A Phonological Comparison of Akha and Hani
Get PDFThis article offers a phonological comparison of the distribution of vowels in Akha and Hani in closed and open syllables. A selected dialect of Hani from China is compared to Akha dialects from Burma and Thailand. The author describes and illustrates the behaviour of vowels in initial and final postions and in closed and open syllables. She also discusses tone differences such as in tone sandhi. The article provides an appendix with various examples for each vowel. This paper was presented in the Linguistics of the Tibeto-Burman Area (LTBA), 1982, pp. 63-115

A preliminary comparison of Hani and Akha funeral texts
No full textThis conference paper provides a comparison of the linguistic information found in Hani and Akha funeral texts. The author argues that the two death rituals belong to the same tradition, and that they seem to have similar properties, e.g,. the same number of transcribed lines. Text depends on the Phíma (reciter) and their teacher. The themes of chapters are discussed based on English translation. It includes appendices with extensive funeral texts. Hasil Belajar Muatan Bahasa Indonesia Tema Lingkungan Sahabat Menggunakan Media Spinning Wheel Kelas V SDN 007 Samarinda Ulu
Get PDFHasil belajar siswa masih kurang memuasakan khususnya pada muatan bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar. Hal ini menjadi dasar bagi penelitian ini yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur hasil belajar muatan bahasa Indonesia pada tema lingkungan sahabat menggunakan media spinning wheel kelas V SDN 001 Samarinda Ulu. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Tahap pelaksanaan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar. Pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai tes rata-rata 69,5 dengan presentase ketuntasan 60% dan presentase tidak tuntas yaitu 40%. Sedangkan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai tes rata-rata 81,3 meningkat dengan presentase ketuntasan 86,7% dan presentase tidak tuntas 13,3%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media spinning wheel dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar muatan bahasa Indonesia tema lingkungan sahabat siswa kelas V SDN 007 Samarinda Ulu tahun pembelajaran 2019/2020

Classroom action research (CAR) ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui hasil belajar muatan bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV SDN 023 Samarinda Utara. Dalam penelitian ini telah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar muatan bahasa Indonesia tema peduli makhluk hidup dengan menggunakan reward pada kelas IV SDN 023 Samarinda Utara. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Tahap pelaksanaan setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil akhir penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai tes rata-rata 69,5 dengan presentase ketuntasan 60% dan presentase tidak tuntas yaitu 40%. Sedangkan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai tes rata-rata 81,3 meningkat dengan presentase ketuntasan 86,7% dan presentase tidak tuntas hanya 13,3%. PENGEMBANGAN PEMBELAJARAN MENULIS CERITA PENDEK DENGAN MODEL MIND MAPPING PADA SISWA KELAS XI SMK NEGERI 11 SAMARINDA TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2018 2019
Get PDFAbstrakPenelitian pengembangan pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek dengan model mind mapping pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 11 Samarinda perlu dilakukan. Hal ini, disebabkan masih kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap penulisan cerita pendek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan model Borg dan Gall. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian pengembangan pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek dengan model mind mapping pada siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 11 Samarinda, (1) dinyatakan memiliki kevalidan dari kedua validator yaitu penilaian validator ahli sastra mendapatkan nilai 94% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan penilaian validator pembelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia mendapatkan nilai 96% dengan kriteria sangat baik (2) dinyatakan memiliki kepraktisan berdasarkan penilaian praktisi (teman sejawat) dengan mendaptkan nilai 96% dengan kriteria sangat baik (3) dinyatakan memiliki keefektifan dilihat dari uji kelompok kecil pada saat pretes dengan rata-rata 67,16% dan postes dengan rata-rata 87,16% dan standar deviasi 8,51, serta uji kelompok besar pada saat pretes dengan rata-rata 67,7% dan postes dengan rata-rata 89% dan standar deviasi 18,42.Kata kunci : pengembangan, pembelajaran menulis cerita pendek, model mind mapping AbstractResearch development of learning to write a short story with mind mapping model on students of XI SMK Negeri 11 Samarinda needs to be done. This is due to the lack of students' understanding of short story writing.. The research method used is research and development (research and development) with Borg and Gall model. Based on data analysis, the research result of learning development of short story writing with mind mapping model on students of XI SMK Negeri 11 Samarinda, (1) stated has validation of validator validator score of 94% with excellent criteria and assessment validator of Indonesian Language and Literature learning scores 96% with very good criterion (2) stated having practicability based on practitioner's appraisal (peers) with mendaptkan value 96% with very good criterion (3) expressed to have effectiveness seen from small group test at the time of pretes with an average of 67.16% and postes with an average of 87.16% and a standard deviation of 8.51, as well as a large group test at pretest with an average of 67.7% and postes with an average of 89% and a standard deviation 18.42.

This research was conducted based on the mandate of the Indonesian Constitution of Teachers and Lecturers and the findings of the difficulties experienced by teachers and students in the process of learning to write slogans and posters . Therefore, the objectives of the teaching materials development research on slogans and posters writing aimed to (1) know the process of developing teaching materials to write slogans and posters with a process approach; (2) measure the quality of teaching materials writing slogans and posters with a process approach judged from Validity, practicality, and effectiveness .The research methods used in this analysis are research and development analysis (research and development) with Borg and Gall model. This research was conducted in Syaichona Cholil Junior high School, Samarinda . The research and development procedure followed the steps of Borg and Gall which had been tested on the students of grade VIII A and B Syaichona Cholil Junior High School, Samarinda . The research data was obtained through the data of the development process of teaching material of Bahasa Indonesia Book and the quality data of teaching material of Bahasa Indonesia Book . The data analysis technique in this research used descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative analysis techniques.The final resultof Indonesian students’ books using the preferred process approach of Syaichona Cholil Samarinda Junior High School, a validity/good category, the practicality of getting very positive category, and the effectiveness, is categorized as very good and significant category
