Studies of Flowering Character of 'Hui Sun'(Pyrus koehnei) Pear
No full textThe number of flower from single bud of 'Hui Sun' was 8 to 9 and the percentage of flowering uniformity was 91%±4 at lowland in Taiwan with very little chilling. For different circumstances of pollen germination, the rates of pollen germination were 46%, 43%, 44% and 51% when cultured in 30℃, pH5.5, 1% agar and 15% sucrose, respectively.The fruit could be obtained from the hybridization of 'Hui Sun' pear and pollen parent 'Hui Sun' pear.臺灣野梨單芽開花數平均為8~9朵，於低海拔開花整齊度為91±4%。花粉發芽環境，溫度30℃時有46%之發芽率，pH值於5.5時有43%之發芽率，洋菜濃度1%時有44%之發芽率，蔗糖濃度15%時有51%之發芽率。利用台灣野梨之花粉授粉於豐水梨，可獲得果實

Flora of Mt. Sin-sun-bong of Gangwon Province
No full textThis study was carried out to investigate the flora of Mt. Sin-sun-bong (alt. 1,204m) and adjacent regions located on the northern side of Seol-ak National Park, in province Gangwon-do, from April to September, 2002. The purpose of our study was to enlist vascular plant species of Mt. Sin-sun-bong, Ma-san (alt. 1,252m) and 780 peak (alt. 780m) and to inventory rare and endangered plants. During the exploration, we found 62 families, 151 genera, and 231 taxa (including species, subspecies, varieties and forma). The flora of Mt. Sin-sun-bong included thirty-nine taxa as the endangered species..
