Full text linkFeminisme adalah gerakan perlawanan seorang wanita terhadap laki-laki serta memberontak pada keadaan yang dialaminya. Budaya feminisme mulai masuk Indonesia khususnya di Jawa membawa dampak baik maupun buruk. Budaya Jawa jaman dulu wanita mempuyai tiga peranan penting yaitu dapur, sumur, kasur. Jaman semakin berubah budaya tradisi Jawa mulai tergeser karena masuknya budaya barat. Banyak wanita atau ibu rumah tangga menjadi seorang wanita karir demi menyetarakan gender dengan laki-laki. Sulastri adalah wanita desa yang hidup pas-pasan dilingkungan yang keras menjadikan Sulastri pribadi yang mandiri. Kesuksesan yang diraihnyatidak memberikan kebahagiaan pada hidup Sulastri. Cemoohan dan gunjingan dari warga sekitar memacu dirinya untuk semakin giat bekerja seakan Sulastri akan hidup sendirian selamanya. Kesepian selalu mengiringi hari-hari Sulastri hingga pada suatu ketika

Sulastri dengan cepat jatuh cinta pada laki-laki yang baru dikenalnya. Kepolosan, keluguan dan rasa kesepian menjadikan Sulastri begitu percaya pada Sulardi. Sulastri adalah seorang sosok perempuan yang gigih, kuat batinnya, kuat tekatnya, dia adalah seorang perempuan sejati.
