“A connoisseur of love songs / and ripe cherries” – on the Sung Poems of Ewa Lipska

The article focuses on a niche (in the context of reception) aspect of Ewa Lipska’s work, namely the formation of the genre of the song on the basis of the literary output of the author associated mainly with high art, which includes poetry. The introduction (quotation and analysis of relevant theoretical texts) introduces the reader into the world of filiation between a poem and a song. The main part of the paper contains interpretations of selected works by Ewa Lipska which were used as song lyrics by such artists as Grzegorz Turnau or Anna Szałapak. In this article the author attempts to destabilise the notion of “sung poetry”, weakening also the stereotypes (connected with arbitrary assigning it only to intellectual poetry) growing around Ewa Lipska’s works. W artykule autor próbuje zdestabilizować pojęcie „poezji śpiewanej”, osłabiając także stereotypy (związane z arbitralnym przyporządkowaniem jedynie do poezji intelektualnej) narastające wokół twórczości Ewy Lipskiej

    No full text
In her article Ewa Miczka presented a model of discourse as a multidimensional object and a conception of understanding discourse as the process of creation of its representation. Six domains of this representation - informational, ontological, axiological, functional, expressional and metatextual ones correspond with the previously distinguished dimensions of discourse. The author focused her attention on the issue of (re)constructing the informational domain in the creation of discursive representations. In her article Ewa Miczka presented a model of discourse as a multidimensional object and a conception of understanding discourse as the process of creation of its representation.
