Developing Model of Biology Hand Book Writing Base on Ecology and Local Oriented to Increase Students’ Care Environment
Get PDFA study using Research and Development design was conducted to produce a model of Biology hand book writing base on ecology and local oriented as an effort to increase students’ care toward environment. The background of this research is the reality that the awareness and care of the school graduate toward the environment safe is still low. Besides, hard science instructional at school could not affect or intervene the graduate’s characteristics, for instance in keeping the environment awareness. Whilst, there are many concepts of environment were taught through hard science especially biology, so in the researcher’s point of view, biology subject has strategic role to prevent or mitigate the environment disaster caused by human error. The model was validated at paddy ecosystem. The analysis of the research result includes three aspects, namely: 1) Comprehension, 2) Environment Care Attitude, and 3) Handbook Readability. Based on the result of paddy ecosystem data analysis, it was found that (1) there was a significant difference between experimental class and control class in the paddy ecosystem base on show by tcalculation> ttable (6.150 > 2.00); (2) there was strong correlation between students’ comprehension and attitude base on show by coefficient correlation (r) 0.769. While the text readability test (Cloze Test) show (1) the readability of paddy ecosystem text is 56.72% (moderate). Therefore, the conclusion is that all of the texts in the developed book are fit and proper for Senior High School Students of grade X in East Lampung

Therefore, the author takes the theme of this study regarding Library Book Management Information Systems Based on Websites by using the waterfall method on software development as well as methods of observation and literature on data collection.
This Information System is the best solution for problem solving in managing library books. With the use of managed computer data technology becomes faster, reducing inefficient time and reducing the occurrence of errors in processing data

How SIPD is implemented in regional financial management at the Wonogiri Regency Manpower Service is the focus of this research. The author uses qualitative research with the Root Cause Analysis model "5 Why Analysis", namely asking why five times or repeatedly until finding the root of the problem. The main technique used in data collection is conducting interviews with staff who are SIPD operators by making a list of questions for observation and documentation. The author's conclusion is that not all informants have the same root problems in implementing SIPD. There are 3 main factors that cause less than maximum problems, namely communication constraints, application constraints and human resource constraints

Get PDFAbstrak: Dalam Era Moderisasi yang sudah berkembang secara cepat , dunia bisnis menuntut kinerja dari semua aspek supaya bekerja secara efisian dan sistematis, sistem dalam sebuah perusahaan bukan hanya seperti sebuah kebutuhan tetapi juga merupakan bagian dari perusahaan itu sendiri. PT Koyorad Jaya Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang cukup perkembang di dunia internasional. Sistem dalam perusahaan ini sudah menggunakan sistem komputerisasi yang baik, tapi system ini belum mencakup semua aspek perusahaan. Maka penulis mencoba untuk membuat tugas akhir ini untuk mengajukan system baru dalam perusahaan ini yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Pada bagian pembelian PT Koyorad Jaya Indonesia menerapkan dua sistem. Yaitu sistem pembelian secara kredit / tempo dimana sistem membayaran menggunakan invoicing dan yang ke dua adalah sistem pembelian secara tunai / kas bon yang biasanya di butuhkan disaat ada kebutuhan pembelian barang keperluan perusahaan yang bersifat mendesak. Dari dua system pembelian tersebut, sistem pembelian secara tunai pada PT Koyorad Jaya Indonesia masih menggunakan pencatatan manual dalam form kasbon dan pelaporan yang masih terkesan seadanya. Hal ini akan menjadi masalah terutama pada bagian keuangan atau finance. Penulis mengharapkan mampu mengusulkan sebuah program yang akan menyempurnakan kinerja sistem yang terdapat pada PT Koyorad Jaya Indonesia. Sehingga perusahaan ini dapat lebih berkembang dan maju dari sebelumnya.

Abstract: In Moderisasi Era that has been growing rapidly, the business world demands that the performance of all aspects of fuel-efficient and systematic work, the system in a company is not only a necessity but also a part of the company itself. PT Koyorad Jaya Indonesia is one company that is growing interest in the international community. enterprise system is already using a computerized system that well, but this system does not yet include all aspects of the company. the author tries to make this final task to propose a new system at these companies are still using manual systems. On the purchase of PT Koyorad Jaya Indonesia apply two systems. purchase credit system / tempo in which the provider payment system using the invoice and the second is the system of billing purchases cash / treasury are usually required when purchasing an urgent need consumer goods company. Purchase of two systems, the system of cash purchase in PT Koyorad Jaya Indonesia still use manual recording in the form of cash and reporting still deceptively simple. It will be a problem, especially in finance or finance. The author hopes to propose a program that will improve system performance at PT Koyorad Jaya Indonesia. So that these companies can be more developed and advanced than ever before.

This store developed with SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and the software used to design and designing E-Commerce Applications is the PHP programming language, text editor Macromedia Dreamweaver CS3 and the MySQL Database. The author makes accessories sales information system web-based vespa in CV. A.S. Hikmat Motor which can to overcome constraints on manual sales system, can increase sales with good marketing and generating accurate and up to date with the internet.  Intisari— Perkembangan Dunia Usaha saat ini menjadikan informasi sebagai pilar penting dalam berjalannya kegiatan operasional suatu usaha demi tercapainya tujuan yang diinginkan oleh pengusaha tersebut. Get PDFThe author aims to analyze the influence of the influence of Islamic Social Reporting and Good Corporate Governance on Company Value with the Maqashid Syariah Index as a Moderating Variable in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2017-2019 period). The sample used in this study were 14 Islamic Commercial Banks during the 2017-2019 period. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of Spss 20. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that institutional ownership has an effect on firm value, while independent commissioners, boards of directors, audit committees and Islamic social responsibility have no effect on firm value. In addition, the Maqashid Syariah Index also cannot moderate the relationship between independent commissioners, boards of directors, audit committees, institutional ownership and Islamic social responsibility on firm value

Get PDFThe Tendency of Accounting Fraud in indonesia is not only happen in
private sectors but also in public sectors whereas the factors that affect the
tendency of accounting fraud are compensation compliance, individual morality,
information asymmetry and effectiveness of the internal control. This research
aimed to examine 1) the affect of compensation compliance to the tendency of
accounting fraud, 2) the affect of individual morality to the tendency of
accounting fraud, 3) the affect of information asymmetry to the tendency of
accounting fraud, 4) the affect of effectiveness of the internal control to the
tendency of accounting fraud in the Temanggung Regency-Owned Corporation
(BUMD). The kind of this research in quantitative research with used survey
method.
The population in this research is all employees who works in the
Temanggung Regency-Owned Corporation. The Samples in this research is all
employees accounting department and finance departement who works in the
Temanggung Regency-Owned Corporation which cover: PD. BPR BKK
Temanggung, PD. Apotik Waringin Mulyo, PD. BKK Pringsurat, PT.BPD Jawa
Tengah, PD.Air Minum “Tirta Agung”, PD. Aneka Usaha, PD. Bumi Phala
Wisata. The sampling technique in this research with used purposive sampling
that the sample selection based on certain criteria corresponding author desired.
The data were analysis techniques used descriptive statistics test, quality data test
consisting of validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test consisting
of normality test, multicolinearity test and heteroscetasticity test, hypothesis test
consisting of multiple regression test, coeficient of determination, F test dan t
test.
The results showed that: 1) compensation compliance has negative
significant affect to the tendency of accounting fraud 2) individual morality has
negative significant affect to the tendency of accounting fraud 3) information
asymmetry has positive significant affect to the tendency of accounting fraud 4)
effectiveness of the internal control has negative significant affect to the tendency
of accounting fraud
