    The concept that an important information cannot be known by parties who don’t  have rights can be done by making the confidentiality of data using cryptography. Safety in vigenere ciphers depends on the number of keys used, the more the number of keys, the wider the key space. While caesar cipher or often also called caesar code is a classic coding system based on simple substitution. This study uses a combination of Vigenere Cipher and Caesar Cipher algorithms so that the security of the contents of the message is protected stronger and safer so that if the message sent is tapped by someone who is not responsible then the hijacker has difficulty knowing contents of the message. So that the confidentiality and authenticity of message is up to the recipient In this study successfully implemented both methods and has an output in the form of a reading symbol, not letters. &nbsp

    This e-learning website was built for students of SMPLB and SMALB on SLBN 1 Palangka Raya who have special needs in terms of hearing and moving. Teachers in the classroom more often use video and picture media, this is certainly not a problem when students are in class, but when students are at home and want to repeat the learning, of course this will be an obstacle. Based on thats problems, it is expected that this Palangkaraya SLBN 1 E-Learning Website can facilitate the teaching and learning process of overcoming these learning problems.     The development of information technology in the shipping industry has long been established. Scada-based ship rudder control system Using the cxprogrammer and easy builder applications, is a form of innovation in the shipping sector, by utilizing PLC devices. PLC will control the ship's steering gear and then connected using a network, thus forming a Scada system. The PLC will be programmed using the cxprogrammer to control the device as needed and use the easy builder as a Graphic User Interface so that the system can be used by the crew easily through graphics and animation. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for workers on the ship to monitor and control the ship's rudder drive system and operate the Steering Gear by monitoring from the platform and engine room of the ship so that their work becomes more efficient

    Attendance is one of the benchmarks for employee development methods and related to attendance. STMIK Palangkaraya has used the Attendance Management System (AMS) application but the report format is not as needed. This study seeks to develop a web-based data bridge application to process attendance data for lecturers and employees. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with eXtreme Programming as a system development method. The result of this research is an application that reports the attendance of lecturers and employees in a matter of hours and minutes as well as a detailed recapitulation per person.     Cooking Recipe is a culinary element that often attracts culinary lovers. A cooking recipe is a guidance for preparing the ingredients, how to cook and serve the dish. The collection of recipes which documented in the printing media have not been able to meet the needs of culinary lovers with high mobility. This study aims to develop an Android-based recipe application to meet the culinary lovers need of a technology for storing recipes collection that can be accessed easily. We apply the  Luther multimedia development method, which consists of the concept, design, material collecting, assembly and testing phases. The Android platform will provide the recipe application features, and the website platform will provide the content management features for managing the contents in the recipe application. The result of black box testing on the application shows that the features in the recipe application perform according to the expected concept and design. For the future research, to improve the application performance, we will build social media features for the members and a data mining system for processing big data from the recipe collection to produce valuable information

So far, course information send by lecturers through word of mouth at STMIK Palangka Raya. so the authors feel there needs to use information technology to send the course information effectively by way of making the Application of Informatics Engineering Course Management in Client Server based at STMIK Palangka Raya.   The purpose of this research is to help lecturers convey information such as course schedules, course assignments, course files, and course grades to students through application with internet connection.   Based on the results of questionnaires made with google form service and disseminated to college students through social media with 13 respondents has filled the questionnaire, the Application of Informatics Engineering Course Management in Client Server based at STMIK Palangka Raya can be said to be worthy to use and proper to implement with the percentage of 83%

    Pengembangan suatu daerah tentunya harus menyebar untuk memberikan rasa nyaman dan kemakmuran bagi masyarakat dan mampu menghasilkan pendapatan lokal. Salah satu fokus pengembangan daerah adalah pariwisata. Kegiatan pariwisata sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan masyarakat. Dampak pariwisata ini bisa dirasakan hampir di sektor bisnis di daerah itu. Seperti hotel, kerajinan, makanan khusus, dan sektor UKM lainnya. Pengembangan pengguna media sosial harus dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah daerah untuk menarik wisatawan. Di sisi lain pemerintah daerah harus membangun servicescape dan destination image bertujuan untuk membawa niat wisatawan datang ke daerah pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur electronic word of mouth, servicescape, dan destination image terhadap niat mengunjungi kembali dilakukan pada wisatawan di luar Sumatera Barat yang telah mengunjungi Kota Pariwisata Payakumbuh dengan 150 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan model analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Variabel elektronik word of mouth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap citra tujuan. Variabel servicescape memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap gambar tujuan. Variabel dari mulut ke mulut memiliki efek terhadap revisit yang dimediasi oleh destination image.     Analisis Trend Topik Penelitian pada Web Of Science dan SINTA untuk Penentuan Tema Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa AMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh

    Penelitian ini mencoba melakukan penambangan dengan menggunakan teknologi web untuk mengumpulkan data informasi yang berasal dari Web of Science dan SINTA yang dikumpulkan. Metodologi Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP–DM) digunakan sebagai standard proses data mining sekaligus sebagai metode penelitian. Peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui daftar jurnal Web of Science dan SINTA. Untuk melacak trend topik penelitian, peneliti memilih rentang waktu dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2019 dan mengekspor data dari Web of Science Core Collection pada April 2019. Ada 38.162 publikasi yang berhasil diambil di Web-Science-defined kategori Ilmu Komputer dan Sistem Informasi dan 230 diambil dari website SINTA. Tetapi, penulis hanya mengambil 20 Jurnal dengan H-Index Tertinggi di Web of Science Core Collection. Sedangkan pada SINTA, penulis juga mengambil 20 Jurnal dengan rangking SINTA 1 dan 2. penelitian ini menyimpulkan topik penelitian dalam jurnal Web of Science dan dikaitkan dengan dengan tren topik penelitian dan yang muncul terbanyak adalah learning, network, analysis, system, control, data, image, optimization, systems, dan neural. Adapun untuk klasifikasi menggunakan model Naive Bayes, Generalized Linear Model, Logistic Regression, Fast Large Margin, Deep Learning, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosted Trees, dan Support Vector Machine. Berdasarkan hasil akurasi, model Generalized Linear Model dan Decision Tree memiliki akurasi sebesar 94.3%, sedangkan Gradient Boosted Trees memiliki  persentase akurasi sebesar 93.8%. Naive Bayes menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 91.4%, diikuti dengan model Fast Large Margin, Deep Learning, Random Forest, dan Support Vector Machine memiliki akurasi sebesar 91.4%. Nilai dengan akurasi terendah menggunakan model Logistic Regression sebesar 65.2%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat akurasi tertinggi yaitu dengan menggunakan model Generalized Linear Model dan Decision Tree sehingga hasilnya dapat memprediksi cukup akurat
