Get PDFThe implementation of Lesson Study aims to gain an overview of the results of studying physics and materials science students’ motivation in a circular motion. The implementation of lesson study is conducted in three (3) cycles by applying multi-model learning. The data collection tool used was a test, observation sheets and questionnaires for students. The test results showed that the average score of work group is 73. Analysis of the observation sheet shows that there is an increase in the activity of the students indicated by interaction between fellow students and the teacher. Questionnaire analysis showed that 55.6% of students were delighted to learn in the teachers’ teaching technique. As many as 88.9% of the students felt curious with the topics discussed in the next topic. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of lesson study improves learning outcomes and circular motion. For students, this activity can also motivate students to learn. The lesson study activities can improve the models teachers’ skills in designing and implementing learning. Keywords: lesson study, multi-model, circular motion

kinerja guru dalam evaluasi pembelajaran di SD Negeri 1 Godong.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan etnografi.
Pelaksanaan di SD Negeri 1 Godong. Subjek data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah,
guru, dan siswa. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan wawancara mendalam,
observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data kualitatif.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: (1) dalam perencanaan telah disusun suatu
tujuan, format dan prosedur pelaksanaan program perencanaan kinerja guru yang
akan dilakukan; (2) struktur organisasi dalam program evaluasi kinerja guru
merupakan bentuk organisasi lini di mana struktur tersebut terdiri dari Kepala
Sekolah, koordinator bidang kur ikulum, koordinator bidang kesiswaan, dan
koordinator bidang sarana dan prasarana; (3) kinerja guru sebelum pembukaan
pembelajaran sebelumnya mengecek kondisi kelas terlebih dahulu, selanjutnya
pembelajaran sudah dapat dimulai; (4) kinerja guru dalam evaluasi dan analisis
pembelajaran, maka penerapannya guru menggunakan tes tertulis, tes lisan,
perbuatan, unjuk kerja, dan pengamatan

No full textIn the first cycle implementing cooperative learning TPS the students’ mastery is as high as 18% of 33 students, the second cycle there is an increase to 48.48%. Because they have not reached minimal passing grade, the cycle is continued to the third cycle with the achievement grade 93.93% which is more than expectation. Therefore, the application of cooperative to study aims to improve students' mastery of learning outcomes in circular motion. The study was conducted on the class XF MAN 2 in even semester, using cooperative learning methods TPS with the helping of peer tutors. The researching forms an action research with 3 cycles. The results showed that polling method with the help of peer tutors can improve student learning outcomes in the thoroughness of the material optical instruments.Keywords: Cooperative polling, peer tutoring assistance.</jats:p

Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya pengembangan kemampuan bercerita melalui media gambar cerita pada anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah 5 Jambeyan Kecamatan Sambirejo Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subyek adalah anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah 5 Jmabeyan, berjumlah 25 anak dan guru. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedang teknik analisis data, jumlah skor amatan yang dicapai anak dibagi jumlah skor maksimum dikali 100 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan prosentase pencapaian indikator kemampuan bercerita dari pra siklus 53 %, siklus I 66,7 % dan siklus II 80,3 %. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui media gambar cerita dapat mengembangkan kemampuan bercerita pada anak kelompok B TK Aisyiyah 5 Jambeyan Kecamatan Sambirejo Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2013/2014

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial anak melalui metode bermain peran pada anak kelompok B TK Mojorejo 2 Kecamatan Karangmalang Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subyek penelitian ditetapkan pada guru dan siswa Kelompok B TK Mojorejo 2 Kecamatan Karangmalang Kabupaten Sragen dengan jumlah 28 anak, terdiri dari 13 anak laki-laki dan 15 anak perempuan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. teknik analisis komparatif dan interaktif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan sosial anak sebelum tindakan adalah 48,88% dengan status belum berkembang (MB). Setelah dilakukan kegiatan bermain peran pada siklus 1, kemampuan anak meningkat menjadi 70,54% atau berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH), sedangkan pada siklus 2 mencapai 87,61%.atau berkembang sangat baik (BSB). Kesimpulannya adalah melalui metode bermain peran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sosial pada anak kelompok B TK Mojorejo 2 Kecamatan Karangmalang Kabupaten Sragen Tahun 2013/2014
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
