    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan dari pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan, faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pendapatan dan mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga di Desa Ciganjeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan sengaja, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling, sebanyak 30 responden. Menggunakan metode analisi regresi linier dan analisis komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan per tahun sebesar Rp 386.742,67. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan yaitu luas lahan dan biaya pupuk. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluaraga. Kata kunci : Pendapatan, dampak, pemanfaatan lahan pekaranga

    PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PRODUK SAYURAN ORGANIK

    Increasing public awareness of the importance of quality of life and health has become a business opportunity for organic food products. Organic food provider business units must develop their business through marketing mix management. This research aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix, including development, price, place, and promotion, on consumer satisfaction of Tani Organik Merapi's organic vegetables. This research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used snowball sampling with a sample size of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire, and the analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that product, location, and promotion variables positively affect consumer satisfaction with TOM organic vegetables, while the price variable has no effect. To increase consumer satisfaction with organic vegetables, TOM as a business unit can increase the variety of Tani Organik Merapi's organic vegetable products according to consumer needs and desires, optimize promotions through online media, and expand the collaboration network with supermarkets and other stores that have locations that strategic, comfortable, and accessible to consumers. Keywords: marketing mix, organic vegetables, consumer satisfaction INTISARIMeningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya kualitas hidup dan kesehatan menjadi peluang bisnis produk pangan organik. Penting bagi unit bisnis penyedia pangan organik untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya melalui pengelolaan bauran pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk, harga, tempat, promosi pada kepuasan konsumen sayuran organik Tani Organik Merapi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online, dan metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel produk, lokasi, dan promosi berpengaruh positif pada kepuasan konsumen sayuran organik TOM, sedangkan variabel harga tidak berpengaruh. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen sayuran organik, TOM sebagai unit bisnis dapat melakukan peningkatan variasi produk sayuran organik Tani Organik Merapi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen,  optomalisasi promosi melalui media online, serta memperluas jaringan kerjasama dengan supermarket, swalayan, maupun toko lainnya yang memiliki lokasi strategis, nyaman, dan dapat dijangkau oleh konsumen.Kata Kunci : bauran pemasaran, sayuran organik, kepuasan konsume

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.     Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Distribusi Hasil Fotosintesis pada Tanaman Sawi akibat Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair pada Sistem Hidroponik

    Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap distribusi hasil fotosintesis pada berbagai umur tanaman sawi sistem hidroponik. Penelitian telah dilakukan di kebun pertanian terpadu Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Janabadra yang terletak di Trini Trihanggo Gamping Sleman, mulai bulan Juni hingga September 2021. Pelaksanaan penelitian dirancang dengan penempatan perlakuan secara acak menurut Rancangan Acak lengkap, yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu konsentrasi pemberian pupuk organik cair (P), yang terdiri dari 5 level, yaitu : P1 : 0 cc/liter; P2 : 2 cc/liter; P3 : 4 cc/liter; P4 : 6 cc/liter dan P5: 8 cc/liter; serta  dengan Varietas tanaman sawi (V), yang terdiri 2 level, yaitu V1:  varietas sawi sendok/Pakcoy) dan V2: Sawi sayur/Caisin . Sehingga akan didapatkan 10 kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang 3 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang nyata dari seluruh variabel yang diamati pada berbagai umur tanaman, baik untuk variabel bobot basah maupun untuk variabel bobot kering. Namun demikian untuk distribusi fotosintat yang ditunjukkan oleh rasio bobot basah tunas dengan akar dan rasio bobot kering tunas dengan akar, pada awalnya  menunjukkan pertumbuhan ke arah tunas, dan semakin bertambahnya umur menunjukkan pertumbuhan kearah akar.Kata Kunci: distribusi; fotosintat; hidroponi

    Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    MOTIVATION OF FARMER GROUP MEMBERS IN CULTIVATING ORGANIC VEGETABLES

    The increasing demand for organic vegetables is a business opportunity. Organic farmer groups use this opportunity to supply organic vegetables in the Yogyakarta area. This study aims to determine farmers' motivation level in organic vegetable cultivation and the relationship between internal and external factors with farmer motivation. This research is descriptive. The study focused on the Tranggula Farmers Group and the Merapi Organic Farmers Group as farmer groups that supply organic vegetables in several supermarkets in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The analysis method uses class intervals and Spearman correlation. The motivations in this study include economic, social, and self-actualization motivations. The results showed that farmers' motivation for actualization is a priority in cultivating organic vegetables. There are 63.3% of farmers who have very high actualization motivation, 26.7% of farmers who have very high social motivation, and 16.7% of farmers who have a very high economic motivation. Farmers' motivation level in organic vegetable cultivation is in the high category of 60% and very high at 40%. The experience of farmers has a weak and contradictory relationship with the motivation of farmers to cultivate organic vegetables. Meanwhile, other internal factors, namely age, education, and external factors consisting of the provision of production facilities, assistance, and market guarantees, have no relationship with the motivation of farmers to cultivate organic vegetables
