Konica Minolta Business Solution / Muhammad Firaz Sufian
Industrial training is the final requirement for all undergraduate programs in the faculty of business and management before graduation, according to the study plan. A student must complete an internship or on-the-job training in fields linked to their academic degree and field of concentration. This industrial training program provides a practical training ground for students to develop practical knowledge and industry skills that provide job experience and responsibility in accomplishing company-assigned duties. It will increase practical abilities, knowledge, and attitude toward task completion indirectly. In reference to the above statement, I am now doing my industrial training at Konica Minolta Business Solutions in Petaling Jaya in order to meet the requirements of this course. To reflect on my industrial training experience, I must submit a nine-section industrial report. The first section includes a cover page, executive summary, and acknowledgments as an introduction, followed by a copy of my most recently updated CV in the second section. This report's third section contains information about the company's profile. Allowing me to complete my industrial training at Konica Minolta Business Solutions was a total blast; it was illuminating to reflect on my prior acts and assess my progress during the industrial training term there. I learnt about the company's history, vision, objective, and aim, as well as its organizational structure and industry products and services. The fourth portion of my industrial training report summarizes the length of the industrial training time, my participation in the company's efforts to fulfil the company's goals in its industry, and the benefits I obtained during the industrial training period. As an intern at this company, I was able to assess the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats using the SWOT analysis in the fifth section of this report. As a result of the discussions and recommendations in part six of the report, the company will need to improve. Finally, there is a conclusion as well as supplementary references and appendices to demonstrate that my internship was successfully completed
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
