No full textThe purpose of this research was specifically to determine the political campaign of the candidate pair for Mayor Election of South Tangerang (Tangsel), Siti Nur Azizah-Ruhamaben during the Covid-19 pandemic. The 2020 Mayor Election was like a war between dynasties, because of the candidates have a political power based on their families. The candidate of H. Muhamad and Rahayu Saraswati Djojohadikusumo have a connection with the Minister of Defense, Prabowo Subianto which was her uncle . While the other candidates, Siti Nur Azizah was the daughter of Vice President Ma\u27ruf Amin. Meanwhile the another one, Pilar Saga Ichsan, was the son of the Regent of Serang, Ratu Tatu which was the younger sister of the former Banten Governor, Ratu Atut Chosiyah. The author used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research were the political campaign of Siti Nur Azizah-Ruhamaben in the 2020 Mayor Election still focuses on offline campaigns. Procurement of props or outdoor media and greeting residents directly (including blusukan). Azizah-Ruhamaben also intensifies campaigns virtually or digitally, such as through social media or other digital applications such as WhatsAap groups and also creates and intensively campaigns on webs and Blogspot, and conducts character friendships through zoom meetings. In addition, Azizah–Ruhamaben integrated the two campaigns, one of which was by carrying out a drive-in declaration. The drive-in declaration has become a new innovation related to campaigns during the pandemic.

No full textBackground : Diabetes Mellitus is a degenerative disease that occurs in the elderly because they only produce insulin in small amounts, since insulin cannot be used effectively and will experience an increase in blood glucose. In Indonesia there are ≥10.8 million people experiencing DM. Complications that arise include macrovascular disorders, microvascular disorders and neuropathy. In this Final Scientific Work the case of Mr. J who suffers from DM. For this reason, this final scientific work aims to explain the process of nursing care for Mr. J with DM given non-pharmacological therapy, namely diabetes foot exercise therapy to reduce blood glucose levels.
Method : The research method used in preparing this Final Scientific Work uses a case study report. The author follows the scientific method according to the rules of the Nursing Process which includes: Assessment, Data Analysis, Nursing Intervention, Implementation and Evaluation. In the assessment process the author used various data collection techniques such as Anamnesis, Observation, interviews, Documentation Study and Physical Examination to collect various data from the patient, namely Mr. J to complete the data.
Results : After providing Nursing Care for 3 consecutive days, the author raised 3 Nursing Diagnoses, namely: Ineffectiveness of Blood Glucose Levels b.d Pancreatic Dysfunction, Acute Pain b.d Physiological Injuring Agents, Knowledge Deficit b.d Lack of Exposure to Information.
Discussion : Nursing problems of unstable blood glucose levels in DM patients arise due to non-compliance with diet, lack of exercise, and so on. So the recommended therapy needed for patients is diabetes foot exercises to lower blood glucose levels

This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The location of the research conducted by the author to test the hypothesis is at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo which is located at Jalan Mojopahit No.666 B, Sidowayah, Celep, Kec. Sidoarjo, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province, Postal Code 61215. The number of respondents in this study was 86 people. This study uses primary data questionnaires with a Likert scale processed using SmartPLS version 4 with validity tests and reliability tests. No full textWhen writing this thesis, the author had a problem formulation which was the main focus of this research, namely first, what is meaning of embezzlement? Second, what are the main elements in the crime of embezzelement? So, from the formulation of the problem, this research has a goal, namely firstly to find out and understand what embezzlement means, and secondly to know and understand the main elements in the crime embezzlement.
To make this research a success, the author applies a normativ e type of research method with an approach through legislation, namely a legal research that focuses on reviewing documents, namely implementing various secondary data such as legal references, statutory regulations, legal theory, court decisions, and can also be opinions expressed by legal scholars in processing research.
The result of this research show that embezzlement can also be interpreted as behavior that can lose someone`s trust by not keeping promises without good behavior. Embezzlement is a dishonest act that has the aim of controlling property or other purposes where the goods do not belong to them, they are embezzled without the owner knowing. Meanwhile, the main element in the crime of embezzlement is the objective element. Because this element is an element of having, which means an element of behavior. This objective element consists of the first, recognizing it as one`s own; second, an item; third, all or part of it belongs to somenone else; and fourthly, the things that are in his power are not due to evil
Brokohan Tradition: History, Values and Meaning in Tunggalpager Village, Mojokerto
No full textThis article aims to describe the history, values, and meaning of the Brokohan tradition, which is a traditional ceremony of welcoming a baby's birth that is held in Tunggalpager Village, Mojokerto. The Brokohan tradition is one of the traditions originating from Indonesia, especially from the Javanese community. This Brokohan tradition is used to express gratitude and joy for the smooth and safe birth process. This article uses ethnographic and sociological approaches, where the ethnographic approach is used to find out the processes and traditional values that exist in society. While the sociological approach is used to determine social values in the community in the village of Tunggalpager, Mojokerto. In this article, the author uses a method in the form of gathering sources, verification, interpretation, and writing. This article examines several aspects, namely the historical background, social dynamics, and the philosophical values implicit in the Brokohan tradition. It is this aspect that influences the community to get to know deeper the meaning and values so that they do not just carry out their activities
Indonesian public diplomacy on education in Vietnam
No full textBased on BPS RI records in 2022, the number of Vietnamese visiting Indonesia have increased but still relatively low at 68,067 people. Therefore, public diplomacy is needed by Indonesia for the Vietnamese. Public diplomacy can be carried out from various fields, to fulfill the national interests of a country. This research will explain the public diplomacy conducted by Indonesia in Vietnam. This research was written using a qualitative method with data derived from previous journals, articles, social media, data from the Indonesian Consulate General in HCMC, and interviews that the author conducted with scholarship awardees from the Indonesian government, lecturers and students from the Indonesian Studies Program USSH VNU HCMC, and lecturers and students from BIPA HCMCOU. As a result, it is found that the form of public diplomacy carried out by Indonesia is in the form of scholarships from the Indonesian government for Vietnamese, Indonesian Study Program USSH VNU HCMC, and BIPA HCMCOU. The Indonesian Consulate General in HCMC has contributed to public diplomacy on education and successfully enhance Indonesia's positive image in Ho Chi Minh City

No full textAlong with the development of the times, various types of professions emerged that did not exist at the time of the Prophet. Therefore, the scholars initiated a new law, namely professional zakat or income. This professional zakat has enormous potential for benefit, but is not accompanied by muzakki compliance in paying zakat. Therefore, this time the author will discuss about professional zakat compliance. This study aims to examine and analyze the obedience behavior of Islamic elementary school teachers in paying professional zakat based on maqashid sharia perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach using data collection tools, namely interviews and observations. The informants of this study were Islamic elementary school teachers at SDI Raden Paku, SDI Yapita, MIS Muhiyiddin, and SDI Raden Patah. The results of the study revealed that Islamic elementary school teachers at SDI Raden Paku, SDI Yapita, MIS Muhiyiddin, and SDI Raden Patah had obediently paid professional zakat which was issued every month and distributed directly to individuals who were entitled to receive it. Professional zakat compliance is influenced by self-awareness of zakat obligations. Islamic elementary school teachers who obediently pay professional zakat get many benefits such as increased sustenance, peace of mind, and peace of life and avoidance of evil. Therefore, if viewed from the perspective of maqashid sharia, professional zakat is a law that was formed with the aim of achieving the benefit of Muslims
