Splay trees are one of binary search tree modification that can improve its trees structure by being self adjusting. In this process, nodes that are frequently accessed are lifted up become the root of modification binary search tree and inactive nodes, on the other hand, move by being self adjusting, Splay trees give a data structure of binary tree that always change according to requirement of its access node. Later in this section, however, with using process of amortized analysis can be proved that running time of every shape of splay tree doesnot exceed 0( lg n ). This research focused on women in the criminal justice system. It presupposed that the patriarchal nature of American society was reflected in the treatment of women in the criminal justice system. Their treatment was viewed as chivalrous, deep sexist and grossly paternalistic. The study provided both a theoretical and empirical analysis of women in the criminal justice system. Various perspectives about the nature on women's subordination in society were examined in an effort to understand the relationship of the treatment of women in society' to their experience in the criminal justice sy stem (criminal law, police, courts and correctional institutions). A case study analysis approach was used to analyze data of 1,732 participants in the Atlanta Pretrial Intervention Project (APIP) during the period of 1987-1989. APIP was examined to ascertain whether it provided a gender bias alternative for women in the criminal justice system. The research revealed that much of the prejudices and stereotypical notions that women experience in society are reinforced when they commit crimes and enter the criminal justice system The research also concluded that the Atlanta Pretrial Intervention Project is a gender neutral alternative for women in the criminal justice system. The Atlanta Pretrial Intervention Project is beneficial to society because it relieves court caseloads, diverts non-serious offender from full adjudication of the criminal justice system, and minimizes stress on other social systems, especially foster car

    No full text
Based on the textbook Miloglu and Harorli (2009), it is stated that cervical examination in cases of corpus alienum uses anteroposterior (AP) and lateral projections. In the study of Febriyanti and Qhudawi, (2020) cervical radiographic examination procedures in cases of the corpus alienum used Anteroposterior (AP) projection and lateral projection. Chotigavanich's research, (2018) uses Lateral projection. Whereas in the research of Uju and Edirin, (2019) using Lateral soft tissue projections. Based on the literature review conducted by the author, there are differences in the projections used between the literature. The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure and role of cervical radiographic examinations in cases of corpus alienum. The research design used in the writing of this scientific paper is qualitative research with the Case Series approach. The data collection method used in this research is theory review / literature study / literature study. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of relevant journals related to cervical radiographs. The analysis technique used in this research is narrative analysis by explaining the examination procedures performed and the role of each projection used. The results of the study based on the literature used by the authors conclude that in the AP projection there is a difference between theory and application in research, namely in the AP projection the direction of the rays is not angled but by extending / tilting the head. The Latreal projection has a low level of accuracy for diagnosing the corpus alienum in the oropharyng area because of the anatomy of the oropharyng superposition with soft tissue, bone and cartilage. Whereas in the Lateral Soft Tissue projection, the non-radiopaque corpus alienum will be easier to diagnose using the Lateral Soft Tissue projection. The role of the AP projection is to evaluate the location of the corpus alienum in the cervix, Lateral projection to evaluate the depth of insertion of the corpus alieum, and Lateral Soft Tissue projection to evaluate the corpus alienum with a non-radiopaque type
