the corpse delivery group in Jeneponto district). This type of reseach is quantitative reseach, which is a method that emphasizes the understanding of social problems based on (real) and natural conditions of reality. The focus of this reseach will emphasizes on data analysis and basic analysis of control, as well as providing articles to traffic offenders in transporting their bodies. Data collection methods and drawing conclusions as well as documentation. This reseach is considered impostant because of the many violations that occur when delivering the corpse, and it cannot be separated from adding a wealth of thoughts and insights for the author himself and the reader later.Keywords: violaton, introduction to the body, Islamic law, criminal law
