Get PDFKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh TIM PPK ORMAWA BEM FEB UNEJ bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD Desa) dan perekonomian masyarakat melalui pendirian Wisata Kanal Suko-Suko, di Desa Sukorejo, Kecamatan Bangsalsari, Kabupaten Jember. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu pendirian wisata kanal suko-suko berbasis eco canal tourism, pembentukan pegelola wisata POKDRWIS, peningkatan kompetensi pengelola wisata, grand launcing wisata kanal suko-suko. Hasil yang dicapai meliputi berdirinya Wisata Kanal Suko-Suko yang memiliki daya tarik ikonik seperti jembatan, taman bunga, dan gazebo UMKM, terbentuknya POKDARWIS yang siap mengelola wisata ke depan, serta peningkatan soft skill anggota POKDARWIS dalam mengelola wisata. Kontribusi kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan destinasi wisata yang menarik, berkelanjutan, dan memberikan dampak positif bagi perekonomian serta kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini juga diikuti oleh masyarakat Desa Sukorejo dengan partisipasi aktif dari pemerintah desa dan tim PPK ORMAWA BEM FEB UNEJ
THE COMPARISON OF USING STAD AND JIGSAW TECHNIQUE OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING METHOD TOWARD STUDENTS’ SPEAKING ABILITY OF SMP N 4 METRO ACADEMIC YEAR 2011/2012
Get PDFMany techniques presented as a solution in this research to develop speaking ability, they are STAD and Jigsaw technique. In this research, the researcher uses the experiment design. The research is conducted at the eight levels of SMP N 4 Metro in the academic year 2011/ 2012. The researcher takes 46 students as the sample, 23 students are as experiment class and 23 students are as control class that taken based on cluster random sampling. After analyzing the data by using the formula of ttest, the researcher get the result of ttest is 3,95 and ttable is 2,69 (on criterion 1) and 2,01 (on criterion 2). It means that thit > ttable. And the criterion of ttest is Ha accepted if thit> ttable. So, There is significant difference between using STAD and Jigsaw technique toward students’ speaking ability for the eight grades students of SMPN 4 Metro and STAD technique is more effective than Jigsaw tecnique toward students’ speaking ability for the eight gradea students of SMPN 4 Metro.Cooperative Learning Method, STAD, Jigsaw and Students Speaking Abilit
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Harta bersama adalah harta benda yang diperoleh suami istri selama perkawinan berlangsung. Proses percampuran harta bersama dalam perkawinan adalah sejak saat terjadinya perkawinan sampai ikatan perkawinan bubar. Proses penyelesaian gugatan harta bersama di Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Kediri terbagi dua yaitu, gugatan harta bersama digabung dengan perceraian atau diajukan tersendiri setelah terjadinya perceraian. Dalam tesis ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan pembagian harta bersama di pengadilan agama kabupaten kediri, studi kasus perkara Nomor : 3580/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Kab.Kdr. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian bersifat empiris dengan menggunakan metode analisis diskriptif kualitatif, mengambarkan secara jelas atas fenomena yang terjadi dimasyarakat dengan menyusun data yang dikumpulkan secara sistimatis, sehingga akan menghasilkan pembahasan yang sesuai dengan apa yang dikemukakan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengenai pembagian harta bersama dalam perceraian dengan kasus nyata yang dilakukan secara wawancara oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini di dapatkan keterangan bahwa proses penyelesaian pembagian harta bersama melalui upaya pembuktian dan telah memberikan keyakinan kepada hakim bahwa dalil-dalil yang diajukan oleh penggugat cukup beralasan, maka gugatannya dapat diterima dan dikabulkan, apabila dalil-dalil yang diajukan oleh Penggugat tidak cukup beralasan hukum atau tidak dapat membuktikan dalil-dalil gugatannya, maka gugatannya ditolak. Apabila gugatannya ditolak maka gugatan pembagian harta bersama masing-masing suami istri tidak bisa dibagi/kembali kepada posisi semula. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
